Laurel licked her lips as her fingers skittered over Charlie’s skin, smirking as she fully palmed her breast. To be desired, to be wanted--was the most sensual sensation she could experience. And no matter where she turned, she knew that Charlie would want her. Perhaps it’s why she allowed herself to stay by her side for so long. her tongue darted out to wet her supple lips as she saw the very attractive man approach her. it wasn’t often that laurel’s young heart leapt from such a daring presence from a stranger, but she was only human. as he continued to speak, she couldn’t stop the instinctive eyeroll. she quickly cleared her throat and took a sip from her tequila sunrise. “why does it sound like you’re telling me this to impress me?” she smirked, “because i hate to tell ya, mister; it’s not.”

if you could change one thing about your store, what would it be?

“Our way of advertising... The owner is a little... older so they haven’t gotten as on board with posting on social media and making it more accessible to our generation. Also, broadening our music inventory. Not to mention, music considered oldies these days are music that were released in the 90s instead of the 70s and 60s. We’re approaching a different timeline in which if we want kids, teenagers and those in their early 20s to start shopping nostalgically we’ve got to offer music in which they consider nostalgic.”

Liv burst out laughing at her follow-up question, now she had to know what this girl was up to. “As thrilling as it would be to fuck a fictional serial killer- I’m gonna go with pass,” Liv shook her head before taking a big gulp from her iced caramel macchiatto. “Okay- what are these questions for?”

“For the sole reason that I love getting to know more about you.” Laurel laughed, nudging Liv’s shoulder a little. “If you could fuck any cartoon, who would it be?”

“i got an email last night from a parent and it was WILD!” aubrey tells the other, she’d had to re-read the email a few times just to understand what the parent wanted, she was gobsmacked. “his kid is failing my class, so he wants me to give her a C? for no reason at all” . 

laurel scoffed and rolled her eyes at the parent’s demand, only laughing slightly because of aubrey’s incredulous tone. “fucking milennials, am i right?” she leaned over to read the text. “how do you deal with the burden of helicopter parents?” she asked, memories flashing before her eyes of her own.

This may not qualify as a scary movie, but definitely The Purge. That shit ever happens in real life, it would be scary as all hell. What’s yours?

If you ever want an easy way to detect if someone will click with you or not is ask what they’d do on the night of The Purge. I’d raid PetSmart. Einstein’s gotta eat!

Hands down The Texas Chainsaw Massacre - the 1974 original of course. The Hills Have Eyes is a close second. Hm, but maybe even the first Saw. It’s so hard to choose. The only way to give a definitive answer is to have a movie marathon, I’m sure of it.
