Please give me ideas on what to draw, I don't think I can keep just doing lil sketches of NJ I need other characters to spice things up. Don't get me wrong I love NJ with all my heart he's great state rep but at the same time get bored quick when I knew I have nothing to do sooo.

I will literally draw anything, hell I'll even give headcanons I just need SOMETHING to do!!!!

New Jersey-

Refuses to try Poutine, says that it’s just Disco Fries but worse

Suffers every summer, he can deal with the heat but he doesn’t like it

Never fully understood why murder was so bad until around the 90s when some good friends of his got murdered

He doesn’t like hurting the OG13 since he considers them apart of his family, so whenever he does it’s a complete tonal shift for about a week

He doesn’t actually smell all to bad, just like a normal guy, but he can make it worse however it only affects the states

He REALLY hates rain storms, whether it’s tropical or a hurricane or just a storm with lightning he HATES it, he’s actually gotten a lot better since the 2010s since before he would just have a panic attack the entire time (York helped a lot with this)

His hair gets frosted tips whenever there’s snow sticking in the state, if it’s a lot of snow his face will get way paler, his cheeks blueish and his freckles look like snowflakes

“Jersey if you stab Colorado with your skate blade again I’m tellin yer Ma” -Mass every single time there’s a hockey game between NJ and CO

Was inducted into a knitting club by his friend who worked at the library, all the old ladies in the club are very nice and have helped Jersey get as good at knitting as he is now

While he has had a lot of hobbies over the years, he only has a few active ones, such as knitting and cooking and garden/farm stuff (hockey doesn’t count because it’s a lifestyle not a hobby, his words)

Is not a fan of the Nintendo Switch, only owns one because what else is he going to do? Transfer games onto the DS illegally? (yes but that’s besides the point)

Oh he has horns and a tail alright, but he doesn’t have them always, he can just hide them and whatnot so most of the states don’t actually know that he does, only the OG13 know because oh boy did he have horrible control over it as a young child

Was very confused when he found out that the other states don’t have family’s, that they just spawned out of nowhere, in his mind it shouldn’t be possible but it is (“You can’t just CREATE mass like that, just because magic exists doesn’t mean you can just IGNORE SCIENCE!!!!”)

While he cooks a TON at the StateHouse, he actually tends to eat out when at home, support local diners oh and Wawa and QuickCheck

Was very obsessed with demon magic and stuff during the pandemic in the StateHouse, listen he was bored and curious, it was stupid but fun

Day 4: False Symmetry (Hermit False and Empries False)

Actually ended up finishing this before 12am so I think I'm getting better at not getting distracted while drawing....or that could just be because I was watching DocM77 instead of NCIS lolz

Day 6: Docm77 (out favorite mad scientist)

I am actually really proud of this one, got it finished before 10pm all while watching the Doc himself, so this one was definitely fun

Follow-up on the previous hockey position question, who plays goalie? Does someone just have to gear up randomly?

I totally didn't forget about goalies, nooooo. Anywaayyy super sorry about how long this took, finally got a hockey stick and literally have not touched the computer in days lol, BUT tis finally here.

HOCKEY STATES WOOOOOO-

New York: Forward, center, Goalie (only when he has too)

Tennessee: Defense, left-wing (doesn’t play often) Goalie (sorta consistently?)

Colorado: Defense: right-wing, Goalie (only one who plays this consistently)

Minnesota: Forward, left-wing, Goalie (mainly if Colorado is goalie on opp team)

Oregon: Defense, left-wing, Goalie (masochist)

Sooo yeah! Mainly based in like feels ya know, I feel like it sometimes is just picking a name out of a hat to see who has to get pelted with pucks, but normally it'll tend(y) to be these guys

Anyway being a Devils fan is an emotional rollercoaster and just when you think everything is over BAM they instill hope and whimsey right back into your veins.

Devils had NO FUCKING RIGHT to make me go through all that, I was FAR to fucking stressed at the end I just about gave myself a heart attack!!!

Anyway, I had an original design for this type of look on the Ipad, ended up not looking at it once since I apparently have memory. Kinda glad I didn't since I could go just by memory and figure it out as I went along ya know. (ps, for those who don't normally read tags just like, please do, i put so many lil things in there lolz)

Okay SO, I have this lil headcanon, nothin big, that Jersey didn't used to wear shorts until like 2000 or something, maybe a bit before then. This is because he has some scars on his legs, just from over the years, and wearing shorts not only shows those but also make it easier for him to get scrapes and such.

He was fine wearing shorts around NY, Del, and Rhode, occasionally Mass as well if he happened to be around at the time. He couldn't wear them around anyone else for a long time, some scars had Memories(tm) attached to them, some good most bad, so he just never wore shorts.

He's gotten a lot more comfortable wearing them around the other states over the years, mainly because of Covid where Mass unfortunately wouldn't let him keep wearing the same two pairs of pants. So he's fine now, if still a lil uncomfortable around some states (the west mainly), you just won't see him wearing them until it's the first day over 60 in state.

Anyway I love NJ but this isn't surprising, I live here. I am NOT a simp for this bitch, he's my state, I have to like him, 'sides who else would I attach to? Pennsylvania? Florida? Or god forbid NEW YORK!? Absolutely not, that's sacrilegious that is.
