The state of knowing is the absolute most powerful state for manifesting.

In fact, if you’re in the state of knowing, you really don’t need to do anything else and your manifestations will come asap. It’s the state of absolute belief and faith that your manifestation will arrive no matter what.

In the state of knowing, we have no doubts or fears regarding our manifestation. Failure does not even exist and our mindset is of absolute faith and trust that no matter what the 3D shows us, our desires will come to fruition.

When you place an order on Amazon, do you doubt whether it will be delivered or not? No!! You’re super sure of the outcome and you know that you’ll receive your package no matter what. Reaching this level of faith should be the goal of every conscious manifestor.

Let’s take this same example when it comes to manifesting with deadlines. You have an option to choose the date of delivery on Amazon and it says that it will arrive tomorrow. Do you doubt it?? No!! That’s exactly how you should feel with regards to manifesting your desires.

How to get into the state of knowing?

Work on your self concept !! That’s literally the most important part of manifesting. 

Self concept is how you view yourself and the world around you. For example, if you assume you’re a broke student who only has pennies in your pocket, that’s exactly who you’ll be till you decide to view yourself differently.

Here are a few self concept affirmations to get you started. 

I am a master manifestor.

I manifest effortlessly, instantly and perfectly each and everytime.

I am the God of my reality.

I am the one on the pedestal and the 3D desperately conforms to my desires.

Everything always goes my way.

The 3D only reflects my desires.

Negative assumptions , emotions and affirmations never manifest. They are powerless against me.

I don’t have any intrusive thoughts or limiting beliefs.

I am limitless.

Everything I desire is already mine.

You can also assume, visualise or command your subconscious to have a perfect self concept.

Believe that you’re God and remove all doubts from your mind about your manifestation. Did God question himself when he was creating this universe? No !! He literally just went, “Let there be light.”

Your imagination is God. Your subconscious is God. You are God.

It is absolutely impossible for you to fail. The 3D has only one choice, one option and one path and that is to get all that you want when you want it. Believe so for it is your divine birthright !

When you truly know the truth and persist without a shadow of doubt, it is inevitable for you to receive your desires quickly or even instantly.

hey lovelies! — here’s a short post about how i personally manifest.

I personally love easy stuff, therefore i don’t really complicate my methods/techniques or affirmations, i simply think about what i want at the moment affirm once and that’s it, i mostly use affirmations, it’s actually been quite some time since i’ve tried a technique since i don’t really need them, i love affirming i always try to make it fun — and not make it a chore or something “I HAVE” to do 10k times, i simply stand firm in my assumption that it only takes one affirmation to get my desire(s) — i also adore scripting, it’s so fun! i’ve always said “do whatever works best for you” just because someone else used a method and got what they wanted doesn’t mean that you HAVE to use that method too, no! you can create your own, in fact i’m always creating methods ヽ(・∀・)ノ ♡.

→ I have clear skin / my skin is flawless.

that individual affirms these affirmations whenever they think of their desire and when they fall asleep / wake up. no matter what the individual sees in the 3D, they remember that the 3D (physical reality) is only a reflection of the 4D (imagination). as long as they persist in having their desire within the 4D, the 3D will conform / show them movement within 3 days. so, they persist in living in the end. within 3 days, they indeed got their desire; clear skin! yippe!

before doing anything, I made my desires clear. I wrote a list of desires that I wanted to manifest within 3 days. this isn‘t necessary but I scripted for a few things just to make it clearer for myself. after that, I declared in my mind that I manifest within 3 days or less. for 3 days straight, I lived in the end by just thinking the thoughts I would have if I had my desire. these are the affirmations I used if anyone else wants to use them:

→ nothing can ruin my manifestations.

→ I always manifest within 3 days or less.

→ I have everything I desire.

my results? I got 90% of my desires on the list and 3D movement from the other 10% desires within 3 days.

12HOUR MOVEMENT CHALLENGE

i mentioned several times in the past that at some point in my journey i used to set alarms for every hour i was awake to remind myself to affirm. though i don’t do that anymore due to it being too freaking much, it definitely gave me a lot of movement every time. if you love affirming as much as i do then you should definitely try this! technically it’s only a one day challenge since that’s all you need but you can do it however long you’d like to.

𝐈 ︴decide what you want and create an affirmation

» example: i want to be 5’0. my affirmation will be “i am naturally 5 feet tall”

𝐈𝐈 ︴set an alarm or a reminder for every hour your awake

» assuming you already know how long you’re usually awake, set a reminder for every hour. you can use the self pause app, reminders app, alarms, whatever it really doesn’t matter so pls don’t inbox me “do i have to use that app or any app?” just make sure you have something that’ll remind you hourly. my reminders were usually set from 7am - 10pm so not necessarily 12 hours but whatevs.

𝐈𝐈𝐈 ︴repeat your affirmation 30x

» each time my reminder went off, i repeated my affirmation 30x (aka said it in my head 30x). i wouldn’t necessarily say i said it robotically, i just said it normally like if i was reading a sentence from a book or something.

» that’s it y’all. it’s real easy. i did this around the lowest part of my journey and still got results so i don’t wanna see any circumstances or excuses in my inbox. i rebuke.

⸻ okay. tomorrow morning i will clear my inbox then after that i am going on a hiatus. as a girl, i feel as if i need a whole week to prepare for this vacation loll plus i spend a lot of time on here so i could use a break. so any questions you have try to get them in by 8-10am ish idk sleep schedule kind of fawked.

i will be starting this challenge tomorrow 7-25-22 and ending it 7-26-22 (as 48 hours is 2 days lol)

my desired body (i workout but thats just to stay in shape for sports i just want my desired body and to maintain it with working out)

Quick manifesting method for those who just want to persist & focus on their desire(s):

1. pick a desire and a subliminal to match your desire (a calm sub highly recommended so this exercise can relax you)

2. take this ten minutes to loop the subliminal while affirming while laying down or sitting up. and no matter what happens just keep going. if a doubt or negative feeling comes up i want you to let it be there, but keep affirming.

3. after the ten minutes, affirm empowering affirmations that make you feel well about yourself & umbrella affirmations. subs are optional for this step. don’t focus on contradictory emotions (unless they’re genuinely a burden, ill make a post on how to deal w emotions). don’t focus on any doubt just focus on your affirmations. affirm. this step lasts five minutes.

4. at the end i want you to say this "my doubts & emotions are valid but cannot stop my manifestations" loop it.

Benefits:

if your doubts have been getting the best of you lately or you’re struggling to see results. this will help saturate your mind while calming your body down at the same time.

you’re taking time out of your day to focus on affirming for your desire rather than dwell in the 3D & doubt the 4D.

improves self-concept bc you’ll be using affirmations that make you feel well.

do this until your doubts no longer effect you. and with any desire you’d like.

by doing this daily (or at least consistently) you are persisting in your assumption

this is not a meditation, if intrusive thoughts come (they most likely will) that’s fine, normal and won’t affect anything at all. this is simply a method.

HOW TO LIVE IN THE END EASILY AND EFFORTLESSLY?

How would the version of you who had their desired life, desired face, desired everything feel and react? Do you honestly think you’d be worrying about it so much? Affirming 24/7? NO! So why do all these nonsense methods? (But of course if it helps you then do what you need to do).

Be that version of yourself cultivating and embodying that version of you who has it all, embody that version of you and really sink into it.

Would that version of you who has there SP be watching “how to manifest your sp” videos or scroll through tumbler for hours reading post? NO.

Would the version of you who has a perfect life or who has there dream job/car/house/money, would you thinking or questioning how or when exactly things will show up in the 3D?

Once your truly know and embody the version of yourself who is living the life you want to live; acts, thinks, feels, and as long you keep embodying and cultivating that state, there’s no need to fear or question anything because the moment you know it’s done, it’s done. Stuff doesn’t take time to manifest or appear in the 3D and the only reason you’re not experiencing it is because you haven’t let the old man die (the old you).

Remember that all your desires are within you right now. You can access any version of you and anything you wanna experience just by embodying the version of you who has it through that feeling state.

You can feel loved just by generating that feeling within yourself right now. You can feel worthy just by embodying it within yourself.

You can experience anything just by going within and generating that feeling within and knowing it’s done. Saturate your mind with knowing that’s it’s already done or that it’s already happened.

SATS: State Akin to Sleep Guide

I've mentioned that the SATS method is one of my preferred methods for manifesting and shifting, and as such, a lot of people have asked how I use it. So here's a little guide on what it is, how to do it, etc!

SATS: State Akin To Sleep Guide

Before I start this guide I need to clarify some things because I often see confusion regarding this matter.

The state akin to sleep is just a state of consciousness. It's not a method.

The SATS method that most people talk about, refers to one example of using this state to manifest. This specific method does include visualization however, there are tons of other SATS methods that don't. I'll be going over the visualization method as well as the lullaby method and mentioning a few other options for you in this guide.

Now that I've got that out of the way!

First, what is SATS?

You sit down for the purpose of creating a state akin to sleep, as though you were sleepy, but do not push the drowsiness too far, just far enough to relax and leave you in control of the direction of your thoughts.

The State Akin To Sleep (ie SATS) is a state of consciousness where a person is completely relaxed, and often somewhat drowsy, yet is still aware of and in control of their thoughts.

This state can happen at any time of the day, however, people are most often aware of it right before they go to sleep and right after they wake up. It's still important to note that you can get into this state whenever you want, not just before sleep!

Now, remember what I said at the very beginning, SATS is just a state of consciousness. There are multiple different methods one can do while in SATS. There are also other things you can do in this state, not just methods! I'll talk about this more further down.

Now that we know what SATS is, let's get into some SATS methods!

Neville Goddard explains one of his personal methods of using SATS to manifest as such:

Get into a completely comfortable position and start to relax

Know what you want to manifest and decide on it beforehand

Decide on a scene to visualize that would imply you have your manifestation (ex: manifesting being rich and visualizing seeing millions in your account/counting money/etc)

Once you've decided both of these things, allow yourself to fully relax and enter sats (try not to think too hard about this - just relax)

The moment you enter this state, visualize your scene on repeat until you fall asleep or decide to stop.

Another version, the Lullaby Method, is extremely similar but uses repeating affirmations in place of visualizing. So do go through the first two steps and then instead of visualizing a scene, pick one or a few different affirmations to repeat until you fall asleep or decide to stop.

The Vaunting Method is another method that can be done in the state akin to sleep. To do this method, simply pretend to have a conversation with someone of your choice, and then talk/brag about your manifestations. This one is popular with people who don't like repeating the same aff over and over again and prefer their affirmations to sound more natural, hence the conversational tone of it. This method doesn't need to be done in SATS but it is a fun option.

"Feeling it real"

In this feeling, it is easy to touch anything in this world. You take the simple little restricted action which implies fulfillment of your prayer and you feel it or you enact it. Whatever it is, you enter into the action as though you were an actor in the part. You do not sit back and visualize yourself doing it. You do it.

Neville repeats quite often that "feeling it real" is very important to this method. I want to make it clear that 1. you don't need to feel it real and 2. feeling it real is actually a lot easier than people think it is and most people are able to do it.

"Feeling it real" in regard to visualization or affirmations usually refers to that feeling of confidence or assuredness that you already have your manifestation. Say you're manifesting your desired face; feeling it real would come with a feeling of just knowing that you have your DF and the scene that you repeat would actually feel real, not necessarily in a physical sense, but in a way that you know it to be true and you're not just imagining/wishing for it to be. So again, it's not about feeling physical sensations, it's more about feeling the emotions and thoughts that you would feel if you were actually experiencing your desires in the 3D.

For example, if you're manifesting being rich, imagine the emotions and feelings that being rich would give you. Would you feel happy? Comfortable? Secure? If you're manifesting a partner, what emotions would you feel being with them? If you're manifesting a vacation or a new phone or getting accepted into your desired university etcetc, imagine the emotions, thoughts, and feelings you would have if you were experiencing this right now.

Try not to be worried if you can't feel it real or it doesn't come easily to you at first. Tons of people manifest without feeling it real, myself and a lot of other loa blogs here included! It's not necessary, it's just another option that can help. It's another facet of knowing your desires already belong to you. Which... they do! Regardless of your doubts and fears, they belong to you. You already have them. This is partially why feeling it real works and also why it isn't technically necessary. It works because you're acknowledging that you already have it but it's also not necessary because you quite literally already have it, regardless of how you're thinking.

Common Questions

How do you use the SATS method to shift?

It's basically the same thing! Instead of visualizing/affirming something about a manifestation, you would just visualize/affirm your DR/WR.

Is visualizing necessary for the SATS method?

I answered this above but I want to say it again. Yes and no. Visualizing is one of the methods. That specific method is a visualization method. However, there are other methods that use this state that don't include visualization.

I know a lot of people like to say you don't need to visualize for the SATS method, and they're like... partially right. The state akin to sleep isn't a method itself, it's just a state of consciousness. There are hundreds of different things and methods you can do while in the state akin to sleep. However, the specific SATS method that most people talk about in loa and shifting circles is referring to one of Neville's methods which does include visualization as a major component. So no, you don't need to visualize while in SATS, but yes, visualization is part of that specific SATS method. I know it can get confusing, which is why there's so much debate about it. It's mostly semantics though and once you know that difference, it's a lot easier to understand these conversations and figure out something that works for you.

How do I get into SATS?

You can let yourself enter it naturally by sitting/laying in a comfortable position and calming yourself down. I have a post that gives a few different options for getting and staying relaxed.

Again, try not to overthink this! The state akin to sleep is literally just a state where one is completely relaxed (and could drift to sleep) but is still awake and aware of their thoughts. That's it! You don't have to be getting ready to sleep to enter SATS. If you've had one boring class, you've probably gotten into SATS during the day!

Is the SATS method necessary to manifest/shift?

No.

Can I move while in SATS?

Yes. This isn't the military - do whatever you want. No, you won't get knocked out of the state if you move.

What are other methods that use SATS?

Besides the ones mentioned above, one of Neville's other methods was feeling thankful; essentially feeling thankful for your life and for already having your desires while being in SATS (this one also employs the feeling of the wish fulfilled). I'm not sure if there's a name for it, but another one is to listen to music, subs, and/or waves that remind you of your manifestations/desired realities while in SATS. Again, there are other options, these are just some of the most common ones!

Do remember that the state akin to sleep is simply just a state and you can do literally whatever you want in it. You can make your own method that works better for you! Don't be afraid to just lie there and try something out.

The famous void state that almost everyone in the loassumption tumblr community is desperately wanting to enter.

It's a very attractive and exciting opportunity to us because once you reach the void state, you manifest instantly.

This is going to be a fun post for me to write

What is the void state?

The void state (also known as the "I AM" state & the God state - according to Neville Goddard) is the state where you are absent from your body and at one with the divine power of God hidden within you. It is where you are in a state of being formless and pure consciousness in an empty void of space. In the void, you are no longer surrounded by the mirror and the limitations of the "daunting" physical world. Upon reaching the void state, you realize that you truly are God and you are the operant power of your reality. In this state, all things are revealed to be divinely possible. You are able to shift realities with ease and you are able to manifest absolutely anything you desire instantly. There no limitations for what you are able to manifest when you succeed in reaching the void.

How to reach the void:

"To accomplish this seemingly impossible feat, you take your attention away from your problem and place it upon being. You say silently but feelingly, "I AM." Do not condition this awareness but continue declaring quietly, "I AM----I AM." Are you struggling with the void? Here's the problem & how to fix it:

You have the void on a damn pedestal.

First of all, you guys have the underlying assumption that "reaching the void is difficult." Guess what? This is the law of assumption. With that underlying assumption in your mind, you are manifesting your failure with reaching the void over and over and over again. So first things first, you need to change your assumption and persist in the new assumption that entering the void is so easy and effortless for you to reach every single time.

Persist in beneficial assumptions such as:

- You enter the void so quickly and easily.

- You never struggle with entering the void.

- You are an absolute master of entering the void.

- You have already mastered the void.

- You enter the void easily and effortlessly.

- You love how easy it is for you to enter the void.

Stop feeding your power into assumptions that are only manifesting your failure over and over again.

Stop the incessant obsessions with the void, you are your only opponent.

If you want to reach the void, you must change your mindset and change your assumptions about the void or else you will keep going through an endless cycle of "failing" to reach the void.

Stop the cycle of failure by fixing the root cause by changing your assumptions about the void and changing your mindset. Drop the "victim mentality" and realize you own the world, for you are God.

You need to open your eyes and realize that the void is not outside of you, it is the God state within you. Even all this time when you're not in the void and you're interacting with the limitations of the physical world, guess what? You're still God and you still have the operant authority over your reality, nothing changes that. The void cannot possibly exist without you. Why? Because I tell you, you are God and the void is just the state of God within you. You are God of your reality and the void would not exist in the first place if that was not a true fact. The void existing is cold hard proof alone that you are the operant power. The void is the divine power of God hidden within you.

Listen to this for a moment and let this sink in: you are always God, but you forget who you really are when you face challenges in this world of shadows. You are always God, but you do not always know that you are God.

Your state of mind and lack of self-belief are the only things preventing your success with reaching the famous void state.

You guys are operating from the "victim mentality" instead of the confident and aware operant power with strong self-belief. Believe in yourselves, believe in your own power, believe in your own abilities as God of your reality and your success with reaching the void is inevitable.

Give the void a rest for a little while, take a fucking break from all the fruitless "trying" to enter the damn void and work on your self-awareness. Yiu need to wake up from the deep sleep you're under and realize the divine being you truly are underneath your human disguise.

This is what you do in the meantime:

Change your mindset and work on the self-concept

*Only once you have changed your self-concept and when you are operating from the mindset of the confident victor with strong self-belief* - you can then change your assumptions about the void and persist in the new assumption that the void is so easy for you to reach every single time.

Change your mindset, change your self-concept, and start believing in your own power. As Neville once said, "Start believing as God."

Don't persist just to persist. *Persist in the new assumptions with confidence and self-belief in your own power as God.* Know with confident certainty and faith in your own power as the master of your world that it is already done because you are God. Have you forgotten that God never fails? Once you are awake to who you truly are with a strong sense of self-belief in your own power, there is absolutely nothing stopping you. You are untouchable in that state of mind.

You will then be met with success upon reaching the void, I promise you.

Is the void necessary to manifest your desires?

Absolutely not, the void is only a method. It is not necessary and you can manifest your desires just as easily and quickly without it by assuming that rule and faithfully persisting in that assumption. You can manifest your dream life just as easily without the void, so there's no need to stress and obsess over it. It's just a method, you're just as divine and powerful without it.

You know that you can easily manifest multiple things at once at anytime you want and you don't have to stress over not wanting to manifest only one desire at a time. You're already aware of all that jazz.

So with that said, here's a fun method you can do for manifesting numerous desires at once, no matter how many desires you have.

This is especially perfect for those of you who are working on changing your mindset and your self-concept.

Testing the law and proving your own power to yourself is very important for building the status of your self-belief and self-confidence in your own power. The more you prove your power, the more you will realize that you are the operant power and you will truly believe in your own abilities to manifest.

This is a pretty fun method for you to be able to manifest as many desires as you want and it also helps to give you greater clarity on everything you want to manifest.

Sammy ingram has perfectly stated in many of her videos how important it is to saturate your mind with the state of already having your desires. The more you want something, the more you have to indulge your consciousness in the living in the end state.

Drench your mind with all the thoughts that align up with your desired reality. If you really want something, you don’t have time to doubt, you don’t have time to fixate on the unwanted circumstances, you have to put all your energy in the state of already having what you want.

Whether that’s doing a routine or just affirming for your desires as soon as they cross your mind, it doesn’t matter. Guys when I tell you manifesting is literally so easy. I’m not even saying this as a motivational post for clout, I’m saying this as a wake up call for those of you who’re struggling (It’s okay, it’s an easy fix!)

Because it’s seriously so fucking easy. Don’t complicate things. I manifested a whole family road trip (including my extended family), my favorite food, and my bf’s health to improve within 30 minutes, just by day dreaming, knowing those day dreams were true and ignoring the 3D. That’s literally IT!!!!!

If you want something, day dream about it. Experience it in your head, fully. Feel how happy it makes you to have it and hold it and experience it. And then go throughout your day knowing the 3D doesn’t matter because you already experienced what you wanted inside your head. You’ve already felt that happiness and joy from it. And, you can always experience it again by just day dreaming again. So, it doesn’t matter what the fuck the 3D is doing, because you already have what you want.

And yeah, the 3D is going to reflect that because that’s what it does, that’s all it knows how to do. But it doesn’t matter. Why would you place so much emphasis on the 3D, when you’ve already experienced it!!! That’s like complaining you want ice cream while holding an ice cream cone. You. Literally. Already. Have. It. JUST GIVE IT TO YOURSELF AND ENJOY IT!!!!!! I cannot emphasize how fucking easy this is. Save yourself some time and energy, lovelies.

each of us manifest in different ways, "techniques," etc. i know from experience that with over-consuming loa content and trying different things right after the other expecting everything to work instantly without true belief is overwhelming and unsuccessful. your reality=your rules

during that confusion it's like your head is filled with different "rules" you've heard so far to try and you're pulling from different ones to try and justify any work you've done so far or to fulfill doubts. manifesting is not a "trying" process.

the biggest thing i learned, is that you SHOULD be able to decide the rules by YOURSELF for YOURSELF, why should you follow EXACTLY what different loa coaches, bloggers, etc say?

it’s all UP TO YOU. just decide on your rules & think as if they are already set for you. you create the rules with repetition that they are true- just like any assumption. 

saturate your mind with them just bring your mind back & reinforce those rules to yourself AGAIN if you start to oppose. to create your rules you need repetition.

these are just mine for an example, you don't have to follow them with precision like i said. but feel free to take those that resonate with you and your past assumptions/beliefs.

You read that right! You don't have to work hard in order to get what you want. Isn't that amazing? All you have to do in order to get what you desire is to affirm and persist for it. That's literally it!

You don't have to work extra hours at your job in order to get that raise. You don't have to text first or be good at flirting in order to have your sp. You don't have to be as thin as a minecraft enderman or fit eurocentric beauty standards in order to be beautiful. You don't have to have pale skin or follow trends in order to be worthy of love and respect. You just have to affirm and persist for what it is that you want and you'll be able to get it. You already have what you want regardless of anything!

Nothing is out of your reach unless you assume that it is. Nothing is impossible unless you assume that something's impossible. On the other end, if you assume that you can have something, than you absolutely can have it. If you assume that you always get what you want, then you always get what you want. It's that simple!

Your subconscious mind already does all the hard work for you. So stop overworking yourself and doing so much unnecessary shit that's only stressing you out and making you feel exhausted and make life easier for yourself. You don't have to work so much. All you have to do is affirm and persist. Your thoughts create, not the amount of work that you do. You are worthy of your desires no matter how much time and effort you put into receiving them.

I MANIFESTED ROSY CHEEKS • IT WAS SO EASY

Now, I'll be honest. My old self back then had a hard time living in the end. But, I was like "What do I have to lose?"

A few days ago, I've seen girls around me and on social media with rosy cheeks. Of course I was jealous. I wanted rosy cheeks. Of course I wasn't sad about it. I knew I could get them- Without makeup.

I didn't even listen to subliminals. I didn't affirm throughout the day 10X or whatever. ALL I DID WAS LIVE IN THE END. That's it! Yeah, the mirror showed the opposite. But I didn't care. Whenever it would pop up in my mind I would say, "I have rosy cheeks. I am so grateful." And guess what? Just like every human on this Earth, I doubted. That little part inside me said "You don't have rosy cheeks. This stuff isn't real." But I PUSHED those thoughts aside and reaffirmed the opposite. About 3 days later. I look in the mirror ( Not for the rosy cheeks just because I wanted to ) And BOOM. I had them. Every human has some rosy-ness to their cheeks but I wanted mine to be noticable. They were SUPER noticable. Guys, it's so easy than you make it out to be.

All you have to do is live in the 4D. Who cares about the 3D? It'll catch up in it's own time. Don't think it's yours. KNOW it's yours.

let me give you an example; have you ever tried making a row of dominoes? okay, let’s pretend that the dominoes are your desires/manifestations, they are WAITING FOR YOU to push them so they can start moving — but if you DO NOT push them… How are they going to move?

simple as that, you make the first move, and when you do it — you’ll see how you’ll get your desires, it’s not about how strong the push is, even the smallest push is going to make the dominoes move, you do not have to try a thousand methods or techniques, persist in the feeling of HAVING and not TRYING, because you already have your desires!

💭 I feel bad because I am feeling impatient. I know consciousness is the only reality and I've imagined a scene from my desired reality and told myself "this is reality" so I know. But I really really really want to experience physically right now. The 3d isn't anywhere close to good so I want to be in my dr physically so bad. I don't know where I am going wrong though. Is there something wrong with my beliefs? I don't know...

omg hi anon! i was just thinking abt this let me tell u what i was thinking

first of all, this is a normal feeling- there’s no shame in that! we all know by now that it helps to live in your DR, live in the end, etc but what if you genuinely have bad circumstances. it’s so fucking…. demeaning that people say just to ignore that stuff. i’ve heard before that if you don’t persist enough than you’re “ignorant” and like… come the fuck on. like that actually makes me mad because are u fucking serious? people can repeat their affs 1000 million times and still not get what they want sometimes… not to be discouraging bc this can be incredibly easy but it feels sm better to have validation instead of being torn down for “not persisting enough.” @bluegrapess had a really good post abt this from the mental health perspective and it had me thinking a lot abt this fr. i honestly believe in doing things in the 3d to make u happy just as much as in the 4d- at least while you’re getting started w loa. bc it’s like yeah you can sit in bed all day and do nothing and manifest, but we all do things to help ourselves in the 3d sometimes when needed- it’s all like interconnected. everything is a manifestation. but anyways, i just had to rant about this because it’s a genuine struggle that i want to pay attention to. like if you’re a person who’s sick or that has circumstances there can be a lot of factors. tend to your mental and physical health first. look for inner happiness- because it all comes from you. and if you have really bad circumstances and there’s any way you can help it in the 3d, do it. and also, you’re never EVER doing anything wrong until you say so because you’re the only judge of you! it always helps a lot to know that too :) i would recommend just making your own rules to simplify it and imagine for fun. try to be okay with being present but also be able to have fun with your imagination. maybe look at the 3d as temporary- it’s about to change anytime now! remember all manifestations are the same. you manifesting getting up to eat breakfast is the same as you manifesting 1000 dollars. and my last piece of advice is just to be easier on yourself. go slowly if you need to- there’s literally no rush, your manifestations are always gonna be there for you. good luck anon and lmk if you have any other questions c:

How did you manifest your dream life? I am trying really hard to do so but i am starting to feel hopeless. I really want to manifest completely new body and change my gender but I feel my body and feel disgusted by it. I cant ignore it

well i manifested my dream life through the void state, however if you’re referring to what i manifested recently, it was just a mindset shift!

for example, my appearance:

i had reference pictures of what i wanted my appearance to look like, and i simply started thinking like a person with that appearance! before i had the body of say, rubi rose, but now i’m way thicker. and for my face, i just changed some features, but for the most part my face still looks similar to before.

i got into the state (of mind) of having my new appearance! i stopped thinking i had brown eyes, i stopped thinking i was 5’8, i stopped thinking my body looked the way it did. and started thinking i had thicker thighs, i started thinking i had grey/brown eyes, i started thinking i had certain facial expressions, etc!

another thing i did, surprisingly, was vaunting! i actually recently started to loveeeeeeee vaunting, but i still refuse to affirm. for vaunts i wouldn’t have set times to do it nor did i have them written down, it was just a natural internal convo that happened. i’d be walking into the store and i would start rambling on about how thick i really am. when i would talk to people i would think in my head “they love my new eye color, i can tell. of course they love it lol, it’s a beautiful color. they’re gonna get lost in the beauty of my eyes” things like that!

and that’s how i manifested everything else, with the change of my mindset!

mental diet - consciously controlling your thoughts to be aligned with your desired state

why is it important to keep a mental diet?

now, thoughts on their own have no power. it’s the feeling that counts. thoughts often come with feeling and that’s why keeping your thoughts in check is important.

what kind of thoughts have power and which don’t?

the only thoughts that have power are the ones which bring FEELING with them. therefore intrusive thoughts have no power because they don’t actually align with you and aren’t a representation of who you are (by intrusive thoughts i mean thoughts that suddenly pop up which are unwanted, eg hurting yourself or somebody else). thoughts that are actually pondered upon, that reflect your beliefs* are the ones that matter. these thoughts can for example be “i look so ugly.” - that is what you believe (FEEL!) about yourself and that thought is going to be expressed into the outer-world. of course those kind of thoughts hold no power when they aren’t entertained regularly. once unwanted thoughts become entertained and you start pondering on them, they turn dangerous.

*belief as in FEELING. beliefs are merely feelings.

why do some thoughts have power?

because consciousness is the only reality. your imagination is REAL. what you hold to be true will be expressed in the outer-world.

Men call imagination a plaything, the "dream faculty." But actually it is the very gateway of reality. - Neville Goddard

how to keep a mental diet:

ask yourself: “are my thoughts aligned with my aim?”

The two who must agree are your inner conversation and the state desired. That is, what you desire to see and hear without, you must see and hear within. - Neville Goddard

know that every unlovely thought, anxiety, fear, envy, is created by you. every situation that ignites those unlovely thoughts are created by you, as you are the creator of your reality. when you experience fear or any other emotion you do not wish to feel, tell yourself that it doesn’t matter, as it is your creation and you can uncreate it. never blame yourself for thinking or feeling things you don’t wish to feel, only resolve. when you hear something you don’t like, imagine that you heard something lovely instead. feel it inside you that it is real, because it indeed is.

i think it is also important to not ignore those thoughts that aren’t aligned, because they may pop up again. instead of bottling unwanted thoughts and emotions, remind yourself that you created them. remind yourself that they have no power and remind yourself that you are safe in your mind to feel what you want. you don’t need anyone’s permission to feel bliss.

what i recommend you do is you meditate on your desired feeling every day. this can only be for a minute, but doing this consistently certainly helps you maintain the thoughts and feelings you want to experience.

The transformation of self requires that we meditate on a given phrase, a phrase which implies that our ideal is realized, and inwardly affirm it over and over and over again until we are inwardly affected by its implication, until we are possessed by it. Hold fast to your noble inner convictions or "conversations.” - Neville Goddard

a mental diet is also analogous with a food diet. everyone needs food just as everyone needs to think thoughts.

The question is, if our thoughts can be seen as food, are you eating the finest food and drinking the highest quality of wines? Or are you settling for food that taste okay, however not necessarily special. Or even worse are you eating foods that can be poisonous? Are your thoughts made with the finest finest ingredients? You can think of the meal as the State and the ingredients are the thoughts that come from the State. - Edward Art

I have a feeling many of us in the manifesting/loa community are afraid of the 3d and only keep talking about the 4d, since it's basic sense the 3d is a reflection of the 4d. We affirm things like I have this or that in the 4d and it will be in the 3d since mirroring.

BUT

We can directly affirm that whatever we want has already been materialized in the 3d and affirm the fuck out of it because for some that's easier

Again , I understand being afraid of the 3d since it quite dosen't match our preception and it's easier to manifest in the 4d and it will workout anyways

So at the end there is no wrong or right way of manifesting just do whatever the fuck you want and have fun
