The worst part, you make into a cycle. If you assume and persist a method works, it works. If you assume and persist a method doesn't work, it doesn't work. And that's the honest truth. Most of the time, there's really not even a method needed. Most people just use methods because it assists them to be in the state of being in the end.

Right before you fall asleep, affirm gently in your mind, like a lullaby. No intensity. No desperation. Just soft, sleepy, matter-of-fact affirmations. Example: “I already have it. It’s already mine. It’s happening so easily.”
Why does this work? Because your brain is most suggestible in that drowsy state. It absorbs things without resistance. If you do this consistently? Your subconscious will start to believe it on autopilot.
Your anxious brain is like a restless toddler. If you don’t give it something productive to focus on, it will cause chaos. So distract it. Give it a job. Instead of letting it spiral into doubt, tell it to focus on something that supports your assumption.
Daydream in extreme detail about having your desire. Write down your perfect reality like it’s already happened. Imagine a scene over and over until it feels realer than reality.
Your brain wants something to chew on. Feed it the right things.

Some of you will check anyway. And that’s fine. But make it work for you.

You get to assign meaning. So make it work in your favor.

I keep on searching for more information for hours and hours but I know everything. I know this information like the back of my hand. But I can’t apply no matter what I do. delete tumblr, delete any app you use to search for loa content, make a schedule with your favorite methods (example: affirming at 3:30 for 5 minutes, visualizing every night before i sleep for 10 minutes).
you can also take a break off loa content like stop thinking about manifesting for a day or two and focus on yourself bc that cycle you described can lead to obsession (ik from my experience).
realize that you are “applying” by sticking/persisting in the state of not getting anywhere. you are always manifesting and right now you are focused on “trying” to manifest it.
and you dont have to feel motivated 24/7 to manifest anything. its as simple as deciding you have it and moving on and whenever you think of it again, you take it as true that you already have it. thoughts arent real, emotions arent real, therefore they dont manifest. dont stress about those and that demotivation bc those are things your human role does in the 3d and since you know all the info, im sure you know whatever happens in the 3d means nothing. people cry in the 3d about not seeing anything but still accept the fact that they have it in imagination and they still manifest. dont let whatever your limited eyes see in the 3d, limit you.

this means that all you need to manifest anything is yourself. and let me be clear here, manifestation ≠ magic. you have been manifesting your whole life. this is not a new skill you have to learn, this is simply something that already exists and you are always using it, with manifestation we learn how to use it consciously.
there are many methods that help people manifest such as affirmations, visualisation, void… the purpose is to create an assumption, that what you desire is true.
what is an assumption? an assumption = a thing that is accepted as true or as certain to happen, without proof. so based on that definition keep in mind we believe it without proof. while yes, when we assume something it becomes true, we don’t always assume based on logical (or any) evidence. either way evidence and so called circumstances (past assumptions that have already reflected) don’t matter, because we are constantly creating our reality, it’s all you. you are the creator of your reality. your assumptions right here right now are creating your reality right here right now.
that’s why we all preach to not check the 3d, because it doesn’t matter, your assumptions are not meant to be validated by your reality. you validate your reality. if the 3d/your reality looks to you for validation and what it’s supposed to reflect, how can you look at it for validation? it simply validates the fact that you do not have it, if you have to desperately look for it.
we create assumptions all the time, so create this one like you would any, even if you start out with doubts, just persist in it. it’s true no matter what you see or hear in the 3d.

when you begin consciously manifesting your desires, it's important that you recognize that it is not your actions that manifest your desires, your state does.
sometimes people get a bit lost on what exactly a state within manifesting is, and how to achieve their desired state.
your state is where you most commonly dwell. it is what you see yourself as, the inner conversations you have with yourself in your day-to-day living, and how you view your life that's happening in front of you, and in turn, what reflects back to you in your 3D reality.
the whole point of methods like SATs, visualizing, or even meditating, is to put you into a specific state that aligns with your desire. when you are in your desired state, you will KNOW it. the thought of having your desire will feel entirely natural to you, and there will be absolutely NO doubt in your mind that your manifestation is YOURS. you pay no attention to the 3D and you are only focusing on the internal.
if you tell yourself once that you have your desire, then continue the rest of your day worrying about when it's going to come to you, and focusing on the 3D, then you are dwelling in the state of not having your desire. you can do hundreds of methods for the entire 24 hours of your day, but if you are not changing your state internally, you are not going to see your desire reflect externally.
switching states is as easy as blinking, and doesn't even require a method.
let's say you want to manifest money. obviously, you want money because you're currently in the state of not having it, and that is what you are seeing externally.
all you need to do from here is simply decide you have the money, and continue to live your day to day life, just as you do, with the assumption that you have the money. that's it. that's all there is to it.
you don't need to do anything extra, and the more you persist in this assumption, the more natural it's going to become, inevitably manifesting into your 3D. if you notice yourself having a thought that doesn't align with your desire, simply acknowledge that you do not identify with that anymore. that isn't who you are (because it isn't!).
at first, assuming you have what you want is not going to feel natural. but i promise you, if you persist in these assumptions, the naturalness, and even the self concept, is going to come along with it. this is what we persist for.
your state can change within a few hours if you truly allow yourself to feel it real, and assume you have what you want. it all comes from within. the 3D does not matter, the 4D does. where you dwell in the 4D is what is important, and is what is needed to manifest. <33

“DARE TO ASSUME” + JUST HAVE FAITH: just accept/assume what you want as easily as you effortlessly assume negative things. just do it. most of the time people are thinking about the 'perfect way' to imagine or manifest. they look for the 'perfect technique' when theres no such thing. just dare to assume it is yours now! when it is assumed, have faith in that assumption. just decide its done no matter what you see. whatever you assume and persist in will harden into a fact right? once youve assumed it true, go about your 3d life having faith in imagination. know that your desires exist already since creation is finished so theres no way that it's "impossible to manifest". just surrender yourself to faith. just trust the law. you have been applying the law since you were born without knowing. now that you understand the law, just allow yourself to have faith in it. it cannot fail. you assume something to be true and continue being that version of you in imagination aka persisting = manifestation. thats the law. if fears, anxiety, or negative thoughts come, "dare to assume" they have no affect on you, because by default they dont either way. "dare to assume its yours because you are always the operant power who choses how life goes. it gets to a point when youre tired of going back and forth with “i have it” to “no i dont”. it all comes down to faith. you should have faith in yourself and the law especially since the five senses you use to interact with the 3d are all limited and you cant see everything that goes on in the 3d. thats why it makes sense to assume something and stick with it regardless of the 3d. when will you realize that a version of you who has your desires already exists, so just surrender to the version of you who has it already in imagination. stop limiting yourself because of “fears” and just say yes to imagination.
so, i dont give a fuck about what negative thoughts or anxiety you have, just assume its done. its too easy but you overcomplicate it. once assumed, have faith and persist because this is called the law of assumption after all.
THE 3D FOLLOWS, IT DOES NOT PRECEDE: the 3d does not have a mind of its own. its only job is to reflect imagination so who ever you are being imagination, it copies. im sure youve heard the phrase “signs follow, they do not precede” which means signs do not come before your manifestation. they are there (if your limited senses can see it) because that is who you are assuming to be in imagination so it follows that (signs arent important either way so dont spend time searching for them and focusing on them when you should be focused on already being at your end goal which is already having ur desire). similarly with the 3d, the 3d literally only follows you so for it to change or show you something you want, you have to change self/imagination. the 3d literally obeys imagination so expecting it to change without changing self doesnt make sense. if you find yourself getting angry w the 3d, remind yourself “the 3d follows, it does not precede”. it cannot move on its own without your permission because you are the operant power. knowing this should send you straight into being the change you want to see and depend on limitless imagination only.
this also helps with accepting you are the only source of power and helps stop yourself from validating and depending on the 3d. when you know the 3d depends on you to change, you no depend on the 3d to show you your desire. you no longer crave seeing change from it, rather you be the change.
YOU WANT THE FEELING: im not even gonna say you dont want it in the 3d because of course your human self wants the physical experience. but you have to know that the feeling (the knowing, not emotions), dictate how you feel about it in the 3d. for example, read this and realize that even if you physically manifest your desire, if you dont feel / know that it is truly yours (aka if you arent fulfilled), it can lead you to get insecure and assume negative. an example is when someone manifests their sp but they still assume that their sp will get tired of them and wouldnt love them for long. this person was not feeling fulfilled (knowing) that they were in a committed and loving relationship which is why even with physical proof of the relationship, they still felt that it wouldnt last. you want the feeling of being loved, of having financial freedom, of feeling confident in your body, and then the physical manifestation of it is a cherry on top. you see how that if you lack the knowing (feeling) of your desire, you can allow bad assumptions to overconsume you and even ruin the fun experience of physically experiencing it in the 3d because you arent even sure of really having it (another example of how who you are in imagination = everything else).
focus on that inner fulfillment next time you imagine something. are you satisfying yourself and returning to the state to the point where you can accept it and know its truly done?
ENJOY YOURSELF: actually imagine to enjoy yourself. what do you want to experience? forget about trying to manifest that sp or money, what do you actually want to experience with that desire? whatever you truly want, imagine it for your own enjoyment and once imagined, it is experienced. manifesting is literally supposed to be fun so imagine for fun, do your techniques for fun and by law, it will reflect either way. realize that imagination can take you anywhere at anytime. you can imagine anything you want so imagine to the point where you dont desire that thing anymore because you know it is yours in limitless imagination. this is fulfillment: you realize you are experiencing it now as limitless self and you are doing it for your own enjoyment. thats leaving the 3d alone and not depending on it for validation and thats the best part of satisfying yourself in imagination.
i say this because ive realized that when i used to imagine something and do techniques, it would feel like im forcing myself to do it and then i dont even actually enjoy myself and enjoy whatever i imagine. figure out specifically what it is you want and imagine it any way you want. chase that satisfaction.
YOU EXPERIENCE IT INSTANTLY: when you imagine something, you experience it right away. it is experienced in the present always! if i imagine myself holding $1000, i really am holding $1000 in that moment. this is because you are consciousness simply being aware of whatever. once you are aware of something in imagination, it really has been experienced already. once imagined, it really happened! if you think this is not true its because you limit yourself to the dead, neutral 3d and think that the 3d is the only 'real' thing. this is not true especially since the 3d is a reflection of who you are being or who you assume to be in imagination, meaning that imagination is everywhere and is the 3d. as the operant power, you have full control over everything (over what manifests or not, etc). so even though you really experienced something in imagination instantly, you can assume it is true or not. you are the only source of power that can choose to identify with what you wants and has full control over whether or not something will be true in your reality. stop waiting for the 3d to change in order to “accept” it. stop being a slave to the 3d when you are the one who controls it in the first place. you can experience it instantly right now so why wait for the 3d to do that?
literally imagination is the source, yes? its the source because it always is molding the 3d (since they are connected) so hearing that once you imagine something, you experienced it instantly, should give you the confidence to know you really do have your desire already since it has already been experienced in imagination. nothing in the 3d can change until you change self (imagination) so imagination/self is powerful which is why you are powerful because you = imagination/self. thats literally why you have the ability to manifest in the first place. all there is to do is persist by living 3d life knowing/assuming/identifying as that version of you who has it already.

why you might not "have" your manifestation yet
this is a question i see a lot, mostly on twitter. i ended up making a thread about it, and since you guys are my day 1's, i decided to also convert it into a post for you guys!
let's be honest with ourselves.
firstly, if you're acknowledging that you don't have your desire, then you're not in the state of the wish fulfilled.
secondly, you shift in and out of states all day long. you are not going to be in the state of the wish fulfilled for days straight--lets alone weeks--and that's okay! there's really no need to be.
you just need to enter the state of the wish fulfilled MORE FREQUENTLY than you enter the state of lack. so, if you fall out of your desired state 10 times in a day, your goal is to shift back to your desired state 11 times that day.
entering your desired state more than the state of lack will make it become your dwelling state, and your dwelling state is what manifests.
your dwelling state = the state you most frequently go back to
so, if your 3D is still showing you lack, that means the state of lack is still your dwelling state. which means throughout the day, you are falling out of the state and not shifting back to it.
which means, no, you haven't "been in the state for weeks."
-you're doubting
-you're wondering where your desire is
-you're checking the 3D
-you're acknowledging you don't have your desire yet
your state creates your thoughts, so your thoughts act as indicators of what state you're in.
you shift back to your desired state. if you don't, you will remain in the state of lack. which means for that day, you will have entered the state of lack more than the state of the wish fulfilled.
and what happens if you enter the state of lack more frequently than the state of the wish fulfilled? the state of lack will remain your dwelling state. which means you will continue not seeing your manifestation reflected in your 3D.
if you have truly been entering your desired state more frequently than the state of lack, you would see your desire reflected in your 3D. so if you don't "have" your manifestation yet, you haven't changed your dwelling state yet. so there's no "i've been in the state and i don't have my desire yet." you've still be in the state of lack more than the state of the wish fulfilled.
there's no pressure to be perfect when you first start manifesting something! (or ever, tbh). if you go back to the state of lack without realizing it at first, that's okay! you're not "doing it wrong", you're just still learning! you'll get better at recognizing the fact you've fallen out of the state.
but if you say "i've been in the state but i don't have my desire yet", i immediately know that's not the case. because your state creates your thoughts, and that particular thought is a product of the state of lack.
you need to take responsibility. it's no one's fault but your own if you haven't changed your dwelling state yet. once again, it's okay if you're not perfect when you start manifesting. but if you're blaming not having your desire on other people, you don't understand the main concept of manifestation, which is that YOU create your reality. it's no one's fault but your own, and that's a good thing! you don't have to rely on anyone else; the power is entirely in your hands.
when you notice a doubt or negative thought arise, you can feel it for a moment if you need to, or rant about it, but afterwards you need to shift back into the state of the wish fulfilled.
it gets easier and easier to do this. it's like learning how to do anything: it's hard the first few times, but as you practice, it gets easier and easier. it's become easier for you to realize you fell out of the state you want to make your dwelling state, and easier for you to shift back to it.
don't give up because it's difficult for you at first! maybe the first day, you'll fall out of the state 15 times and only manage to shift back to it 10 times. but then the next day, you fall out of the state 15 times, and you shift back to it 12 times.
it'll get easier and easier, until eventually that gap closes and you are able to shift back to the state every single time you fall out if it! and then, your new state becomes your dwelling state!
it's important to note that shifting back to your desired state ≠ flipping your thoughts. in fact, most people i've helped with manifestation find it much easier and more effective to just ignore the thought rather than to flip it.
why does this work? because all you need in order to shift states is intention.
to intend = to have a plan, result, or purpose in your mind when you do something
so when you ignore a thought, you do it with the purpose in mind to shift back to your desired state.
so if you notice a thought that doesn't line up with the state you want to be in, and you make the conscious decision to ignore it and not give it any power or further thought, you are intending to shift back to your desired state.
it can really be as easy as that!
to end this post i just want to reiterate the fact that you don't need to feel bad if you're not perfect at first! just keep getting back on the horse, and with persistence you will make your desired state your new dwelling state!
