I only realized this later but it's so out of character for Sherlock to brush off John and hang out with Mary because 'she is better.' NO NO SHE IS NOT, especially not to the guy who LITERALLY spent a whole wedding moping and sad because he'd now have to share John. All that, just to push John away in the next season???

Hey, anyone who has been really engaged with the drama these past few days, make sure you take a break ok, make sure you look out for yourselves and your own mental health, it’s rough and we all have to look out for each other. We know that dream is manipulating and changing the story and lying, just make sure you don’t get to bogged down into it. Please everyone take a break if you need it, cause I sure do know I need one.

It's been talked about to death and back but. JSchlatt joining the DSMP, only ever logging on for lore purposes, playing a fan fucking tastic villain that was an absolute joy to watch on screen, equal parts menacing/intimidating and goofy, completely stealing the show and perfectly matching the silly-but-serious energy of the lore up to that point, doing that for 1 season that I still think is one of the most impossibly coherent and thematically powerful pieces of roleplay media to date, and then having his character die after he'd run his course and never logging on again. was completely fucking legendary. He knew exactly what he needed to do and he did it flawlessly then left.

Honestly, that could be true, especially the over is typical for transmissions. But then, it would be a warning of some kind.

I also kind of thought that it would be a hint towards the journey BEING high as in 'go above the wall, fly a plane' or something

Flashing text

The flashing text which could be seen on the screen reads:

Return safe your journey is high not over

I thought at first it would be 'your journey is nigh,' as in close in time, BUT it actually does say high. Which is weird.

Maybe as in plane or wall?

I don't know, heard it before, something classic. I doubt it has a deeper meaning though.

The spoken text

During the later part of the video, a presumably artifical voice reads a quite odd... collection of words. First, @mossybee-exe and I made some guesses about the words, since not all of them can be heard clearly, which together form:

I took this and put it into a duckduckgo search because I was already suspecting that it was a poem. And I was right.

I also found an interpretation of it (https://poemanalysis.com/stephen-crane/in-the-desert/), though I don't really see how it could be connected to anything else yet. Does match the whole creepy vibe of it though.

I thought that it could be morse code, but... I don't know. The blinking seems very erractic, but I also can't put a finger on what it could mean.

Because I don't know who to bother with this.

I'd love to read ao3 on my phone, easy access etc. etc. but the font is so tiny and I am so blind such a big fan of easy to read / big fonts so the question is: Is there a way to make the text of the fic I'm reading bigger? If it's through CSS... how? 🥲
