Ok here’s my fully fledged Kazui theory: (Tw// Suicide)
Kazui was married to a woman, he wasn’t entirely happy with it but they still cared about each other. He met his mistress at a bar & had an affair. I don’t think it was his intention to, the green apple (a metaphor of his temptation to have the affair) sneaks up on him throughout the MV, meaning he didn’t know what was happening until to late.
His wife finds out & they argue about it. You can see her looking out the window to the balcony, implying that she’s thinking of suicide (or that it’s something that she’s been thinking about for a while).
She jumps off, which Kazui witnesses. In his Undercover memories you can see a tall building next to the road, (their apartment) where Kazui is crouching next to her body. It also fits his murder reenactment. He is nursing his victim with a horrified expression.
Kazui didn’t want her to die, shown by his guilt & surprised expression when he watches her jump. I also find it interesting that his wife doesn’t have a face but his mistress does, (she has eyelashes) eyes are the window to the soul, & he states that he wants to forget all together, which would fit with her being eye-less.

The shattered porcelain apple is representing his wife/their relationship. It was very fragile but it was sweet & good, compared to the temptation of the mistress & it’s sour taste.
I don’t know what verdict I would give him. Cheating is horrible, but he does seem remorseful & I can’t see what good voting him guilty would do. Hope you enjoyed.
