look around. pay close attention to what you are seeing. now, notice what you are hearing, feeling, smelling and tasting. we are being aware of the 3d. and because we are aware of this, we are also conscious. when we're awake, we also often focus on our thoughts by thinking and/or focus on our daydreams by daydreaming. we are being aware of our 4d.
now, notice this when you are sleeping. you aren't aware of anything happening in the 3d, cuz your eyes were closed, and your focus was away from the 3d. when we're sleeping, your mind is quiet and you aren't focusing on anything. not even on the darkness behind your eyelids. we aren't being aware of our 4d.
when you are pure consciousness, you aren't aware of anything happening in the 3d, cuz your focus was away from the 3d. when we're pure consciousness, our mind is active cuz our focus is only on our thoughts cuz we are thinking, or our focus is only on our daydreams cuz we are daydreaming, or whatever our inner voice (the one you're probably using to read this post) is saying. we are being aware of our 4d.
everything is awareness. whatever you place your awareness (focus) on, will manifest the state of consciousness you'll be experiencing.
Hey loves! New post after a very long time. I can’t even remember if I made a post on SATS on or not! But if I haven’t, here it is ✨
I feel like this method is very overlooked in a way because it truly is powerful and very easy. This method is called state akin to sleep or SATS for short.
Neville has talked about this method many times because of how effective it is and he has done it many times!
When we are very tired and we are in that drowsy and groggy state between wakefulness in sleep, we are at the slowest brainwave. This is the best time to manifest because our conscious mind is shutting off (because of sleep) and our subconscious mind is open to suggestion.
1. Get into a sleepy state between wakefulness and sleep. You can imagine scenarios in your head (something we are all addicted to lol) until you are tired. Do anything that’s going to make you tired and want to sleep. This could even be scrolling on your phone.
(You will know you are in SATS when you don’t want to open your eyes and are very tired but are still conscious of your thoughts)
2. Start to imagine your scene. This scene could be anything. Imagine your scene as if you already have it. For an example if you want a new phone, imagine yourself scrolling on your new phone. What are you thinking in this moment with your new phone? If you are manifesting a friend group, imagine yourself laughing with this friend group. How do you feel, in this exact moment with your friend group?
3. Repeat this scene over and over and over. Loop it in your mind over and over until you fall asleep. Feel that you have this manifestation. Feel it real in the 3D. Keep the scene sweet and short.
4. Then fall asleep and let your manifestations come true ✨🫶🏽
Q:“can I manifest multiple things with SATS?”
A: Yes you can! So many people have done this. Let’s say you’re manifesting money, but you also want to manifest a new car. Imagine a scene where you are counting how much money you have in your bank account, then switch the scene to you driving your new car. Then go back to the money scene. Keep switching back and forth to the scenes. Or you could imagine that you are counting your money IN your new car.
Q: “Can I affirm instead of visualizing?”
A: Yes you can! This is called the lullaby method. It’s the same thing but you’re affirming. Just affirm any affirmation you want as long as it fits you. Loop the affirmation(s) over and over until you fall asleep. You can even affirm and visualize at the same time, or you could vaunt (basically rant) about your desires!
Q:“How do I know if I’m doing SATS right?”
A: There is no right or wrong way to do SATS. Feel your scene to be real (because it is) whether that’s affirmations or visualizing, then fall asleep.

I swear this random ass method came up to me back in March where everything changed me for the best, I wanna call it the Click method, I don't know if there's anything similar, but god knows how it can help you.

Now just sit there and wait for that realization to click and sit in being FULLY emerged deep and engraved in your mind, that after everything, "you are chosen."
Feel that? That bliss, that shock? That feeling that "what the fuck have I been doing so far? What the hell did I waste so much time for?"
This guys? This helped me snap my mindset, you don't need days to change the mindset, it's just the click of the realization, try it, seriously try it, and to actually trick your mind you've done it, I suggest tricking yourself (not necessary, but some people like to be logical and back it up with actions), simply tap a part of your body when you realize it, when that thought flows in your mind just as moments ago the thought of "I like the color xyz" had gone by.
It clicks.
Use it as any method, void, manifesting, revising, whatever the fuck you want, this just conjured up in my dream and I already feel how it can help people.

Gossip girl here and if you didn’t know already, the topic of this gossip post is the key to everything. And without it, you have nothing.
Oh don’t tell me you believed me? I meant, without persistence, you have nothing. But hopefully (*definitely) after reading this post, everything will be a lot easier.
From experience I know everything that enters your ear flies out the other. So i’ll break this down into easy little steps for you. Can you handle that? Or is it too much to comprehend?
Now to the interesting part. Most upper east siders who struggle with persistence is because they watch the 3D in-front of them and freak out when something bad happens. Or get discouraged when they don’t wake up with what they want after 3 days. *Cough cough* In other words, all you’ve been doing since forever.
Well why’s that? Because you don’t accept imagination as your real & only reality. And you want to know what’s most ridiculous part about that? The fact that you ARE imagination. If imagination isn’t real, neither are you.
Don’t accept your imagination as your real and ONLY reality? Let me help you, and everything will be alright. But remember, it’ll only help if you get off your mental arse and do something about it.
Phase One:
✰ Why Is Imagination The Real & Only Reality? ✰
Because if imagination didn’t exist, neither would you. Everything around you in your 3D is there because it is natural to you. Everything that exists was once imagined. There’s a reason why all successful people acknowledge this too.
Imagination is the real reality because the 3D cannot exist without it. Why would you accept the 3D as your real reality when it is CREATED by you (imagination). You are IMAGINATION. Your 3D (physical reality) is FULLY CREATED by Imagination. There is no exception. Everything that you are experiencing in your physical reality was created by YOU. Your imagination. You are Imagination. You are imagination. You are imagination. You are imagination.
For all the times i’ve called you “nothing”. I meant you are nothing but imagination.
Phase Two:
✰ How 2 Feel Imagination To Be The Real Reality ✰
There are things you have to remember and carve into your mind. Here are some quotes from Edward Art.
✰ “THERE IS NO OBJECTIVE OUTER MAN. The Outer Man is simply an expression of the inner man. The only man that exists is in inner man.” (Consciousness is the ONLY reality). ✰

These quotes are extremely important to understand. Read them over and over again until they are fully carved into your mind. Without this understanding, fulfillment appears as a struggle. Because how you can feel fulfilled having your desire in imagination if you don’t accept it as real?
Imagination is you. It is your safe zone. It is where you go to fullfill yourself. It is a fact that is real. It is a fact that it is your real & only reality. And that is why everything you accept to be real in imagination IS real. That is why you can feel fullfillment in simply feeling yourself to have your desires in your imagination.
Now that you accept your imagination as your real and only reality, you’re now going to apply this in ALLOWING the feeling of the wish fullfilled.

Now this is how to allow yourself to freely feel fulfilled knowing that imagination is the true reality. Here is a quote from Edward Art. You are going to do this every time before you fulfill yourself in imagination ->
“So start with the feeling that, “I can have and feel whatever I want in my mind.” Once you make this the core feeling inside of you, you will naturally start to think FROM this position.”
Once you understand this, your imagination will feel like the unlimited and free zone that it is, where you can give yourself anything and everything that you want.

✰ Remind yourself “I can have and feel whatever I want in my mind.” “Imagination is the real fact.”
✰ Now focus on that feeling. That feeling that imagination is your real reality because it is. You feel relieved don’t you. Or you feel nonchalant. But over everything, you feel that imagination is your real reality.
✰ Now with this feeling you are going to imagine what you want. Give yourself what you want in imagination. Affirm, visualise, etc. Do whatever imaginal act you want. Allow the feeling of having it. Remove all feelings of desire, and replace it with fullfillment. Repeat in accepting that you have it until you no longer feel the need to do so. You will know when you feel like it’s done in imagination. Feel it as a present fact in imagination. Know that what you are seeing is real. It is your reality. You already know how because of my post about feeling.
✰ Now you are fullfilled. You have now felt true fullfillment. You know that you have your desire in imagination. Now persist in that. Come back to this mini “meditation” every time you think of your “desire”. It is no longer a desire because you are fullfilled. Keep coming back and dwelling in this feeling and I promise you that your 3D will reflect your desires so fast.

Everything about manifesting
From a manifestation veteran
Your subconscious doesn’t have eyes; it only believes what you tell it.
Dominant thoughts create emotions which is why emotions do not matter when manifesting; only thoughts matter.
Repeating a thought or affirmation enough will imprint the subconscious. Imprinting the subconscious is not hard, and anything will manifest if you do not GIVE INTO WAVERING. If you waver, it’s not the end of the world; it's an opportunity to affirm more. Every time I have a negative thought abt my manifestation I repeat a positive one 4 times.
It is normal to have occasional negative thoughts, we are human, entertaining those thoughts is wavering. Such as making negative scenarios in your head, listening to sad music or just letting that negative thought spiral you into more negative thoughts. I allow myself to cry for 5 minutes however I get right back to affirming afterwards.
Doubting your manifestation is a sign that affirmations are working and you need to persist (it’s just a good mindset to adapt).
Changing your affirmations out of anxiety and worry, doesn’t help; pick 1-2 affirmations and stick with them (this can also just help you build up your belief in manifesting and yourself).
There is no magical affirmation; the simpler, the better.
Get off manifesting social media, trust me you are ready.
It doesn’t matter how other people manifested something, you are ultimately the creator and you decide whether a method works for you or not. You do not need to believe anything a popular manifestation guru tells you. This is your reality and you are the creator whether you like it or not.
You need to take responsibility for what you create, you are not the victim.
