Sometimes when I need encouragement while doing something tough, like running 10 miles, I do this trick that helps. I pretend to be my husband, talking to me, as though he's encouraging me to continue.

"Baby you're doing great, keep going."

"Bird you've got this, one step at a time."

"I'm so proud of you baby girl."

And I end up having a huge smile while doing that tough thing and I keep going.✨💛✨

when: i see this, i am reminded that i am loved.  i am reminded of my favorite person
