Remember when I talked about how I’m convinced that Sirius is vegan? I wrote it

Sirius comes back for Christmas, a vegetarian. He decided that eating meat is immoral and unnecessary. Of course, his family isn't quick to accept his lifestyle change. It's just for a couple of weeks, though. And his friends are giving him their unconditional support. Sirius will manage. (Or won't he?)

i did both, plus a few people asked for remus/sirius stuff. i was trying to think of a scenario in which remus would smoke, because tbh i feel like on principle, he wouldn’t, but a rather bleak little moment with sirius outside a christmas party some time during the first wizarding war (before the potters went into hiding) when they’re both a little too terrified of dying to be aggressively cheery on account of the season; maybe he’d indulge in that little facet of self destruction, god knows he’s done everything else.

so yeah. here’s these two blackly joking about dying before their time; just to truly ruin any kind of good night you’re having.

sirius who wears leather jackets and paints his nails black and rides a motorbike and grew up in a violent angry house who else could he have fallen for but remus who is soft and sweet, who bites his nails and has brown curls that turn golden in the sunlight and falls asleep in armchairs, who is gentle and forgiving. sirius who always thought the world was violent and angry but who met remus and realised the world has love and softness as well
