Brooke leaned into his touch, her eyes closing momentarily as she savoured his warm touch and the feeling of safety, but she knew it wouldn't last, not if DJ had anything to do with it. She blinked away her tears, forcing a smile to her face that didn't quite reach her eyes. "I could never ask that of you. I don't want to be the reason for any harm coming to you Trent"

Looking into the other's eyes, seeing the worry that was undoubtedly present in them, Trenton gently cupped the other's cheek with the tilt of his own head. "Brooke," he spoke her name softly, pain laced in his tone as he ached to help the other. Still, he put on an attempted smile in hopes to give the other some courage. "I'm just as good at helping people hide as I am at finding them." Granted it came as a part of his job, but he truly wanted to help the woman in any way he could. "You can be safe with me, I promise."

The man’s jaw tensed, the apologies falling on deaf ears as he stared her down. “After the attacks they put me in solitary most of the time to keep me safe, prison deaths make for a whole lot of paper work, so I’ve been told. I wrote to you as much as I could. The least you could have done was visit me.” Ivan shook his head, a hand then combing back through his hair as he took a step back away from her, his anger once again rising to the surface. “You knew what you were getting yourself into, I was nothing but honest with you. I told you who I was the very day we met. You should have expected that something like this would have happened eventually.” The thick Russian accent struggled and stumbled around every single word as his blood boiled. “You were my safe haven. You were my light in the dark. You were everything to me, Natalie. Now.. I have nothing. All because you were lonely.” Ivan shook his head once again, his words bitter and unrelenting. The man usually detached himself from such situations, he usually refused to allow himself to feel, but when it came to Natalie.. He couldn’t stop himself.
The tears were falling now. She couldn’t help but to feel sick as she heard Ivan recount his time in prison. The guilt flooded her. It was easy to push it away before. There was a distance between them, not to mention she had convinced herself he wasn’t coming back home to her. “Ivan, I tried to visit you! So many times. They wouldn’t let me see you. They said it was something to do with your paperwork. I just convinced myself that you didn’t want to see me.” Natalie stepped closer to him, wanting to comfort him somehow, to show him she still cared. “That was good enough for me at the time, but these past years have been hard. It made me realise I wanted a safer life - a stable one with someone who would always be around.” The blonde hated herself for what she was saying, but he deserved her honestly. “I’m sorry Ivan.”
Who : closed | @amoonlitmemory Where : Home When : September 1940 “My leave won’t last forever, y’know? As soon as I’ve healed enough and finished my physio, they’re going to send me back.” Alex broke the silence, keeping his eyes down not wanting to meet their gaze.
muse a is fresh out of prison, solitary confinement to be exact, and hasn’t truly seen the light of day for at least a couple of years. they’re adjusting to the real world; they barely speak anymore, and they haven’t experienced gentle human contact in what seems like forever. insert muse b, their new neighbor.
Hayden's jaw tightens, the weight of her words hitting like a punch to the gut. His chest aches at the sight of her—so raw, so heartbreakingly certain of something he never meant for her to feel.
"Tilly—" His voice is rough, thick with emotion he barely knows how to contain. He steps forward, hesitant, as if afraid she'll slip right through his fingers. "That’s not true."
He exhales sharply, raking a hand through his hair. "You don't actually think that, do you?" His eyes search hers, desperate for her to see the truth, to feel it the way he does. "I just don’t know how to love you the way you deserve. But don’t you dare think for a second that I don’t love you enough."

Oh. Oh shit.
Her heart stopped the second she saw the name above the message. That was not meant for him.
Ruby sat up so fast that she nearly knocked her phone out of her hands. Sleepy confusion turned into full-blown horror as she clicked back to the chat, praying she was hallucinating. Nope. There it was. Sent. Delivered. Read.
She slapped a hand over her mouth, as if that would somehow undo the fact that King—her neighbour King—had just seen that.
Her mind raced. Maybe he hadn’t actually looked at it yet? Maybe he’d just seen the notification and ignored it? But no, knowing him, he definitely opened it. Her stomach flipped at the thought.
Okay. Breathe. Fix this. Damage control.
Fingers shaking, she quickly typed out a message:
"OH MY GOD. King, that was NOT for you. I am SO sorry. Please just pretend you never saw that. Or delete it. Or—oh my god, this is humiliating."
She hesitated for half a second before sending it, then groaned, flopping back onto her bed and covering her face with both hands. Of all the people…
truth be told king had always had a thing for her. did he do anything about it? oh, absolutely not. he was the first one to be informed of her useless and irritating male partners she kept and yet he never tossed his hat in the ring. he'd made jokes about it because they had this thing between them, a sort of tension if you will that couldn't entirely be pin pointed. he liked it that way, ad he enjoyed being the one person to wind her up. on this evening in particular he was just about to text her as her light was still on quite early. they'd been neighbours long enough he could catch the glow in the corner of his eye even where he was sprawled out on his bed. it wasn't until his phone pinged and he realised it was her, he was a little surprised. could she read his mind? not really thinking anything of it he clicked on the picture half asleep before he realised the extend of what was on his screen. well. his evening took an interesting turn. @littledaydreamers
but also asking for a friend: does anyone know of a Hollywood/celeb RP where Harry Styles FC is available? Preferably, a Discord RP.
"I'm sure you would be the same if the situation was reversed." Zoe replied chewing her lip to keep the bashful smile from her face. "And who's to say I don't actually like this guy I met?" She asked matter-of-factly as she raised a brow.
"you're so dramatic," comment flows easily, laughter escaping his lips -- tongue darting out to dampen them. smirk growing upon noticing the redness growing on cheeks. "some guy at the club getting pictures like that? damn, can't imagine if what you'll send someone you actually like."
Kai had spent the last ten minutes leaning against the wall outside, rolling a cigarette between his fingers but never lighting it. He didn’t need it—his nerves were already buzzing, his head already clouded with the scent of her, the weight of their last conversation still pressing against his chest.
And then she appeared.
The town car pulled up like something out of a movie, sleek and dark, a sharp contrast to the warm glow of the streetlights. The window lowered just enough for him to catch the glint in her eyes, that look—knowing, challenging, absolutely fucking intoxicating.
"Get in. Now."
His lips twitched. He should make a comment, something smug about how demanding she was, how she thought she could snap her fingers and he’d come running. Instead, he just tossed the unlit cigarette to the ground and stepped forward, pulling the door open fully before sliding in beside her.
The door shut with a quiet click, sealing them inside, away from the world. The low hum of music filled the space between them. He wasn't used to this kind of luxury. It almost made him a little uncomfortable, but instead, he tried to keep his focus on her.
Kai turned to her, his body angled slightly, one arm resting against the back of the seat as his dark eyes flickered over her face, lingering on her lips.
"So," he drawled, voice low, thick with something unspoken. "What exactly do you plan on doing with me now that you've got me all to yourself?" The male asked, back to teasing her.
all evening she had been first in line to his quippy little comments and actions, it had been an endless cycle of them trying to fluster one another and it had worked especially for pia. she knew that earlier, despite his words that he was envious which is why he kept such a keen eye on her and her every move. she loved that he didn't falter in his gaze, that he was first row at the show that they had created. every move she made was purposeful for his amusement, and with every moment that went by with them one upping one another, it had now come tumbling down.
she wanted him, god did she ever. she couldn't stop thinking about the way his body felt against her own, how he reacted to her, how that low moan sprung out of him as they kissed. she needed him like she'd never needed anyone before. no other male she had met had made her feel a fraction of emotions that he seemed to in a matter of hours.
she couldn't stop thinking about him, feeling the ghost of his lips tingling against her own, the smell of his cologne still inbedded in her senses. the way his touch was firm but gentle all at the same time. even that look in his orbs when he was clearly up to no good. she wanted to keep all of it going, on a loop, over and over again.
yet he managed to say a few words and it all unravelled and he had convinced her that if she DID kiss someone else now he wouldn't actually do anything to stop it and that made her feel stupid for even entertaining the idea.
she exhaled a breath as she looked back at him, her expression was unreadable at this point, what could she be thinking about? she tapped a few letters on her keyboard of her phone and then shot a glance back up to him.
"meet me outside in 10. don't be late."
and with that she was gone, returning ten minutes later as promised outside with her town car. she had instructed the driver to loop around the city, put up the tinted window in the middle and to make sure everything was sound proof and with music playing in the background. she opened the door a fraction giving him a knowing look.
"get in. now."
If someone could give me a plot with these two girls, they find out that the guy they have been seeing has been cheating behind their back. They get in contact with each other, make up this plan of revenge that goes terribly wrong and it end up with killing him. They end up having to hide the body, stick together as if they don’t know anything, and along the way they end up falling for each other. If you give me this, I will love you forever.

“Alex, look at me. You’re going to get through this, okay?” Genevieve pulled out the chair next to her brother and took one of his hands into hers, hoping to offer some kind of comfort. In reality she was worried sick for him, this wasn’t something that she could protect him from. It wasn’t like when he was younger and their father got into one of his rages. “I can’t promise you everything is going to be okay little brother, I won’t do that to you. What I will promise is that I’m here for you.”
Alex looked into Genevieve's eyes, his own filled with a mixture of fear and vulnerability. He shook his head, breaking their connection momentarily, unable to bear the weight of his thoughts. He took a deep breath, gathering the strength to voice his deepest concerns. “I... I'm terrified, Gen," Alex admitted, his voice quivering with emotion. He fought to hold back tears, determined not to crumble in front of his sister “I’m going to die out there. I won’t make it back a second time. I know it and the thought haunts me, it consumes me.” His voice choked with a mix of anguish and desperation, Alex continued, “I don’t want to die-- I’ve seen first hand how it happens. It’s not brave or courageous like they make it sound. It’s painful and it’s lonely. I’ve seen men cry out for their mothers, begging for comfort in their final moments, only to be left behind to die a lonely and miserable death.” As tears streamed down his face, memories played like a relentless reel in his mind. Each image etched deeply into his soul, intensifying his inner turmoil.
