technically this was being worked on in october of last year (and not even for the ratchet and clank anniversary) but i only got around to finishing it a while after that. better late than never! my take on a post-ps2 ratchet! mostly because i hate his outfit in the modern games. please put this man in a bomber jacket, it looks so much better also cookie to anyone who figures what the jacket is a nod to. also first time trying out postybirb! be sure to check out my other places i'm on!

it's the tail end of 2023 and here i am making a danganronpa oc/selfinsert. been hyperfixiating on this franchise bigtime lately so this was more of an inevitability at this point

basically a DR version of my disgaea 'sona maka, but this maka's different enough lore-wise from her demony counterpart to be her own character. been having a lot of fun mulling stuff for her, definitely gonna be working on her toyhouse soon!

take two of the gen sketch from the other day! not necessarily a redraw, just some more experimenting for a decent vibe to do for comms. prob gonna do a diff draw of gen soon for practice? or maybe one of my more punkier charas? we'll see!

i like goofing around with this man, okay

i am still on my ratchet and clank drive so i scribbled my take on ratchet with a couple design adjustments. aside from the bomber jacket that i've drawn him in earlier, changed up the harness a bit so the details on his jacket are a bit less squished. now it's just backpack straps for clank, the harness chestpiece is now a belt buckle, and on top of that ratchet now has jacket pockets!

also gave this design a proper au nickname coz calling him "alternate post-ps2 ratchet where he has a bomber jacket" was starting to be a mouthful

still some things i wanna adjust to the design before i start making a refsheet of it (haven't decided on whether i wanna keep the wrist communicator), but i really like how it's coming so far.

and yes the jacket is a thinly veiled SMT4A nod
