great post. I misread the part with batman so I got a mental image of him driving the batmobile through a wall of hommus. quite thrilling.
Malevolent Foods
this is surreal. I honestly cannot see this actually happening, they always seem to worm their way out of this sort of thing
I fudgin love me some REDLINE if you haven't seen it I cannot recommend it highly enough
everytime i watch redline im absolutely ass blasted by the idea that it was animated entirely 2d by hand
you had to have been out of your god damn mind to agree to work on this film
this is something I've felt since childhood and never been able to articulate.
I too am very much done with this wasteful plastic eco-collapse war-for-profit clowntown shitpit.
no notes. perfect adaptation of Disco's artstyle, and just an excellent job conveying characters and their struggles/concerns through portrait.
"Storming Disco" collection (Part one)
(For those who don't know, I drew some Stormlight Archive characters as if they were in Disco Elysium)
1. Renarin
Maybe I used too many lines but he goes hard as hell
2. Kaladin
I wanted him to look a little like glass but idk
3. Elhokar
The point was to give him a theatrical vibe
4. Shallan
I think that I don't need to explain anything with this one
5. Adolin
He has the most clear space and palette of all of them (you know, most of the time he's a happy boy)
6. Jasnah
She's in Shadesmar
7. Dalinar
He has the same style as Renarin (ironic, right?) Also there's the Stormfather on the background too
8. Navani
A very casual style that I think suits her very well
9. Syl
She was happy because I was going to draw her
10. Szeth
I like that he's different from the rest. The black space represents Nightblood
I just got described as an "ad hating commie" by someone because I said a minute of youtube ads is unpleasant. fully spent 5 minutes arguing and defending youtube ads. insane stuff
(chronologically ordered from bottom to top) Finally found a worthy use for the Hand-E-Nuke I rolled from my starting quest - +1000 reputation with the Mechanimists in a single artifact offering. Live and drink, Eschelstadt II, your Forcefield + Disintegrate combo is a sight to behold. However, like all companions in this game thusfar, he's almost more trouble than he's worth. I'll take waiting for his fields to drop over the execution-style friendly fire you get from anyone you give a gun. I love how he belts out his sermon wherever we are, and am sure it will not grow tiresome.
who needs they Crete Conked
i feel like we don't appreciate these days how much the twin towers sucked, like, design-wise
they were contemporarily hated for just being these giant grey monoliths
like there probably could've been an easier way to get rid of them, but they probably needed to go either way
