Murder Most Horrid by Useful Oxymoron- I know, the title doesn't seem very kid friendly, but it's a detective story, very long, and with (spoilers!) eventually Hermione and Bellatrix adopting a child.

Silver Chains by Alex Moss- This one has Hermione giving birth to a child with Bellatrix sort of stumbling across the scene and going 'well, I guess I'm a mother now'
