for tips, use manifestation & the law of assumption, you're not "going" to your dr, you're THERE. for methods, if you like visualizing i'd use the cinema method by lenarblack, basically you visualize ur cr self walking into the cinema and sitting down and watching ur drselfs life on the screen, when you walk out you're ur drself. if you don't/can't visualize, maybe the raven method?

Christmas in korea might not be as big as in the west but due to having 4 foreign members ,, christmas is an EVENT for the tngc girlies, we go ALL out , massive ass tree covered in ornaments we all hand made , we all take turns moving the elf on the shelf , and gifts are placed everywhere because we simply buy eachother so much it no longer fits in our room.
