So Happy February or as Hallmark Channel is calling it Love-u-Ary. So tonight I am doing what I love- going to concerts. Tonight I get the rare treat to see Mr. Harry Connick Jr in concert. I first started appreciating him after his work on the When Harry Met Sally soundtrack and became a huge fan of his Christmas stuff. I have always thought of how cool it would be to be able to sing with a full orchestra, so I will to live it out vicariously thru Harry. Ok, as another week kicks off I get another chance to do what I love, going from seeing a play about a living legend in the music and entertainment world with Cher, to now seeing another living legend- the one and only - Ms. Diana Ross. So last week I texted into K-Joy to win tickets to Tonight’s Freestyle Concert for my co-workers who wanted to see the show. Turned out that I won, shocker- and now neither one of the people who wanted them could go. So, I offered them to my cousin who always says to remember her, when I told her about I saw that one of my favorite 90’s groups is on the lineup- Color Me Badd, so when she said she can’t use them, I said then I guess God wants to give me the desires of my heart!
