DECIDE what you want.
have a clear image on what you want to obtain. not for you to get it physically, but to figure out what your end goal looks like. take some time to figure out what you REALLY want. it'll make it easier for you to fully indulge in the end.
IMAGINE your end goal.
this is where it gets fun! take your 3d out of the equation and allow yourself to imagine yourself experiencing your end goal to its fullest. imagining isn't hard!! it's as easy as asking yourself "now that i decided that i have this, what would i do?" and imagining yourself experiencing your answer. a great tip from edward art, fulfill every desire you have, even if it's small. even if your desired seems stupid, or impossible, or you feel shy thinking about it, FULFILL IT!
example: you want your sp but you feel like they won't show up exactly how you want them to.
WHO THE FUCK CARESSSS. your imagination is LIMITLESS, YOU ARE LIMITLESS!! if you're hungry, feed yourself. your inner self is starving, feed it the relationship of your dreams with your sp down to the itty bitty details. i don't care if you feel embarrassed thinking about their potential, no one can see what's inside your mind anyway so GO FOR IT.
don't think about the how, or the when, or the means. go directly to the end and dwell in it.
i doubt that you want to repeat the same scene or phrase over and over again. that's robotic, that's boring, that's not normal. imagine EVERYTHING you truly want to experience in your end in its entirety, incorporate every single sense into that experience until you feel it's reality, and keep doing it until you're satisfied.
ACCEPT your desires as done.
okay, you just experienced your desire in imagination. you now have two options:
you accept it as fact or you accept it as a really vivid daydream.
the latter, duh.
this is ultimately a test of faith (trust) in what you just imagined. of course that's who you are, you just experienced it to the point where it felt REAL. you're satisfied from that experience. this is where you shift from a state of desire and lack, to a state of confident acceptance & acquisition. also known as feeling (accepting) the wish fulfilled. (or, the sabbath state). you've successfully accomplished your only goal: changing self.
now, you're conscious of being (currently accepting as fact) the version of you that has what you want in this very moment. the same way you know the set and rise tomorrow. you can't even deny it, because you just lived in your end. you literally have no other choice but to identify with that experience and accept it as your new "I AM". or, as your new state. states are just experiences, anyway. do yourself a favor and accept the ones that you want deserve.
PERSIST in being.
to persist in being is to return to the state you've accepted. you persist to remind yourself of who you are right now. not to make it "come faster" or make it "dominant" to "impress your subconscious". persist to make yourself feel better, knowing that you already are who you previously wished to be.
you may waver, and you may feel anxious, but as long as you remember who you've decided to be, and what you've decided to have, you'll no longer be moved by doubts, emotions and the external world.
you trust yourself enough to know that your experience is your reality. and if for whatever reason you fall in back to your old state, don't fight it. let whatever you're feeling out of your system, and gently return to your desired state. allowing yourself to confidently walk in that conviction as you did prior. because, as a figment of God, you have a birth - given right to dismiss anything that is not who've you've accepted to be.
for you walk by faith, not by sight.
congratulations, you've switched your state and obtained what you've wanted!
have you noticed that i haven't mentioned the 3d reflecting at all. because it's not about the 3d, it's about YOU! the 3d can only display the contents in which you've accepted to be true within. your mental effort isn't for nothing! it's a guarantee. whatever it is you want, will be unfolded in the best way possible. leave the 3d alone (in term sof manifesting), and allow it to do its own thing. the only thing i ask of you is to trust yourself and your imagination! dismiss appearances, for they are only your past. accept your desire as present fact in imagination only and walk in that conviction of it being done confidently.

Deny your reasoning.
You reasoning is all of the things that you tell yourself while you're manifesting that are stopping you from experiencing what you want in your imagination. Examples include "what if <this> happens and it keeps me from my manifestation?" Or "how do I know I'm doing it right? How do I know I'm not messing everything up?"
These reasonings are what is keeping you trapped in your limited state. You have to abandon your reasoning in order to make your desired state your dwelling state. You have to abandon anything that comes into conflict with your wish fulfilled.
Consciousness is the only reality, so your reasoning is in your consciousness.
Let go of your reasoning in consciousness. Your imagination should be your perfect utopia, don't let your reasoning exist there as well.
Your reasoning is causing you to keep thinking in terms of separation instead of reflection. Your 3D reality is reflecting your consciousness. These two things are not separate from one another. If you are allowing your reasoning to exist in the 4D, it will exist in the 3D. You are not allowing yourself to be freed from your old circumstances because you are allowing reasoning to stop you.
Things go away when your attention is placed off of it and upon something else. Your reasoning will cease to exist when you take your attention off of it. The only way something can go wrong is if you repeatedly place your consciousness on the possibility of something going wrong.
If you focus on the problems of your 3D, your old circumstances, your old story, your limited state, you will continue to create more of them. Allow yourself the freedom of taking your focus off of the things that do not serve you.
You must become very focused on actually being who you want to be. Stop desiring to be it and actually be it.
Your reasoning is very convincing. After all, it points to things that you view as truthful. It uses your past, your fears, your worries against you. But you don't have to be attached to the reasoning, because you are the cause of the reasoning. It only exists because you created it. And you create from reasoning, too. It's how you hold yourself back.
So how do you let go of reasoning while imagining?
You can either tell yourself that what you're experiencing in your imagination isn't real because you're just imagining and your 3D actually looks like xyz, OR...you can grant what you see in your imagination reality and tell yourself that it <is> real.
Experience the reality of it. You can do this by feeling the wish fulfilled. Or by adding sensory vividness to what you are imagining. Either add sensory vividness by yourself, or allow it to happen naturally by abandoning your reasoning and telling yourself what you are experiencing is real.
Through reasoning, you are convincing yourself that what you're imagining is not real because it is simply in your imagination. By everything stems from imagination, so of course it is real.
Abandon your reason. If you do not allow yourself to feel your reasoning as real, and you just ignore it and pretend it isn't there, you can actually start to feel that what is in your imagination <is> real. The more that you let go of reasoning, the more your desire will begin to feel real to you. Nothing has to exist in your imagination if you do not want it to, if you do not give power to it.
Your inner man can do or have what it wants at any time. Where your inner man goes, you will go. You are just a reflection of your inner man. If you allow your inner man to be held back by reasoning, you will be held back by reasoning as well. If you allow your inner man to abandon reasoning, the reasoning will not reflect into your 3D reality. There is no need to wonder "what if?" because it can only happen in your outer world if you allow it to happen in your imagination first.

your state is what manifests, not your thoughts.
this has become a very inflammatory sentence for some, but it shouldn't be scary. states simplify manifestation, it doesn't complicate it.
at the beginning of my loa journey, i would affirm alllll day long. while watching tv, while reading, while hanging out with my friends. and by the logic of "your dominant thoughts manifest," i should've gotten my manifestations after only a few days of that. but i didn't, because dominant thoughts aren't what manifests, it's your state that manifests.
you are not a state. you are I Am, and you enter in and out of states all day long. there is an infinite number of states, and no one experiences states the same way. so even if two people are manifesting the same thing (for example, money), the State of Being Rich will probably look different for both of them. so there's really no one specific way a state should look/feel!
because there are an infinite number of states you can occupy, right now you have the power to be rich, just as much as you have the power to be poor. it is just as easy to occupy the state of being rich as it is the state of being poor. you are both of these things, and you know that you are both of these things because you can imagine being both of these things, and everything stems from your imagination.
the state that you consistently go to, also known as your dwelling state, is the state that manifests into your 3d reality.
you switch states simply by intending to. the second you want to switch states, you do. in order to maintain this new state, you can use a technique such as affirming, scripting, or visualizing.
let's talk about affirming.
affirming is a TECHNIQUE. some people argue that since affirmations are just thoughts, you can never stop affirming and should be monitoring your thoughts all day long. i do not agree with this.
your thoughts do not manifest. it's why i spent my time from summer 2020-summer 2021 affirming on a constant loop 24/7 that i was in a relationship with my [old] sp, and it never manifested. it's why when you get intrusive thoughts they don't manifest. it's why--even tho every time you go to the bathroom you check behind the shower curtain in case something's there--nothing ever is. it's also why you were able to manifest something by thinking you wanted it once.
you do not need to "create new neural pathways" or think in your favor 24/7. your negative thoughts act as indicators that you fell out of your desired state, and you can instantly correct this by shifting back to the state of the wish fulfilled. you don't even need to flip the thought. your thoughts have no power, unless you give them power by allowing them to let you wallow in the state of lack.
all that being said, affirmations can help you maintain your desired state. i say maintain, because getting into the state is instant, and requires no technique. however, there is such thing as affirming from lack.
what is affirming from lack? it's affirming to get what you want. it's affirming from a state of not having your desire. it's the same as thinking of your desire, instead of thinking from your desire.
a few months ago, the 10k challenge was going around. it was marketed as a fool-proof way to get your manifestation, because all you had to do was "affirm 10k times to create a new neural pathway which created an assumption." yet so many people affirmed 10k+ times and still didn't get their desire. why? because they were affirming from lack.
quality > quantity. you can affirm 10k times and not get your desire, because you weren't in your desire state. you can affirm once and get your desire, because you were in the state.
so how do you not affirm from lack?
an easy way is to pay attention to your affirmations. mindless affirming is out! this shouldn't be a scary thing to hear, because as we discussed, there's no need for you to affirm 5 million times in order to reach some imaginary quota, because your thoughts don't manifest.
affirm with purpose! create an affirmation that implies you already have your desire, and repeat it with the purpose of conjuring the feeling of knowing. the feeling of knowing may feel like calm, peace, relief, contentment, or even excitement. when Neville Goddard said "feeling is the secret," this is the feeling he was talking about, NOT emotions.
if your affirmations are making you feel anxious, this can indicate one of two things:
affirming is not the technique for you (which is OKAY!!)
you're affirming to get
"affirming to get" is a big debate as well. yes, you are manifesting your desire because you want to get it in your 3D. but in order to get it in your 3D, you must change your 4D first. so you should be using techniques such as affirming in order to change your 4D, knowing that if you change your 4D, your 3D will follow. there is no one to change but self.
if affirming is not the technique for you, there is always visualizing, scripting, vaunting, etc.
also the distraction technique, my fav way to get into the state of the wish fulfilled! hehe
to sum it up:
"it's not focusing so much on getting the objects, but becoming the one who already has it." - Edward Art
you should still be persisting in the fact that you already have your desire. you persist by consistently shifting back to your desired state, no matter what you see in the 3D.
reacting to the 3D, like negative thoughts, is an indicator that you have slipped from your desired state.
it can be very beneficial for you to have self-soothing tactics to use in case your 3D causes you to spiral or makes you anxious. these can include eft tapping, breathing exercises, etc.
your 3D is malleable. if you see something in your 3D that you don't like, you can change it. your 3D is simply a reflection of your dwelling state. if you don't see what you want in your 3D, let it serve as a reminder to shift your state back to your desired state. once again, you change your 4D to change your 3D. there is no one to change but self.
question: if you can affirm to get into a state, doesn't that mean your thoughts create your state and that your thoughts technically manifest?
answer: WRONG! like i've mentioned earlier in this post, you enter a state by intention. affirming can help you maintain the state, but your thoughts do not create your state. your state creates your thoughts. every state has thoughts that correspond with it, which is why can manufacture affirmations that imply you already have your desire and repeat them to conjure the feeling of knowing. it's also why negative thoughts act as indicators that you fell out of the state.
question: isn't that the same as someone saying "just assume?"
answer: NO! there are techniques to help you maintain the state. yes entering a state is instant, but there are techniques for you to use to stay in it.
question: are states ableist?
answer: NO!!!! this is something that people are saying on loatwt in order to villainize the people who teach states, and it's frankly disgusting. ANYONE can get into a state, even if they are neurodivergent! you are always in a state! you're in a state right now. i am neurodivergent, as are most of my friends that are states enthusiasts, and it has helped all of us to manifest our desires without driving ourselves to mental exhaustion by affirming 24/7.
question: how long do i have to stay in the wish fulfilled?
answer: it's not so much about how long you stay in the state, it's about frequency. no, not frequency as the law of attraction vibration bullshit, but how often you go back to the state. if you think about your desire 15 times a day, you should shift back into the state 15 times that day. if you think about your desire 5 times, then you should shift back into the state 5 times that day.
hopefully this helps clarify the idea of states for you, and helps you manifest your desires!! <3
How can one start preparing for the new year manifestation wise?
make it your new year goal to fulfill yourself (in imagination) daily. every.single.day. it doesn't matter if it's possible or impossible. stop conditioning your desires. no matter how small or big it is, just give it to yourself in imagination. make it so lovely you can't resist and help but give it to yourself. "Ask yourself, "What is it that I do not think I can have within?" Find that and then give it to yourself shamelessly. You give it yourself in the HERE AND NOW" -edward art.
simply live from the assumption that you are going to fulfill everything even if you think it's impossible to happen in the 3d. just do it. everyday. the fact that you desire it is already a enough of reason to give it to yourself in your mind.
there is nothing you can't have and be in imagination. it makes no sense to not give yourself what you want because your limited human reasoning mind "thinks" it's impossible. it's nonsense.
when you don't give yourself what you want in imagination, you rob yourself. stop robbing yourself! when you rob yourself, you rob god because you're god. "Will a mere mortal rob God? Yet you rob me" (malachi 3:8)
your goal is to fulfill yourself
instead of seeing your desires as something you have to work hard to get, see them as gifts, invitations to experience something new within yourself and fulfill yourself. that's your birthright. and then walk in that fulfillment. just live your entire life in fulfillment.

There it is. The frustration. The doubt creeping in, the whispered thought: But I did everything right. I assumed. I believed. And yet… nothing has changed.
You check the mirror—same face. You check your messages—no new texts from them. You check your reality—still the same, still ordinary, still not what you asked for.
And now, you’re wondering: Did I do something wrong? Did I mess it up? Is this all just fake, some elaborate trick I convinced myself of?
No, darling. You didn’t mess it up. But you are making one critical mistake:
You Never Actually Assumed. You Just Wished.
Let’s be honest with ourselves for a second. Did you assume… or did you hope? Did you decide it was yours… or did you wait to see proof before believing? Did you step into the mindset of someone who already has it… or did you just try to convince yourself for a few days and then panic when nothing changed?
Because here’s the thing—real assumption doesn’t waver.
It doesn’t wake up every morning checking for evidence like a nervous stock investor. It doesn’t crumble the second the 3D doesn’t instantly reflect back its desires. It doesn’t treat the unseen like it isn’t real.
If you planted a seed today, would you dig it up tomorrow to check if it’s growing? No. If you booked a flight for next week, would you panic every day, thinking, "What if the plane doesn’t exist?" No.
So why, when it comes to manifesting, do you refuse to trust?
You don’t assume to “make” something happen. You assume because it’s already a fact.
Assumption is not:
A technique.
A method.
A way to “convince” reality to change.
Assumption is reality.
You aren’t trying to “believe” in something far away. You are stepping into what is already yours.
Step 1: Stop Trying to Control the 3D. The biggest mistake? You are still a slave to your senses.
You look for movement. You check your phone. You stare at your bank account. You analyze every little thing for signs that your manifestation is “working.”
And the second you don’t see proof? Doubt. Panic. Desperation.
Let me tell you something: The 3D is old news. What you see right now? It’s a reflection of your old thoughts, not your current assumptions.
Think of it like this: When you order something online, do you sit there anxiously refreshing the tracking page every five seconds? Do you assume it got lost in the mail just because it hasn’t arrived in an hour? No. You trust it’s coming.
Your manifestation works the same way.
You assume, and then you let go of the need to check.
Step 2: Become the Version of You That Already Has It. This is where most people mess up.
They say “I am rich,” but still panic when they check their bank balance. They say “I have shifted,” but still search for reality checks to confirm it. They say “I am loved,” but still stalk their SP’s social media, waiting for a sign.
So let me ask you: If you really had your desire right now, how would you act?
Would you be stressed about shifting if you had already shifted 100 times? Would you doubt your SP’s love if you were already together? Would you panic over money if you were already wealthy?
No. You would be calm. Certain. Done.
So do that now. Be that person now.
Stop acting like the version of you that doesn’t have it. Stop reacting to the 3D as if it holds any power over you. Stop feeding the version of you that still doubts.
Step 3: Make Your Assumption So Normal That You Forget You Even Wanted It. This is the part nobody talks about: Detachment is not forcing yourself to “let go.” Detachment is when you assume so deeply that you forget it was even something you desired in the first place.
Think about it:
Do you wake up every morning manifesting air to breathe? No, because you assume it’s always there. Do you worry about whether the sun will rise? No, because it’s just a fact of reality.
When you truly assume something, it becomes boring. You stop thinking about it constantly. You stop obsessing over when it will happen. You stop treating it like some miraculous event.
It just is. And when you reach that point? It manifests instantly.
Now, let’s talk about the people who are still unsure. Who feel stuck, who are thinking: "But what if it’s not working?"
Here’s the truth: If you’re still checking the 3D, you’re not fully assuming.
But Leonora I’m anxious! I can’t stop checking, it’s driving me mad! You’re not alone, and it’s okay. Let’s break it down, because we’re going to handle that right now.
Some of you can’t just stop overthinking. You try to suppress the thoughts, and they come back louder. So what do you do? You redirect them. Accept that anxiety is just an old habit.
Your brain has spent years, maybe even your whole life, doubting things. Expecting disappointment. Looking for evidence that things won’t work. Of course, it’s going to feel unnatural to just “assume.” You are rewiring years of conditioning. Your mind isn’t trying to sabotage you—it’s just clinging to what it knows. So when the thoughts come? Don’t panic. Don’t fight them. Just recognize them for what they are: old programming.
Say to yourself: “Ha, there it is. My brain trying to protect me with doubt again. That’s cute. But we’re doing things differently now.” Then move on. Don’t engage. Don’t spiral.
A super powerful trick for anxious minds:
Right before you fall asleep, affirm gently in your mind, like a lullaby. No intensity. No desperation. Just soft, sleepy, matter-of-fact affirmations. Example: “I already have it. It’s already mine. It’s happening so easily.”
Why does this work? Because your brain is most suggestible in that drowsy state. It absorbs things without resistance. If you do this consistently? Your subconscious will start to believe it on autopilot.

It's really just you. I've seen most people that say 'No methods works for me' usually try the methods once, waver and complain, and then look up the newest method on XYZ app or poster. The worst part, you make into a cycle. If you assume and persist a method works, it works. If you assume and persist a method doesn't work, it doesn't work. And that's the honest truth. Most of the time, there's really not even a method needed. Most people just use methods because it assists them to be in the state of being in the end.

Just take a deep breath, and persist. You can retry a method, just make sure not to waver. If you continue to persist, it'll come. You also need to know, manifesting is easy for you. Don't react to the undesirable. If you are constantly doing so, you should work on your self-concept.

ANXIETY HAS NO CREATIVE POWER!!!!! I used to feel so anxious about feeling anxious as well but honestly as long as you continue shifting back to the state of being with your sp it does not matter!!! The amount of things I’ve manifested while having an overwhelming feeling of anxiety that it’ll never happen is crazy. As long as you don’t let that anxiety stop u from continuing to shift to the state of the wish fulfilled you are GOOD! Don’t give into it and be like “well i still feel anxious so I should just give up it doesn’t matter anyway.” Continue shifting to the state!!!
It’s fine if you deleted the apps! However if u don’t have Snapchat on your phone how will u know when he reaches out? Unless u talk on iMessage or another app? I just wouldn’t want you to get into a cycle of redownloading the app to see if he texted and then deleting it again if he still hasn’t !

when you end up not getting what you want, it’s never because of something or somebody else. no one actually thinks "oh, you weren’t good enough" or makes things happen in your reality that go against your wants. i know this is a hard pillow to swallow but it’s no one else but you doing that. like, for an example, when you get dumped by your partner, when you get denied from your dream university, when things don’t end up going your way or even the opposite, it’s never other people sabotaging you and being in your way.
things don’t exist outside of you, remember that. it’s only you in and out there.
but this is exactly where it gets exciting. the most useful and thoughtful quote i have heard so far regarding manifestation is: "it is entirely up to you to decide how much is within you. you declare who you are." this means that NO ONE can ever tell you "no". well, i'm sure they can, but you are not obligated to accept it. you don’t have to force yourself to like things you don’t like, or to settle for things you don’t want. again, you DESIRING a state is enough for it to exist. and there are infinite states and therefore realities out there! think about it this way: there is a version of you, right now, experiencing all of your desires. they have everything you have ever dreamed of. and you wanna know what’s so cool about it? you can be that person!!! infact, you already are them for all states exist within you and belong to you only! creation is fucking done, and just as neville said, your refusal to see that you already are who you wanna be is the reason why you will remain as you are right now.
no one can define your worth. no one can determine your success. no one can make decisions for you and expect you to obey them. no one can create your life. no one can limit you. only if you think that others have power over you, then they can do whatever they want — because you let them!
