Sketch 8, Sly - Thievius Raccoonus

Fun fact: in Europe and here in the UK, the first Sly Cooper game was called Sly Raccon. I don’t know why that is, but I’m guessing that’s why the following games were just titled Sly.

I still need to finish playing through the series (I’m near the end of the second game) but I do enjoy these games a lot.

And hey, look! The first guy in this set of sketches! It would’ve been so easy to draw Carmelita as well, but I’d never drawn Sly before now.

heres an idea, imagine Carmelita getting a symboite from Venom.

I think it would cool if the symboite ran on electricity, like the symbiote mixed with Carm's shock pistol?

I don't have a name for it, but it helps Carmelita catch criminals. It also teases her about Sly and skyrockets poor Carm's electric bill...

Lastly, it is twice her size and it likes to wonder out at night when Carm is beyond exhausted for her to control it. And of course it runs into Sly and spooks him for funnizes. I had a lot of fun drawing these -I didn't mean to draw a lot for it lol.

Clockwerk mentioned flowers once… turns out florist were a thing in Egypt.

I imagine that this is how Slytunkhamen snuck into places. Clockwerk hollowed out vases, marked with a special icon, and this would give Cooper a hiding spot and a way to smuggle goods. No one would question it.
