just hear me out-
Alhaitham, but as a reserved yet loving dad to a Wunderkind girl.
He’s the type who’s always buried in his books or lost in thought, but the moment his daughter walks in with a new invention or a question about the universe, he’s all ears. He doesn’t say much, but his quiet pride shines through when he watches her tinker with gadgets or solve problems way beyond her age.
He’s not one for big displays of affection, but he shows his love in small, meaningful ways—like leaving her little notes in her lunchbox with riddles to solve or staying up late to help her debug a complex project, even if he’d never admit it.
To the outside world, he’s the stoic, enigmatic scholar, but at home, he’s just “Dad”—the guy who secretly smiles when his daughter outsmarts him and who’ll always have her back, even if he expresses it in his own understated way.
Honkai: Star Rail
In this au, Dr. Ratio is now known by the stone pseudonym Amethyst. He joined the Interastral Peace Corporation relatively recently, driven there by the most harrowing disappointment—in himself and in the world he once swore to protect. But spare yourself any drama: Ratio has transformed into a truly calculating, selfish monster with no intention of reform or redemption.
Once a scholar with eight doctoral degrees, he came to a grim realization: his actions brought no light to the world. Humanity remained ignorant and base, as if the old society had simply been given new settings to play in. Rejected by both people and the Aeons, he abandoned his life's work. It was during this downward spiral that Diamond found him.
From that moment on, no one dared to call him Dr. Veritas Ratio again. His name became Amethyst, and may the Aeons help anyone who dares to make that mistake. For his goals, he will do anything—and then some.
"Can I do the right thing For the wrong reason?" – Hellfire by The Fever 333 (the entire song fits him perfectly in this AU).
Like every Interastral Peace Corporation member, he helps those who come to them after successful deals and punishes those who fail to fulfill their end of the bargain. His "monstrosity" in this universe lies in his ruthless sense of justice—one that people despise because, naturally, people hate paying their debts.
And yet, there are families who deeply value and respect him—not as Dr. Ratio, but as Amethyst. He often calls them to check in, like some kind-of-wealthy-uncle keeping tabs on his extended family.
still thinking about the final look of it.
Boss Form of Ratio
Kakawasha understandably considers him a peacock, just like many of you probably do. But in truth, he’s much closer to owls, as he is in the canon.
His stone transforms his body far more dramatically than Aventurine’s did. Amethyst stretches into a humanoid bird form (slightly smaller than the Sunday!boss), like something from ancient mythical epics. He wears lavish feathered sleeves, a cloak of golden wings, and shoulder armor reminiscent of an owl’s plumage. Around his neck, feathers form a majestic collar, framing his head-marble-bust. His body is gray-blue, like marble, or like skin in the rigor mortis stage. Then there is the clothing meant to cover that which couldn’t be shown in the game...
Clawed hands. Elongated legs with twisted feet.
my pride
His abilities during the boss fight:
Talons of Fate – Sweeping, eager strikes with his clawed hands. Deals blood loss damage.
Vertigo of Knowledge – Causes dizziness for the team, making them forget how to use their basic attack, enhanced abilities, or ultimates. Alternatively, they may simply skip a turn.
The Tower of Aether – A group attack where he collapses a towering structure onto his enemies.
Skyward Stalemate – He can "place" a tower on a single character, as though putting them in checkmate on a chessboard.
His special attack:
He unnaturally curves his body. Just as owls flare their feathers when threatened, he spreads all his bird-like elements into a threatening pose. The countdown begins until his head twists 180 degrees downward.
He then declares:
"Ignorance......it is darkness."
And the battlefield is plunged into impenetrable darkness. There’s a 30% chance that an attack will hit Amethyst with +20% attack power; all other attacks miss (either hitting an ally or striking nothing).
Amethyst then surges from the darkness with his burning, fiery eyes and an unnerving smile, swinging his claws wildly.
Honkai: Star Rail
Kakawasha is a Synogian slave who became a scholar in the Guild of Erudites after a successful deal with Yashma. You could say his past remained largely unchanged, except for one key difference: he chose to study his own luck "under a microscope" and proposed the idea that luck is not merely a series of fortunate coincidences but something far more substantial.
Dr. Kakawasha hasn't achieved the same level of success as Ratio in the canon, but he is still respected within certain niche circles. His focus lies in abstract sciences, which, due to their specific nature, are in little demand. Nevertheless, Yashma believes that this "child" of hers will one day bring her personal good fortune. As such, she is fiercely protective of him, just as she is with all her "children."
Ratio – the terror of pirates made flesh. Something drives him to sink overloaded ships.
Aventurine – henceforth a legendary pirate. A ghost pirate, killed by a terrible catastrophe, slain by the kraken. Slain by Ratio.
However, this was his plan all along: to gain enough power beyond the threshold of death to capture this kraken.

Cookie Run Thingz! These were a couple of sweet requests I had on Instagram!
I happened to discover that Asaba Harumasa's name has Turkic roots, and it made me curious to draw him with some ethnic elements.
