this is a genuine question- if antis only defense against irl incest is that "oh it produces mentally and physically fucked up kids", then one: you are teetering dangerously close to a certain ideology beginning with an e and ending in ugenics, and secondly: if if's only the offspring that are the concern, then what about gay incestuous relationships? those aren't going to produce any kids. in my view, there's generally nothing really morally wrong with it, I can't think of one reason to say it's wrong if both parties consent and are adults.
