Ok so I go from one genre of music with Mary J Bilge on Thursday night to now hearing the roots of rock and roll with a night of Doo-Wop to close out my birthday weekend. Well it is Tuesday which means we get an opportunity to take advantage of Discount Tuesdays at AMC theaters. My wife and I are huge mystery fans specifically Agatha Christie books/movies. So last week I texted into K-Joy to win tickets to Tonight’s Freestyle Concert for my co-workers who wanted to see the show. Turned out that I won, shocker- and now neither one of the people who wanted them could go. So, I offered them to my cousin who always says to remember her, when I told her about I saw that one of my favorite 90’s groups is on the lineup- Color Me Badd, so when she said she can’t use them, I said then I guess God wants to give me the desires of my heart! I am blessed to see another week and another baseball game. This time for the team that I love- the Mets. It is my first game here in 2022. Grateful to be able to say that I have been to 3 different ballparks this year. Goal is to see all of them before the Lord takes me home. Ok, it is now truly officially summer because JL is back at a live concert here at Jones Beach to see Hall and Oates. There is nothing like a summer concert and then to be at Jones Beach makes it that much more special. We only have about a month left of our summer, so make sure you suck every last drop of its marrow out of it! Make it a summer to always remember.
