ive figured out how to describe my favorite type of character and it is the ones with a personality that can best be described with one of those cat pictures thats just a kitten after drinking milk whos sopping wet and lost in the sauce

i just tried to show a gaggle of ipad minecraft brain-rotted kids (ie my younger sister and her friends) a dantdm mod review from 11 years ago (specifically the tiny blocks one) and they didnt even have the attention span to watch it. they clicked off after three minutes because they can't handle someone not doing something loud and attention grabbing every other minute. these kids are fucked

like would he just starve??? Because if everything is composed of silicon there's no real use for carbon sugars and I dont think people can digest silicon last I checked

the main idea is that this could lead to some absolutely fucked-up prompts like Ryley slowly starving to death even though he feels full because his body is physically incapable of processing whatever fucked up molecules the plants/animals/other on 4546B use in place of carbon sugars. And he keeps misdiagnosing what's wrong with him as maybe it's part of the kharaa but then he gets to the floating island and gets potatoes and melons and lantern fruit and he either thinks he got over the kharaa or puts two and two together and realizes he was dying from starvation and/or malnutrition
