Thomas Brodie-Sangster is like the Paul Rudd of British people.
He was 13 in Love Actually
He was 15 in Nanny McPhee
He was 17 in Doctor Who
He was 26-27 in Maze Runner: The Death Cure (rip newt 😢)
He was 29 in The Queens Gambit, 30 when it released (Even with a 'tache he looks like a 17 year old tryna compensate.)
Now he's 31 and yeah...
WHAT IS THIS SORCERY?????
“You’re a…Vampire!? Are you going to suck my blood?” “Ew no. I’m a vampire not a cannibal. Just like regular humans, Vampires are all different. The one the old stories were based on, was just weird. He was a psycho before he was turned too. Tea?”
it’s hot as fuck when someone isn’t afraid to show how much they want you
Getting a bronchitis at this time of the year makes me feel like a character in a Russian novel, going through fever and hallucinations while breaking in cold sweat.
they need to invent a summer that isnt warm. i yearn for antarctica
Some people are truly like, "I want characters to be feral and unhinged but I want them to be well-adjusted and exhibit healthy behavior and talk in therapy-speak and they can only have happy endings."
That feeling when the couple you were rooting for is happy, but you're only 70% through the first book, AND it's a duology.
it's always so fascinating and heartbreaking when a character in a story is simultaneously idolized and abused. a chosen prophet destined for martyrdom. a child prodigy forced to grow up too fast. a powerful warrior raised as nothing but a weapon. there's just something so uniquely messed up about singing someone's praises whilst destroying them.
“the ending is always the same”
