so when I have a desire it’s not the physical/material thing I want, it’s the feeling I want or being the person who has it. so all I have to do is become the person who has it by changing self. and since self always has to be expressed the 3D has no other option but to reflect.

neville always talked about how sleep is the doorway to the subconscious mind! that's why his favorite method was SATS, aka state akin to sleep. so right before you fall asleep, your subconscious mind is wide open because sleep is your subconscious's natural state. neville says "your conception of yourself as you fall asleep is the seed you drop into the ground of the subconscious."
neville recommends doing this every night for the same reason you should make sure you're in your shifting to your desired state every day. you can't just be in the state of the wish fulfilled one day and the state of lack the next and still expect to get your manifestation. the state of lack will continue to be your dwelling state and will continue to be reflected in your 3d. if you fall asleep one night in the feeling of the wish fulfilled, and then the next night you fall asleep in the feeling of lack, it'll cancel out what you did the night before. you need to enter the state of the wish fulfilled more frequently then you enter the state of lack to make it your dwelling state!
I’m so shocked right now but also not. I decided to change states and live life as if I already had my desires (I deleted tumblr, I stopped looking for proof, I stopped thinking the opposite of me having my desires etc) and in one week. One fucking week. I got all my desires. This feels so crazy to me yet also natural because it took me YEARS to manifest one little thing back then (seeing the number 555) but after I finally changed states (lack -> success) I obtained 100k, bigger lips, a flat belly, my online business blowing up and much more. This is your reality. Stop worrying about the when or how. Forget about logic, forget about how it’ll happen, forget about when it’ll manifest, forget about the deadline. Forget about everything that makes you worry and doesn’t serve you!
You already have exactly what you want, as soon as you accept you have what you want then it is done. It has already manifested.
You make the rules. No more asking loa bloggers if you can have this and that, anything is possible if you say so. Struggling to enter the void? That’s on you. Why would it matter if you accidentally moved 5 minutes into affirming for the void, the void is within, you make the rules. If you say you enter the void after affirming once, then you enter the void after affirming once. “I spiralled, now all my progress is ruined” that’s only true if you accept it as true.
This is the law of assumption. Truly understand what that means. It means what you assume is what is real and true. So take this seriously, start to think in your favour. Don’t make rules for yourself that don’t serve you just because someone else said so.
I promise that once you start to actually think in your favour and only believe things that you want to believe you will be set free; you will find yourself at peace and manifesting will no longer be something you see as challenging and frustrating. Find salvation in your beliefs and assumptions.
everyday you believe things without thinking twice. think about it:
when you order food at a restaurant, you expect the kitchen to cook it, you don't run back there to make sure they're doing it right because you know the food is on its way. even if you can’t see your plate yet. you just expect it to show up.
when you flip a light switch, you assume the light will turn on. when you send a text, you're not panicking if it'll deliver or not.
this is manifestation, believing before you see' it. we trust the process without hovering. we already believe every day. circumstances don’t matter.
you don’t script 100 times to make the sun rise. you don’t visualize air filling your lungs every second just to be sure you keep breathing. you don't do methods or rituals for these things, because you expect it to work because you've seen it happen enough times.
you decide your desire is real & yours, trust it like you trust the air, the electricity, the kitchen, the sunlight. let it be as natural as everything else you already believe in.
remember that.
Is it fine if I feel bad or upset and get negative thoughts,but knows that I have my desires in 4d.
yes as long as you dont give attention to the bad thoughts bc you know you will always be the person with your desires. i saw this somewhere a long time ago: a supermodel is filthy rich and when she gets random negative thoughts that she is poor, it doesnt effect her bc she identifies as the person who is already rich. so the thought or emotion should have no effect on you bc you will always identify and assume that you have your desire bc you do. ofc we are human and we are allowed to cry and feel bad so dont keep it inside, just let it out but at the end if the day, your I AM stays the same: “I AM the person who already has all my desires.”

you can manifest anything in days, hours, even seconds.
you ever think about how you’re shifting realities right now? you just did it. again. and again. and. boom. there it goes. you’re not stuck in one solid, concrete world. you’re a flipbook of possibilities, and every second, a new page turns. the you reading this isn’t the you from five seconds ago. that version of you is gone. poof. never to return. god, i miss her.
so, why do people think manifestation takes time? time is just the illusion that makes reality feel digestible to our little human brains. but you don’t "wait" for things. you shift to them.
LOA isn’t about "forcing reality" like you’re wrestling fate to the ground. it’s about assuming you’re already in the reality where your desire exists. because the multiverse is infinite. every possibility is real somewhere. you’re not "creating" your dream life. you’re just moving to the timeline where it’s already true.
you can literally manifest in milli-seconds. the second you assume something is true, you land in the reality where it’s true. the only reason it sometimes feels "slow" is because you keep doubting it, wobbling between frequencies like a radio that’s not quite locked in.
for example, you want your dream body? kewl. shift to the parallel reality where you already have it. no, i don’t mean work out for six months and hope for the best. i mean assume, right now, that you have it, and live as though you do. time is fake, and you don't need it. your cells aren’t checking their watches. you can wake up in two hours with the body you’ve always wanted, because why not? that timeline exists. people have done it. the only thing between you and that reality is the idea that it’s "too unrealistic."
and what’s more unrealistic? the concept of shifting infinite times per second through an ever-expanding multiverse of possibility, or the idea that one of those infinite realities just so happens to contain the exact thing you want and all you have to do is land in it?
anyways. "shifting" and "manifesting" aren’t two different things. they’re just two perspectives on the same mechanism. you shift every second, every moment, all the time. and manifestation is just deliberate shifting. picking the station instead of letting the static choose for you.
so, no more "waiting." no more "how long will it take?" because it’s already happened. the moment you say this is my reality now. congrats. you just shifted.
the law of assumption is clear, your assumptions create your reality, your assumptions are not based on any facts, they’re a belief you hold without proof, your reality follows your assumptions, not the other way around! every method of manifestation, such as; affirmations, visualisation, scripting… the point is to think as if you had your desire (and continue to think as if, if that’s not clear).
if you assume someone’s in love with you, you won’t think they hate you. you think as if they’re in love with you. “oh my god, was he staring at me? he totally was! god he is so not over me/in love with me/wants me etc etc.” — same thing applies to literally anything. the only difference is that we mainly manifest our whole lives on autopilot, so now we’re making the conscious choice to assume.

cards on the table . . this isn’t a secret. it’s barely even information. it’s just that no one wants to say it plainly because then what would we sell? law of assumption, attraction, annotation, adoration, alliteration, whatever poster child the wellness-to-woo pipeline’s feeding you, is, at its core, confidence + assumption + commitment to the bit until reality bends in obedience . . aka success.
i might as well just say : you are god. put that on your cv, if you wish. assume the feeling of the wish fulfilled. occupy the state. don’t wait . . . be.
let's look at it like this .
confidence = i am her. full stop. not becoming. already am. the main character, the casting agent, the guy editing the trailer, the theatre audience in tears, the whatever.
assumption = no questions. no conditions. you’re not waiting on a greenlight from the universe. you’re the studio exec. it’s your production. the role’s been cast. it’s you. you win. ta-da, congratulations.
success = the plot simply has to follow suit. reality is the intern, your assumption is the highest executive order.
think of it like this : you’re putting on a coat. not a dream coat. not a someday coat. the coat of already-having, in a colour called “i said what i said.” i'm not telling you to hope. i'm telling you to live like you already got the call from your agent and you’re in the lead role of your own fantasy.
and when you do that, really do that, everything else rearranges itself like stage props moving behind the curtain. why? because consciousness is the only reality, and the assumptions are dictating the script.
law of assumption is basically just . .
i said it. i believed it. i became it. reality caught up.

Небольшой контекст в моем путешествии по проявлению: раньше я была утверждающей и настойчивой девчушкой 😔 Я буквально утверждала 24/7 из-за недостатка, а затем раздражалась, когда мои желания не проявлялись. В любом случае, я увидела свет и теперь я девчушка из штатов. Чтобы узнать больше о состояниях, прочтите это.

Первое, что вам нужно сделать, это решить, что проявлять. Это может быть “большой” или “маленький”, одна вещь или несколько вещей… никаких ограничений!
Теперь, вот как я проявляю:
УТРОМ: хвастаюсь своими желаниями, пока чищу зубы и занимаюсь утренним уходом за кожей. Я знаю, что многие люди делают это сразу после пробуждения, но я всегда забываю 😭 плюс, я нахожу это более приятным, когда хвастаюсь прямо перед зеркалом, хотя и не знаю почему.
В ТЕЧЕНИЕ ДНЯ: я комбинирую технику отвлечения внимания от @remcycl333 и этот совет от @laogodess. Поэтому каждый раз, когда возникает мысль о моих желаниях, я утверждаю: “Что, если бы у меня было / есть [желание] прямо сейчас? У меня есть / есть [желание]. Это сделано ”. и продолжаю свой день. Я также слушаю некоторые подсознания, если хочу.
НОЧЬЮ: аналогично тому, что я делаю утром, хвастаюсь, когда чищу зубы и делаю ночной уход за кожей. Я не сдаю экзамены, потому что я всегда отвлекаюсь и представляю эти случайные сценарии 💀
Теперь я подробнее остановлюсь на этой процедуре на примере проявления просто общей желаемой жизни:

Интересно, что я надену, когда пойду на обед с [sp] сегодня… может быть, мне стоит купить что-нибудь новое? Подождите, я только что вспомнил, вчера я получил чек на 1 миллион долларов! Я куплю новое платье от Шанель. Я буду выглядеть так хорошо! Честно говоря, мне даже не нужно платье от Шанель. Я буквально выгляжу как богиня прямо сейчас, и я только что проснулась.
когда в ТЕЧЕНИЕ ДНЯ возникает мысль о вашем желании: что, если бы у меня было все, чего я когда-либо желал прямо сейчас? У меня есть все, о чем я когда-либо мечтал. Я живу жизнью своей мечты. Это сделано.
во время чистки зубов и ночного ухода за кожей: обед с [sp] был таким веселым! Я купила платье от Шанель, которое хотела, и они сказали, что я выгляжу в нем безумно красивой. get in loser, we’re manifesting our dream life ♡
This was originally going to be a “how I manifest” post but I decided to make it a challenge instead.
Like the previous title suggests, this is basically just how I manifest. You absolutely don’t have to do this to manifest. You’re limitless and can manifest even by simply intending! It’s just that I know from personal experience that as a beginner it can be pretty overwhelming to actually start applying LOA with all these methods and techniques, so hopefully this challenge will help you guys!
A little context on my manifestation journey: I used to be an affirm and persist girly 😔 I’d literally affirm 24/7 out of lack and then get annoyed when my desires won’t manifest. Anyway, I’ve seen the light and am a states girly now. To learn more about states, read this.
Now that that’s out of the way, onto the challenge!
The first thing you need to do is decide what to manifest. It can be “big” or “small”, one thing or multiple things… no limits!
Now, here’s how I manifest:
IN THE MORNING: vaunt about my desires while brushing my teeth and doing my morning skin care. I know many people do this right after waking up but I always forget 😭 plus, I find it more fulfilling when I vaunt directly in front of the mirror, don’t know why though.
THROUGHOUT THE DAY: I combine the distraction technique by @remcycl333 and this advice by @laogodess. So every time a thought about my desires comes up, I affirm “what if I had / am [desire] right now? I have / am [desire]. It is done.” and move on with my day. I also listen to some subliminals if I want.
AT NIGHT: similar to what I do in the morning, vaunt while brushing my teeth and doing night skin care. I don’t do SATS cause I always get distracted and imagine these random ass scenarios 💀
I’ll now further elaborate on this routine with the example of manifesting just general desired life:
IN THE MORNING: while brushing teeth and doing morning skin care I feel so good. Everyday has been so wonderful, and I’m sure today will be too. I wonder what I’ll wear when going out for lunch with [sp] today… maybe I should buy something new? Wait, I just remembered, I got a pay check of 1 million yesterday! I’ll buy a new Chanel dress. I’m going to look so good! Honestly, I don’t even need the Chanel dress. I literally look like a goddess right now and I just woke up.
THROUGHOUT THE DAY: when a thought about your desire arises what if I had everything I’ve ever desired right now? I have everything I’ve ever desired. I am living my dream life. It is done.
AT NIGHT: while brushing teeth and doing night skin care Lunch with [sp] was so fun! I bought the Chanel dress I wanted and they said I looked insanely beautiful in it. I got another pay check today, this time of 2 million! What else should I buy? Oh well, I can think about that later. I should sleep, I need to wake up early to hang out with [sp] tomorrow.

the most frequently asked questions about states and the law of assumption, all in one place!
A: no! states is not a method. you can't decide that you don't want to use states, because you are always in a state no matter what!
A: everyone can imagine!! imagination ≠ visualization. even if you have aphantasia (like me) and can't see images in your mind, you can still imagine! you can imagine in words, sounds, feelings, even smells!
imagination: the faculty or action of forming new ideas, or images or concepts of external objects not present to the senses.
A: think about how it would feel to have your desire! maybe you'd feel calm, relief, excitement, contentedness, peace, etc. this is the feeling you're looking for. now, whenever you do methods, such as visualization, affirming, scripting, etc, your goal is to conjure this feeling! that is how you feel it real: you feel how you'd feel if you already had it.
note: you don't have to feel it real every single time you enter the state of the wish fulfilled!
A: i'm sure we're all familiar with the idea of blanket affirmations such as "i have everything i want." it's just like that! embody the state of being someone who has everything they want, or the state of having your dream life!
your subconscious is super smart, so it remembers every one of your desires even if your conscious mind doesn't! if you want to write a list of all your desires down, you can do that! or you can script a scene that implies you have all of these desires if that's a method you'd prefer! if you want to focus on them separately, you can do that too!
every time you've noticed you've fallen out of the state of having everything you want (negative thoughts are indicators of that) shift back to your desired state!
A: as soon as the state of the wish fulfilled becomes your dwelling state, it will manifest into your 3d! sadly there's no set time on how long it takes for a state to become your dwelling state. it depends on you! to make sure your desired state becomes your dwelling state as fast as possible, make sure you're returning to your desired state every time you notice you've fallen out of it!
A: being in the sabbath state basically just means that you know your desire is yours and you've accepted it as a FACT that its yours! and now you don't feel the need to do anything to get it bc you know you already have it. or for some people you feel like you don't even want your desire anymore, even though you know you do!
it's kinda like when you want a new phone really bad, and then once you get it, after a while it just feels normal for you to have it. you no longer want it really badly, because you already have it. even though you still love your phone and are happy you have it, you're used to it! you don't feel like you need to do anything to get this phone anymore, because it's already yours! that's basically what the sabbath state feels like!
A: i went through this too! what really helped me was allowing myself to think of other things. so whenever i'd doubt or begin to overthink, i'd just reassure myself i already had my desire and there was nothing i needed to do, and then make myself think of something else. monitoring my thoughts had become a habit, so i broke it by allowing (even forcing) myself to think of other things!
A: what helps me the most is to remind myself that my desire is already mine in the 4D, no matter what thoughts pop up in my conscious mind. your thoughts don't manifest, so your doubts won't manifest either unless you dwell in them.
something else i've always done--which might be a little unconventional idk--is tell myself that the only reason im having doubts or overthinking is because im sooo close to manifesting my desire and my conscious mind knows that and is trying to sabotage me. is this actually what's happening? prob not but i just tell myself it is (thoughts don't manifest so it doesn't matter if i think this) and let it the idea motivate me to get back on track. you don't have to do this, but i am very used to the idea of self-sabotaging myself, so by explaining it to myself like this makes it easier for me to continue persisting,
also, don't expect to be perfect at manifesting right away! the more you continue to go back to the state of the wish fulfilled, the easier and easier it will get. you will notice less and less doubts pop up! don't let the fact that you get doubts prevent you from trying! it;s like learning how to ride a bike: you fall off every other second whenever you start, but with time and practice, you start to be able to stay on the bike longer and longer. eventually, it's smooth sailing and you never fall!! but if you had given up the first few times you fell off, you wouldn't have gotten to the good part!
A: you're never stuck in any state, that state is just your dwelling state. and you know the state of lack is your dwelling state because the thoughts that naturally enter your day about your desire are negative! you can easily shift to another state, you're not stuck in any one state!
A: nope! visualization is simply a method. it's not a requirement at all!
A: the definition of the law of assumption if you look it up on google: The Law of Assumption is a means of manifesting desires by having a state of mind and the feeling that those desires, wishes, and aspirations have been fulfilled. Neville Goddard (who introduced this law), explains that achieving the desired goal has everything to do with your state of mind rather than mere action.
the definition of the law of attraction on google: The law of attraction is a philosophy suggesting that positive thoughts bring positive results into a person's life, while negative thoughts bring negative outcomes.
in the law of assumption, your state is what manifests. it's what Neville has always taught. once again, let's revisit this Neville quote: “You do not command things to appear by your words or loud affirmations. Such vain repetition is more often than not confirmation of the opposite. Decreeing is ever done in consciousness. That is; every man is conscious of being that which he has decreed himself to be.”
basically, you can repeat an affirmation (or thought) five thousand times a day, but if you haven't changed your dwelling state, it's not going to matter.
affirmations are for your conscious mind. your subconscious responds to feeling, not to thoughts or images or actions. you can repeat affirmations to help soothe yourself and assure yourself you have your desire. and you can also use them to create the feeling of the wish fulfilled within yourself. you can use all methods to create this feeling. they're not what gets you into the state, but they can help you maintain the state.
A: Neville has always said you need to get into the STATE of mind of someone who already has your desire. aka the STATE of the WISH FULFILLED. the wish fulfilled is a state, just like there's a state of lack. when you have the feeling of the wish fulfilled, you are in the state of the wish fulfilled. and this will manifest once it becomes your dwelling state
A: as i've described in my posts about states, you enter a state by intention. so if you notice an opposing thought pop up and you decide to ignore it bc it's not what u want, you are intending to shift back to the state where you do have your desire. you are ignoring that thought because you don't want to identify with it, and the reason you don't identify with it is because you want to opposite of it. so intention can really be as small and simple as that!
A: yeah! don't force yourself to hold the state for long periods of time, it's not necessary! it's really about which state you go back to the most frequently, not how long you can hold a state!
A: don't expect to start naturally having thoughts from the state of the wish fulfilled when you just start manifesting something! the more you shift to your desired state throughout the day, the easier it will get and the longer you will stay in the state. as your desired state becomes your dwelling state, that's when you'll start naturally having thoughts that you would if you already had your desire.
A: yeah! when i shift back to my desired state throughout the day, if im in the middle of doing something, i don't feel anything at all! i focus more on the feeling of knowing while im doing methods, to ensure im doing them not to get my desire, but to experience already have it in my 4d! but when you're just quickly shifting yourself back to the state of the wish fulfilled while you're busy doing something else, it's not necessary to feel anything!
A: it is okay to fall out of the state! you don't have to get into a state and then stay in it until it manifests in order for it to become your dwelling state! you make the state of the wish fulfilled your dwelling state by going back to it more times than you go back to the state of lack. so if something in your 3d make you fall out of the state, that's okay, just shift back into it! don't feel pressure to be in the state 24/7!
A: your state creates your thoughts, so if you're still in the state of lack, you will have opposing thoughts about your desire! you wouldn't be able to have "good" thoughts about your desire if you weren't in the state of the wish fulfilled!
A: don't force yourself to do a method you don't want to do! don't force yourself to visualize the same scene someone else even though it doesn't create any feeling of knowing inside of you and feels like a chore to you. don't repeat affirmations if you don't want to and don't repeat an aff you don't resonate with. do what you think is fun! and do what feels natural to you! by taking the pressure of being perfect off yourself, it's easier to imagine in order to experience, rather than to get it in your 3d.
also if you're just not in the mood to imagine or do a method, don't do it! fulfilling yourself can be as simple as shifting into the state and then going on with your day!
A: remember that you can do or be absolutely anything in your imagination! you don't have think that what you see in your 4d is happening right now in your 3d! you just have to know its happening in your 4d, and it clearly is because you are imagining it! your 3d will reflect your 4d, but you don't have to focus on that fact while imagining! imagine to experience, not to get. your imagination is your safe space, you can have anything you want in there, and it's not delusional to imagine yourself as someone who has what you want!
you might be putting too much pressure on imagining, when really it should be fun and natural. remember, your imagining to feel as though your inner man already has it, not to manifest it into your outer world (even though it will naturally do that on its own)!
A: yup! your imagination creates your reality, so if you can imagine something, you can manifest it into your reality!
