Good evening, Lotus!

Ghost Pokemon can be very fickle creatures. Many ghost types live their life in the face of ridicule from uneducated people (sometimes Pokemon, as well). While it is normal for some Pokemon to have a shy nature, it is possible that your Sinistea's shyness is a step up from that because she is not used to being herself. Even wild Pokemon can hear what folks say about them.

Keep that in mind as you continue to interact with her. Give her some vintage teacups to play around in, and let her know it's ok if she gets a little energy out and takes a little energy in. Be sure to research your specific ghost type and their energy needs. An ignorant ghost trainer is a sick ghost trainer!

Hello I wanted to start my own business, the idea is to set up in a greenhouse (or just next to one) to plant my own berries and other fruit/vegetables, to make like smoothies and other food to serve
