Why must i always be so afraid to share my art, this is horrible... so many people on here make such amazing art. Why can't i just enjoy it without feeling like everything is a competition?

i do believe that drawing people you like is the hardest thing to do. i tried, and now behold my friend. yes, that is a horn. don’t ask. it’s a thing. surrounded by laurel leaves, because he liked them so much when i showed him my sketchbook :3 this started off as some random doodle, which is the reason for the bad anatomy, random scribbles and myself poking through the leaves. one day i’ll be better at drawing you, i promise :3
What, me? Stealing Xues wisdom? Naaaah.

does anyone else feel extremely mediocre and talentless it’s like you’re okay at some stuff but not good enough to ever truly succeed or make it into a career, not naturally gifted at anything nor motivated enough, and will never be recognised or special or exceptional in any way to anyone
Always with the last minute birthdaygifts… my mum adores puffins, so it’s only right to get her one :)
