When Twilight goes wolf mode does he retain a fully Hylian mind or does he have some wolf instincts? I haven’t played his game or read the mangas (I’m sorry twilight 😔) so I’m not sure if there’s anything canon for this
what I’m personally picturing is that he obviously retains enough of a Hylian mind to communicate, retain memories well, etc. buuuuuutt
for fun
I think he would have a lot of wolf instincts as a wolf. Like if he’s mad at somebody in the chain he might have half a mind to take a piss in their boots while in wolf mode. Or maybe the chain is admiring some voles or squirrels and Willie comes up and just goes chomp 😭 he’s a little horrified when he switches back to a crying Wind and disappointed Sky
I guess my theory is just basically tame werewolf Twilight 😭
I also think he’d be colorblind, specifically red-green which dogs and wolves have
somebody pls lmk what you think, im pretty sure in canon he can talk to animals which would make him going “chomp” kind of fucked up of him but hey, he’s a wolf, food chain and all
I’m too tired to try and write an actual Drabble, but I think Dapper made it onto the boat with the elytra
Imagine with me:
The last we saw from bbh’s pov was Dapper pearling away. I imagine he makes it to a high point and uses the elytra, flying after the boat. He starts losing momentum and remembers his firework, which he uses just in time. It’s just enough to propel him fast enough to catch up. He crash lands onto the deck hard but everyone takes care of him.
Poor Dapper is absolutely distraught, more than anyone has ever seen him. He’s disoriented and hurt from months of running and being kidnapped. He hit the deck hard enough to hurt himself but he’s safe at the cost of his Father, siblings, and the rest of his family.
I imagine he’s inconsolable but everyone is able to take care of him.
(time skip)
I'm so tired.

I really wanted to write a fic about Badboyhalo and Cellbit's time in the Survival games. Unfortunately I got really busy. I had the entire fic outlined, however, and decided it would be better to post what I have than rather to never let it breath. I really hope everyone enjoys!
tbh, I’m not voting based off politics at all
Baghera is, to me, the obvious choice. She’s smart, reasonable, and well intentioned, BUT. Is there drama with her winning? I believe woman but she’s just too good of a choice. I’m too messy for that.
Badboyhalo is my personal bbg, but I’m so worried he might go villain mode and my heart can’t take that 💔 I know he’s not the same as c!bbh but if he brings Skeppy in I think we all know how easily he can be manipulated and made to be the bad guy. Even without Skeppy, what if they hold Dapper at stake? Bbh is too kind hearted 🥀 I can’t watch my fav be made to be a bad guy. I do want him exposed to the horrors tho
and then Gegg… Gegg might take the cake for me not bc of his policies or Gegg swag, but bc.. who would he bring in? What if he revives Tilin or Juanaflipa and his person? Also I just miss Charlie
Thank you to everyone who Voted! Poor Legend 😭 his story starts with his birth (and some world building)
In this AU, Hyrule is a LARGE empire around the size of North America. In it are several ruling families that serve the Empress. Legend’s father is the second most high ranking royal, the king of western Hyrule. He rules over the largest part of land that doesn’t belong to the Empress.
I don’t think the king in ALTTP has a canon name so in this I’ll call him King West for simplicity.
King West and his wife, Queen West, have Fable. Unfortunately for Queen West, she struggles a lot with postpartum depression and spends some time recovering. This time is incredibly stressful for King West, who finds himself as the soul leader of western Hyrule, so he decides to blow off some steam and has an affair with a maid.
Obviously this is Legend’s mother. She gives birth to him 10 months after Fable was born, (they’re Irish twins!), and passes away due to complications during it.
At this point a lot of the palace staff are really pissed off that this happened. Being left with the King’s bastard, they decide to bring Legend to the ENTIRE castle’s attention. This news reaches the king just a little after it reaches the Queen.
She’s FURIOUS. He had a stressful year??? She thought she was going to DIE.
Advisors suggest surrendering the boy to an orphanage where he can grow up anonymously, but the gossip of the king’s bastard son has already traveled far enough that the other kingdoms of Hyrule know it. They cannot renounce royal blood. Hylia flows through the child’s veins.
The Queen demands that the child will not be raised in her castle. She cannot bear to watch the king’s “mistake” wander her halls. The king decides to send the child to be raised by his brother, Legend’s uncle, who is a small lord at the kingdom’s border.
The king and Queen cannot divorce, but the Queen ends up spending most of her time traveling the empire on diplomatic missions. Fable is mostly raised by her father.
(Years later the Queen regrets her decision in casting Legend out. Legend does not. He’s actually grateful to have been raised away from court.)
Despite the amount of mess surrounding his birth, Legend is raised to be a very happy boy under his uncle’s care. He grows up in a small fort surrounded by apple trees and friends. His uncle never wed nor had children, so he gets all the attention he needs. He rides horses, learns some magic, and how to farm over the years.
Right before his 12th birthday, a witch called Agahnim sends western Hyrule into chaos. Legend’s Uncle is summoned to the castle to provide extra defense. Despite warning Legend to stay home, he sneaks after him.
His uncle is too late, the castle is already taken over. Legend finds his uncle bleeding out. His uncle tells him that he needs to find his sister and get to safety before he dies in Legend’s arms.
Now he’s all alone. He finds Fable terrified and together they escape. Together they decide that they must take down Agahnim before he claims the rest of their kingdom.
Fable can turn into a sword (I’m still trying to think of what type but a rapier is really burning into my brain). Wielding his sister, they go through a long and hard journey, eventually killing Agahnim and restoring “peace and balance” to their kingdom.
And Legend feels AWFUL. His father joyfully has him stay back at the kingdom. He’s a hero now. The Queen wouldn’t keep a hero from living in the castle, would she?
He hates it. He starts taking etiquette classes and begins to learn how to be a proper prince. To make matters worse, Fable doesn’t even stay in Western Hyrule for most of the time. She’s usually in the northwest studying with her meister, Princess Dot.
He’s lonely and scared. When Agahnim attacked, he sent a curse over the land to cause all the knights to hunt him down. Now as he walks the castle halls he has to look at the people who wanted to hurt him only a few months ago. He also can’t stop having nightmares about his uncle. He misses him terribly.
Thankfully, this degree of hurt and loneliness doesn’t last too long. He keeps catching glimpses of a short kid who doesn’t look like he’s from here darting about the castle. One day they run into each other and he finally meets Hyrule.
Hyrule and Legend click instantly. Upon finding out that Hyrule is a weapon, specifically a magic weapon, they both become greatly excited to practice spells together. Legend and Hyrule both are very happy about this because neither of them have been able to practice their magic since moving into the castle. Eventually they get caught and this is a great concern. Hyrule is a lot of things: Sweet, cunning, powerful, Legend’s new best friend, and the son of the witch that corrupted all of southern Hyrule/political prisoner.
King West tries to tell Legend that he and Hyrule can no longer see each other. That Hyrule is potentially- No is. Very dangerous. Legend throws his first tantrum. Queen West who is back for diplomatic affairs has been eaten away by her guilt of casting the young prince away for years. She gives Legend permission to become Hyrule’s full time meister.
King West does not want to deal with this so he sends the two away to a boarding school that will properly train them.
When Legend turns 16, he’s sent by his father on a solo quest to Labrynna and Holodrum which are part of the neighboring empire to Hyrule. There he does good deeds, the oracle games, in order to maintain good relations between them and Hyrule. On the way back he gets into an awful boat wreck, Link’s Awakening, barely making it home.
Freshly traumatized, all he wants to see is his best friend. Unfortunately, while he was gone, Hyrule was sent back to southern Hyrule where he completed his own quest, Adventure of Link basically.
Despite completing his quest, Hyrule hasn’t returned, having gone missing, so Legend sets out to look for him.
Southern Hyrule is a combination of Hyrule’s games and Lorule. I’ll get more into when I retcon and write Hyrule’s part.
Legend meets Ravio and strengthens ties between Southern Hyrule and Western Hyrule. Southern Hyrule has been oppressed by the rest of the empire for a long time. After it was taken over and cursed by a witch, Rule’s mom, 70ish years ago, it’s basically been under martial law/abandoned by the rest of the empire. It has multiple rulers and it is fraying apart. With Fable, Legend is able to secure future ties between the two kingdoms.
Finally he finds Hyrule, also freshly traumatized by his mission, and takes him home, not to the castle, but to his uncle's old fort which he finds under possession of Ravio.
A few years of growing pass before they’re asked to join a new mission.
And that’s Legend! I’m sorry if the world building is choppy, I’m still working on it! Please please please lmk what you all think! Lmk who you’d like to see next and any thoughts or headcanons you have!!
Hi hello yes more thoughts about this hgduo pre-canon, hunger games/wars au(??) because my brain is rotating them at incredible speeds. (Obligatory cannibalism tw because yeah the lore do be like that.)
Bad originally finds Cellbit while the kid is trying to use a dagger to carve up a body to eat---key word trying. Bad stands back and watches him struggle for about thirty seconds before speaking up: "You're holding that wrong." (The kid jumps about two feet in the air. "WhhUH---") "Also you're not supposed to carve with a dagger, silly. You should really be using a knife. Here." And Bad passes him one of his hunting knives.
Bad mentally dubs Cellbit "Dagger-Kid" because he doesn't know Cellbit's name. When Cellbit later admits he doesn't know his name either, Bad officially dubs him "Dagger-Kid" or "Dagger" for short. ((For the rest of this I'll be calling Cellbit "Dagger")) ((Also I'm not 100% on this name yet but we'll see.))
I should note that I also think it would be funny that every time Dagger does something notable or reveals a new quality about himself, Bad tries to give him a new name. Like, they scavenge a piece of chocolate off one of their victims and Dagger loves it, so Bad tries to suggest, "Oh oh! What if we called you 'Sweets'! Or 'Chocolate'? 'Coco,' maybe?" all of which Dagger (playfully) rolls his eyes at. Bad rotates through nicknames regularly, but Dagger personally sticks with the first name Bad gave him.
Dagger was on his own for two months before he met Bad. He is injured and half-starved and utterly exhausted. The first time they make camp together, Dagger promises he'll take the first watch, but he nods off before even Bad can fall asleep. It's the first time Dagger has felt safe enough to truly relax, so his body just crashes. He sleeps for twelve hours.
This one's honestly more of a general qsmp headcanon I have but it goes here too: Bad teaches Dagger how to throw knives (for combat) and how to do knife tricks (for fun). Current-day Cellbit still remembers how to do the tricks, and he'll often use them as a way of fidgeting when he's thinking---with a pen or pencil instead, though.
One of Dagger's natural talents is stealth. He's not as quiet as Bad, but he's definitely good at it; his cat-hybrid traits definitely lend him a hand here, too. It's the main way Dagger survived before meeting Bad, stealing supplies out of camps while people were sleeping.
Bad, being a demon, doesn't need to eat, drink, or sleep as much as mortals do, and certainly not as much as a teenage boy. To him, it only seems practical that he gives himself smaller portions of their rations, or takes longer nightwatch shifts. But Dagger (who can scarcely imagine ever being not hungry or not tired, much less at the same time) is still grateful and feels somewhat indebted to Bad, even after Bad explains.
Dagger (a cat hybrid and a little more than a bit messed up) bites to show affection. Usually Bad's arm. Any normal guy would be injured by the force of Dagger's bite---Dagger doesn't really seem to understand that not-biting-hard is an option---but Bad doesn't really mind it.
(The truth is that deep down Dagger really wants to hug Bad, but he knows Bad isn't a very cuddly person, and yeah Bad might give him a hug if he asked but he's too afraid to ask so all that affection stays bottled up until it rises rises rises and he just doesn't know what to do with it anymore and it needs OUT---)
Bad thwacks Dagger upside the head with his tail whenever Dagger is being a "little rapscallion" and eventually Dagger starts retaliating. His tail isn't as long or flexible as Bad's but he definitely does try.
Bad has a lot of stories to tell. Some true, some made up on the fly. He's always liked telling stories, and Dagger is a captive audience. He learns Dagger loves mysteries, and suddenly, all of his campfire stories are about spies, and detectives, and red-string cork boards and espionage.
The thing Dagger fears the most is that one morning he'll wake up and Bad won't be there because Bad decided Dagger slowed him down and thus abandoned him. He thinks about this near-constantly. (The thing Bad fears the most is that one morning he'll wake up and look at Dagger and start caring like he used to a long, long time ago. He does not think about this at all.)
HEEHEE OKAY. Lowkey feeling a little bit old with this one but 👀👀👀
Maze Runner AU.
Maybe it’s just me but I feel like the Lu boys fit perfectly into this scenario. Like it’s just music to me.
It’s been a long time since I’ve read the books (lowkey gave up on the movies 😔), so I apologize if things are fuzzy or don’t match the book canon that well. Okay here we go:
Hyrule would be first in the maze. (I’m going by game release order). Hyrule starts exploring the maze after he gets to know the glade, but a severe accident makes him avoid it. He would be alone all by himself for almost 4 months before he’s joined by Legend. He knows the glade better than anybody. Later he becomes the group’s “med-jack” (basically just medic). He’s 17.
Legend is next. He becomes the first runner in the maze because he made SEVERAL escape attempts before Hyrule begged him to calm down before he got himself killed. He’s really good at drawing maps and becomes the map maker. He’s 18.
Time was a bit of a shock because unlike the other boys he’s an adult (23), tall, and swole. He came 2 months after Legend. The boys are really skittish around him at first, but he’s really good at building. He’s able to reach the high places they can’t so the come around.
Wind is also a surprise but because he’s young (14). He comes a month after Time. He brings a lot of energy to the group and they grow closer because of it (or at least Legend and Hyrule get a little less codependent and spend more time with other people). He’s very frustrated because he wants to help with running the maze but the others, mostly Time won’t let him. This is around the time that Time (ugh) takes his place as first in command.
Four is the first person to actually take to the maze well. The others are shocked, waiting for his crash out but it doesn’t come. He confides one night that his head doesn’t feel right, like it’s holding too much. The longer he stays the more prone to severe mood shifts. He’s 16 and takes care of building things like tools and handling small mechanisms. He came 2 weeks after Wind, having the shortest amount of time between arrivals.
Twilight is another person who doesn’t take this maze business well. He stalks off immediately into the maze. After going in and out of the maze for days, not listening to the protests of others, he comes back with awful claw marks raked across his face. He’s more inclined for teamwork after that. Wind pulls out his fun side. Twilight has a green thumb and starts domesticating the plants of the glade. He’s 19 and came 1.5 months after Four.
Sky is a nice addition. He comes 2 months after Twilight He’s the most gentle person to come up so far and is very inclined to teamwork but… Sky is drawn to the maze like a moth to a flame. Somehow he drags a very aggressive bird species from it into the glade and starts farming them. Sky is 18.
Warriors doesn’t take his arrival well, but at this point there’s already 6 people to yell at you to not run into the maze first chance possible so he doesn’t. Warriors is incredibly logical and a great planner. He doesn’t take much time to become a second in command. The whole time he’s in the maze he has a sick feeling that he recognizes it. He’s 21 and had come a month after Sky.
When Wild comes it’s a shock because he comes 5 months after Wars. Wild is the worst case of memory loss they’ve seen. Most people remember weird things like their age or even a name to go by, but Wild has nothing. He learns quick, however, and becomes the groups most fearless runner. He’s 17. Greenie.
I have more, but this would be a little too long if I wrote all the lore I have building >_<. I have a rough plot in mind and lore for them in the maze if anyone wants to hear about it
Please lmk what you think and any theories you might have!
I’ve finally finished the outline for my hunger games cellbit bbh fic and it’s several pages long and almost 4k words 😭 this thing is gonna be a monster
pls I need some encouragement I’m shamelessly asking for some hype
I feel like I need a beta reader just for my outline
it’s basically 9 different parts and I know I should release it as one thing instead of chapter by chapter bc I’ve been informed people have trust issues, me too
pls help
I love Vidow. I think it’s a super cute ship and I’ve thought this for like a decade, ever since I read the manga in middle school.
My question lies in the context of aus where the colors can merge and unmerge from and into Link (or Four in LU). Or also I guess more canon adjacent stories where Link doesn’t split again. Do you think Link/Four loves Shadow or do you think it’s more of a sectioned off complicated part of him? Or other? In cases where Link splits on and off again do the other colors start feeling non-platonic affection for Shadow due to Vio’s emotions leaking over?
honestly I’m a multishipper so I tend to enjoy anything well written or convincing enough so I have no solid opinions on this but I’m very curious if there’s any consensus or other opinions!
