Anne Holtrop - Fort Vechten Waterline museum, Bunnik 2015. An ‘excavated’ underground museum on the site of a historic defensive fort that protected Utrecht, the museum features undulating walls of brown concrete and brass windows that focus on a central courtyard. Humid corridors all face on the outdoor area, which has a scale site model of the entire waterfront defense line that fills and empties with water as the levels fluctuate.
