Fandom Problem #5941:

People who ship things that are ‘practically canon’ are some of the most annoying, entitled members of a fandom. They constantly flip-flop between “we're better than you because it's canon” and “we’re the underdogs because the writers/other fans are too homophobic/sexist/etc. to acknowledge our ship.”

A) Even if it were canon (it’s not), that has never, and will never stop anyone from shipping something else. B) Theirs is the most popular ship for both characters by a large margin, they get new fics and art every single day. Get outta here with the ‘underdog’ mentality. C) People are gonna like what they like, including seeing your faves as just friends and shipping them with other characters they find more compatible.

Axinite is fun loving and very much happy to be around whenever she’s formed. Because she doesn’t always take things as seriously, others often dismiss her abilities when in reality she’s a very skilled fighter and a quick thinker. She’s a creative thinker and often has out of the box solutions for any problems she faces. Her creative thinking also helps when it comes to her weapon set. She can make any weapon she can think of using Amethyst’s whip and Peridot’s ferrokinesis including shaping metal into blades and straightening and strengthening the whip itself to use as polearms. Loves annoying Pearl
