Back on my bullshit (reading SVSSS fanfic instead of sleeping) again.

I think one of the best tropes in the SVSSS fandom is that Shen Yuan, no matter who he is, who he transmigrates into, what form he takes, is destined to be with Luo Binghe. Binghe will somehow be there and will fall in love with him. Shen Yuan can be a handsome cultivator, a monster from the Abyss, a spoiled prince, a street urchin, a random ass cattle farmer, a dragon, or even a sentient mushroom, it doesn't matter. What matters is he loves Binghe so much that Binghe has to find him and will love him back.

In conclusion, yes Shen Yuan, Luo Binghe would love you even if you were a worm.

shen jiu who keeps receiving random flowers. he thinks he's being mocked and wants to throw them away. however, before he can trash them, lbh darts in front of him and says he can't. when asked to clarify, lbh heavily implies its from shen yuan (another peak lord).

so now sj thinks he's being courted and he shows signs that he's accepting. he sits closer to sy when they're meeting, invites him to his peak, and is much more pleasant.

sy has no idea whats going on but he's happy with this turn of events

Modern Hulian AU:

Hua Cheng has seriously injured his eyes and had to have emergency surgery (he will lose his right eye). Shi Qingxuan and He Xuan go to see him while Xie Lian delays because he wanted to get him flowers. Shi Qingxuan and He Xuan are particularly fed up with seeing Hua Cheng and Xie Lian flirt without ever getting anywhere because they both have self-esteem problems, so Shi Qingxuan takes advantage of this moment to question Hua Cheng, knowing full well that Xie Lian is coming.

(Featuring: a panicked Xie Lian when he gets the call that Hua Cheng has been injured, Hua Cheng not complaining too much about the situation because Xie Lian is taking loving care of him, and He Xuan and Shi Qingxuan finally being able to go out on a date without being interrupted by a text or phone call from two idiots who have to give them a word-for-word account of what happened and "but do you think he likes me?")
