Fucking FINALLY
my One year one world is officially post-moonlord!
Had a fight where I died at 1.62% health and knew it was only a matter of time.
Still got loads to do this month, but that's a major roadblock out of the way.
I saw this gif on discord and added half-life sfx to it
Also, I didn't mention it again, but this whole idea is from throarbin on yt. His stuff is cool, and I thought it'd be fun to do it too.
For other posts about this world I'll just tag it throarbin.
We'll see how this all goes over the course of the month.
Also update on the deathmode world later today becuase hehe hardmode may soon be upon us.
More like deet deet.
every single person who reblogs this
every

person
will get “doot doot” in their ask box
But what if this person, hypothetically-
me watching my mutual like all my posts without reblogging:
ARE YOU TODAY’S DATE?
BECAUSE YOURE 10/10
Incredible, this deer is prepared to fight king slime!
Like and share to make sure the deer is preparing to fight the eye of cthulhu next!
Me: *scrolling through tumblr looking at post till sleep knocks me out, and sees a post my friend reblogged and looks at the tag*
Ask and ye shall receive my friend @speci-society
Terraria isn't a particularly hard game on a basic level, like, there are absolutely ways to make it hard, but in a basic sense, it really is not a particularly challenging experience
that is, if you have some level of experience
practically everything in Terraria operates on knowledge, like, I can reasonably consistently do things from vanilla Terraria without much issue primarily because I know what I'm doing - I know how to kill Skeletron and avoid the flying skulls, whereas very few new players would
without that knowledge, Terraria is far harder
while this idea of knowlwdge being related to difficulty is not unique to Terraria, other games, especially particularly technical ones, do have this (knowing how an ultra works completely changes the way you see speed tech in Celeste, for example), I feel as though it's a far smaller component of that difficulty
Another option for mod that's cool and a bit vanilla+ is "mod of redemption" if you haven't tried it before. It's really really fun!
I think my favorite items in all of terraria are the items that combine like 10 things into one MEGA thing.
There's only a few off the top of my head, there's the obvious Zenith which obviously that thing is cool- it's a "post post post" game reward.
Terraspark boots, the triple balloon horshoe thing, Ankh Shield- even the cell phone and the associated parts (and its further upgrade)!
I LOVE having a reason to go around collecting tons of stuff to make a MEGA thing. Big fan when mods add yet more of that :)
(The spooky mod has multiple of these! Based on themed sets! Excitedly collecting!)
reblog to give the person you reblogged this from a little pumpkin 🧡
Beat em now, but at the time it was preboss level (king slime, eye of cthulhu, desert scourge)
Made it to hardmode baybee, Scal better be shaking in her boots
all I talk about is terraria, but I reblog other things too. mostly talk about my One year One world calamity playthrough. if that's interesting, have a look. if not, that's fair, look anyway. ok bye bye 👋
