Like it is just crazy that we had to watch an entire scene of Johnny apologizing to Miguel, saying he’s sorry he hasn’t been there for Miguel, that he thought Robby needed him more but that Miguel Johnny’s son too, when there were absolutely zero scenes of Johnny supporting Robby in anyway at all. And meanwhile Robby feels so alone and defeated because no one has been there for him or supported him, not even his dad, that it drives him, the son of addicts who has sworn off alcohol, to get absolutely wasted.

So Miguel got an apology from Johnny for not being there for him before Robby ever did? K.

I love Miguel and Johnny but what’s crazy about this scene is that Johnny wasn’t there for Robby. Johnny gave pep talks to Devon, to Sam, to the team as a whole (as well as disparaging the team as a whole). But he did not have a single moment alone with Robby where he encouraged him or supported him at all. He called Miguel the team anchor in front of Robby, praised Miguel’s performance in front of Robby. And there’s nothing inherently wrong or incorrect with that, but why does the show keep trying so hard to convince me that father/son bonding moments happened between Robby and Johnny when they just didn’t.

i hate miscommunication trope so bad, but i get it robby was hurting and it looked like kwon and tory had something going on. shit all he had to do was ask her 😭.

aware robby was taken advantage of but tory clocked him when she said ‘there is no me and kwon you idiot. your dumbass got played’ love my girl this season, her outfits, hair, fights. LOVE HER DOWNNN!

oh and zara took advantage of robby. plain and simple. robby didn’t just have one drink, he had MULTIPLE and drank all night. zara (who is SOBER) literally came in, and took him up to her hotel room, reminders robby is drunk out of his mind.

when robby wakes up, he has no recollection of what happened the night before because he was so out of it. but SHE does. im already seeing people downplay it as ‘it’s fine cause zara is beautiful’
