give me a judge who doesn't even think twice about convicting a rapist,
give me presidents all over the world who'll give immigrants and the lgbt community the rights they deserve,
give me teachers who understand how learning really works and how pressure never helped anyone,
give me parents who think that depression or any other mental disorder is just 'a phase',
give me men and women and transgender generals who believe that everyone is equally strong and brave no matter their gender
Im just really excited at how our generation of idealistic dreamers and just open minded humans who love each other is gonna change the world ❤

“Feminism killed chivalry” like…no it didn’t? If anything, feminism encourages chivalry.
Out in public with the guys and one of your friends makes a sexist comment about a female friend/stranger? Rise to her defense. She’s a human being and she doesn’t exist for you. She exists only for herself. You won’t tolerate this kind of talk.
At a bar or club, and you see a man slip something in to a drink/relentlessly pursuing a woman despite her many protests? Tell him to knock it the hell off. Get her out of this situation safely. He’s an enemy of women, which means he’s an enemy of yours if this code of chivalry means so much to you.
If you insist on being a warrior for women, then be a warrior for women. Listen to the things that we say and need and ask for.

SET IT UP IS AMAZING!!
the acting is incredible.
the main characters aren’t stereotypes.
everyone, even the side-characters have a freaking personality.
the ‘best friends’ characters are AMAZING, they aren’t there just for exposure purposes, they actually make the plot evolve.
all these characters felt real, they all make mistakes and face consequences for those mistakes.
the characters are relatable as hell.
also, the CHEMISTRY between the main characters is so fucking incredible and natural.
the plot might be predictable, but it’s so good, and so well written!!!
and the pacing is GREAT??? you don’t feel like there’s any part that was rushed, or that there’s a part that falls flat compared to the other????
it’s fun and cliche, but not too overly cliche you’ll roll your eyes. it’s the type of cliche that will make you happy and believe in happiness again. this movie will truly leave you with a smile on your face.
FUCKING AMAZING SOUNDTRACK. makes you want to fall in love.
if you love rom coms, and you want to watch one that isn’t a ‘so bad that is good’ rom com, ‘set it up’ will be the ‘so good that is FREAKING AMAZING’ rom com you’ve been waiting for.
btw, IT WAS WRITTEN AND DIRECTED BY WOMEN.
watch ‘set it up’ on netflix. it’s one of the best rom coms i’ve seen in years. i really think you won’t regret it.

Person B: Loud, Obnoxious, Probably ate all the candy in the jar then guessed zero, Mega dork and proud
But also...
Person B: Compassionate, Scary threat when provoked, Very chill when mellow, Keeps things bottled up and fakes smiles to get through the day, Very tol
Person A: Standoffish, High and mighty complex, Angry at everything and everyone, Cries at everything, Emotionally stunted due to tragic past, Very smol but will fight you
