A bunny I crocheted :3
From a free pattern that can be found here
Some plain ordinary common merino I spun. Despite being the VanillaTM fiber I found it a joy to work with.
Some of my earlier crochets that I was quite proud of at the time. I got my start in crochet making individual granny squares off youtube tutorials to familiarize myself with the various stitches/techniques.
Not sure exactly which tutorials I used for these but if you look up "sunburst granny square" and "willow square" on youtube you'll find plenty of videos.
Little witch house I made a while ago on my friend's server. Complete with cozy interior ✨
My dive into fiber arts continues with my first real sewing project. A pencil case as a much needed storage place for my crochet hooks. Entirely hand sewn because I didn't feel like getting the sewing machine out. It is so very rewarding to use My Own Hands to make a Thing that has Function.
I followed this tutorial. A good beginner sewing project imo.
This is going to be an art blog documenting my adventures in fiber arts, digital art, fan art of various media, and probably more~
I got some lovely fiber for my birthday. Natural brown alpaca (left) and dyed merino (right).
The singles, spun on the wheel.
Both of these fibers were gifts from different friends so I plied them together for the ultimate friendship yarn :3
Some lovely alpaca wool which was an absolute dream to spin. Grey is 100% alpaca and multicoloured is 50/50 alpaca and merino, and also my first attempt at blending wool :3
