yesterday i reread edward art's series on reddit and took notes on it and i thought i'd post them maybe 😌 i really highly recommend reading his series in full to really truly get a grasp on manifesting!! like once you read it you will truly fully grasp manifestation. it's so good.
but here's my little notes i took bc i find it so motivating and helpful to just read the little quotes i wrote down every once in a while.
any time im in a bad/sad mood i always like to read neville or edward and it instantly puts me in a better mood & motivates me. so i took these notes for that purpose and i wasn't gonna post them but i thought maybe it could help you guys too!!!

𓆩★𓆪 if you have been “persisting for a year,” i can assure you two things:
thing 1: you were persisting in what you dont want/fears/doubts & identifying w them
thing 2: you were not being the version of you who already has it / you were not being in the state of the wish fulfilled
thing 1: persisting in what you dont want/fears/doubts: you can have all the doubts you want, but when you identify w them / persist in them, then you flop. when u assume/do techniques, you are choosing to identify as another version of you. key word = identify ->
if i identify as the version of me who is living my dream life, does it make sense to look at a doubt and identify w it? or assume the doubt has bad meaning? no. it makes sense that i move on from it bc i already identified as the one who has it. the doubt is just there, neutral.
continuing to identify w the version of you who has it regardless of the 3d
= persisting
= applying the law
persisting = continuing to hold an idea or identity as true even when you manifest it, you will still be persisting in it because you will continue to hold it as fact. you are always persisting in something.
𓆩★𓆪 “how to not identify w a doubt?”
1) move on from it. focus on something else. ur only job is to assume it in the 4d only. if you feel lack, dont panic, feel the doubt & when ur ready, change self/states theres no need to push urself into anxiety. ur desire isnt going anywhere. relax.
2) identify as the one who has it. when u truly identify as the one who has it, any doubt would seem worthless.
𓆩★𓆪 “how to identify w it?”
assume that is ur identity already in imagination. its a simple decision. techniques are there to help to so use them to satisfy yourself in imagination, not to see 3d change. i say this because you need to get out of this 3d trap ->
3d trap = you assume you have something & feel good and then when you look at the 3d, you let that make you feel like shit
solution: know the 3d is always neutral and only you add meaning to it + know the 3d literally reflects imagination + focus on satisfying ur inner self only
thing 2: not being the version of you who already has it / not being in the state of the wish fulfilled. state of wish fulfilled = you know you have it already (in imagination); nothing in the 3d can change that
there are infinite versions of you (rich you, broke you, sexy you, business woman you, 100k followers you, annoying you). your job (or should i call it privilege) is to choose one version of you and identify with it in imagination and boom its done.
1. choose the version of you that you want to be
2. identify w it in imagination (via techniques to satisfy your inner self)
3. know its a fact because you just experienced it in the real reality (imagination aka inner self)
4. know any fake illusions of reality (3d) are neutral
𓆩★𓆪 in summary, if you are aware of it not reflecting after persisting for 100 years, you are saying that your senses & 3d mean more than inner self (even tho the 3d is a reflection of inner self). stop forgetting that it is all neutral. it is all inner self reflecting! CHANGE SELF!
𓆩★𓆪 the 3d is a form of inner self so it makes common sense to go to the source and change self (imagination). idc about how long youve been persisting bc if you were rly doing ur job and assuming it in imagination, you would know you are god who has whatever she claims in an instant.

I cannot say it enough that literally anything and everything could bring your manifestation. Like literally anything!! You don't have to be positive, or detach, or, affirm 24/7 if you don't want to. If you want to do those things because they bring you joy, go ahead, do what you want to, have fun. But, if these things make you feel frustrated or tired or just bad in general, you don't have to do them. There are bitches out here writing on a piece of paper and getting exactly what they want!! No struggling or anything! Some people just command their minds to give them what they want, and it just happens. No saturating the mind or having to live in the end or think positive at alll! Nothing is a "bad" or "wrong" way to manifest. Decide how shit works for you!!

i have it, i have it, i have it… so where is it?
there’s a thing that happens. a delusion, a performance, a cosmic joke that you’re in on until you realise you’re the punchline. you manifest something, no, you inhabit it, you embody it, you crawl inside its skin and zip yourself up. i have x. i own x. x is already in my hands. you say it until it isn’t a wish anymore, just a fact waiting to be noticed. and then. nothing.
the universe, god, the simulation, whoever’s supposed to be writing this cheque, has put you on hold. customer service music is playing. you are nowhere near x, your hands are empty, your environment bleak and x-less. you are spiritually rich and physically destitute, the manifestational equivalent of an aristocrat whose assets are frozen.
and you sit there, stunned. because it worked last time. and the time before that. and the time before that. like magic, like clockwork, like a law as immutable as gravity. you have received things you shouldn’t have received. things you had no way of getting. things that should have been out of reach but weren’t, because you knew how to want them properly. so why not now? why this, why you, why the delay?
so , here’s how you get x
you ignore the absence of x. you treat x like an inevitability, like a train already hurtling down the tracks towards you. not like a possibility. not like a wish. an inevitability. you do not beg the train to come; you stand at the station as if it’s already rounding the bend. you prepare. you make space. you act as if.
this is not the delusion of a fool. this is the precision of an architect. the greats have always known this, athletes, actors, politicians, emperors. success is an air, a posture, a scent worn like cologne. you can smell it on people before they have it. and if you wear it long enough, the universe catches on.
you speak in possession, not longing. you train your mind to recoil at the word "want" like it’s poison. wanting affirms lack. you do not want, you have. you are.
but what about reality? what about facts? what about the brutalist architecture of circumstance, the stone and steel of what is?
what about it? reality is not static. it is pliant, malleable, a thing to be strong-armed and shaped. the first step in changing reality is refusing to bow to it.
so you do not acknowledge the empty space where x should be. you treat it like a chair already filled, a bank account already bursting, a future already decided. you hold the pose, you speak in the tense of the having, you ignore the absence until it has no choice but to become presence.
confidence + assumption = success. it has never been more complicated than that. the world has always belonged to those who assume it should.
so assume. and let the world catch up.
! long post ahead !
in this post, i want to give you an idea of how a manifestation "routine" could look like. i'm aware that this is one of my longer posts but i wanted to give as many insights and as much reassurance as possible. it’s a guide especially for those, who need a bit guidance, who may have come off track a little and who want to discipline themselves a bit more.
right before you wake up or fall asleep, lay down on your bed and close your eyes. try to calm your mind, loose any tension built up in your body and take deep breaths in and out. with your eyes closed, pay attention to the darkness you're seeing. everything around you doesn’t exist for now. the outer world is none of your concern. your responsibilities fade away and in this given moment, there is nothing that needs to be worked on, nothing that needs to be fixed, nothing that needs to be dealt with. right now, it’s only you in this darkness. you are safe. you are protected.
now, think about it: what is it that you want? what is it that you wish to experience? this isn’t about what you feel like you should want or what you need to experience but rather what YOU deeply want. what would having / being it feel like? what would it look like? what if you had / were exactly what you wanted?
as you become more and more decisive and definitive about who you want to be and what you want to have, you begin to enter the state of the wish fulfilled. you take a step towards the end. you start to bask yourself in the feeling of being the version of yourself who has or is what you desire to have or be. for this, you can visualise yourself or use affirmations that go hand in hand with your desired outcome.
at the same time, let go of your old conception of self. leave your old mindset. right now, you aren’t who you were before you entered this state of calmness. shift your states. go from your former one to your desired one. give life to your new state and death to your old state. abandon the old story. you don’t need it now. you no longer need to retell it. you don’t need to carry it with you anymore.
don’t focus on details. don’t worry about your scenes of visualisation or wording of affirmations. don’t try to make it perfect. don’t question it. and don’t reason your way into it. try to make it natural. try to make it enjoyable. in imagination, you cannot do anything wrong. feel free to imagine any way you would like to. doing any technique without feeling it to be true and without accepting it won’t do anything. it cannot change you. not the technique itself but the feeling will alter self. your visualisations and affirmations shall only support you by guiding you to your desired state. don’t perform anything in vain. do it with purpose. do it with conviction. do it with acceptance. mere repetitions lead to mere results. if you repeat, then do it with feeling. for feeling is the secret.
this way, you become conscious of your new self. and since consciousness is the one and only reality, things can only appear through consciousness. becoming conscious of having your desire means to feel your desire to be yours. by making consciousness your aim, you are aiming to become conscious of BEING and HAVING your desire.
after you took time to meditate in the morning, you continue to live with your wish fulfilled during the day. whenever you think of your desire, whenever you start to desire something, you claim it to be yours. you declare that it’s part of your reality now. you simply accept it to be true instead of letting your mind wander, overthink or worry. you don’t leave any space for feelings of desire and refrain from living in desire as well. you don’t have to go into a deep meditative state either. you think of it, recognise your desire, imagine it to be yours, feel it to be yours and then go on with your day. this way, you only aim for your inner fulfillment and get rid of any desire that comes up.
you don’t need to force yourself to think of your desire for a very long time, nor do you need to immediately start affirming or visualising a scene that implies you having your desire. what you do is that you take some time, not a lot, to acknowledge your desire and to shift your state from desiring to owning. you do this for as long as you like, until you have accepted your desire to be yours. you will know when you have shifted your state as you won’t feel feelings of desire anymore. you won’t want it anymore because you know there is nothing left to desire that isn’t already yours.
there's no need to constantly bring you back and to remind yourself of your manifestation. the moment you accept it, you can let it go. it’s done now. it belongs to you. assuming your desire to be yours once you think of it is totally enough. you don’t need to obsess over it either.
the more you do this, the easier it will be for you to remain in your desired state. you will get used to the state because you get used to the feeling. it will start to feel familiar to you. it won’t be as difficult as before. it won’t scare you as it did in the beginning.
once in the state, it will become easier to handle the outer world. your thoughts come from your state aka your feeling and if you happen to be in the state you wanted to occupy, you will respond better to 3D circumstances (if there are any). you'll stop viewing your physical world the way you used to and you'll also stop feeling like it’s a lot of work to be in the state of the wish fulfilled. you'll stop viewing the act of shifting your state as effortless. as normal. as natural. you can happily live in the 3D while still experiencing your manifestation from within, giving your inner self what you want. from now on, you will want to identify with your real self more frequently and anything outside of you will lose importance. you won’t care about how the world may look like, you won’t stress about your physical existence. anything that does not serve you will be of little account.
the purpose of this guide is to motivate you to make fulfillment your one and only goal. make it a lovely habit to daily manifest your desires. do it each day.
do not waste time contemplating whether your desires are easy to manifest, quick to manifest, possible to manifest or logical to manifest. stop categorising your manifestations into "big" and "small". do not concern yourself with these matters.
the moment you accept your assumption to be true, it has no option but to materialise. your 3D can never stop reflecting your 4D. you can never run away from your feelings, so why not change them? why not choose lovely feelings for yourself? why not claim great things about yourself? why not immediately grant yourself every wish you have? stop wasting time, conditioning your desires and doubting your abilities as creator of your reality.
within imagination, all things exist and all things are possible. you can be or have anything you'd like in your imagination. it doesn’t have to be hard to get. you don’t need to earn your way to happiness. and you don’t need to work hard for it either. so why would you deny yourself that experience? why would you actively choose not to fulfill yourself? why would you not manifest your desires?
make your imagination a place you love spending time in. make yourself feel feelings of wealth, love, success, health and more. make it so amazing, so addicting that you cannot be bothered or moved by the limitations of the outside world. quoting aphrodite apprentice: "see your desires as invitations to experience something new within yourself and fulfill yourself. and then walk in that fulfillment. just live your entire life in fulfillment."

applying the law of assumption is as easy as deciding that you’re now a version of yourself you want to be and allowing yourself to enjoy who you’re being within.
𖦹 the law of assumption is a universal law that always is working, the law states that your assumptions create your reality. what you assume to be true is true.
this means that all you need to manifest anything is yourself. and let me be clear here, manifestation ≠ magic. you have been manifesting your whole life. this is not a new skill you have to learn, this is simply something that already exists and you are always using it, with manifestation we learn how to use it consciously.
there are many methods that help people manifest such as affirmations, visualisation, void… the purpose is to create an assumption, that what you desire is true.
what is an assumption? an assumption = a thing that is accepted as true or as certain to happen, without proof. so based on that definition keep in mind we believe it without proof. while yes, when we assume something it becomes true, we don’t always assume based on logical (or any) evidence. either way evidence and so called circumstances (past assumptions that have already reflected) don’t matter, because we are constantly creating our reality, it’s all you. you are the creator of your reality. your assumptions right here right now are creating your reality right here right now.
that’s why we all preach to not check the 3d, because it doesn’t matter, your assumptions are not meant to be validated by your reality. you validate your reality. if the 3d/your reality looks to you for validation and what it’s supposed to reflect, how can you look at it for validation? it simply validates the fact that you do not have it, if you have to desperately look for it.
we create assumptions all the time, so create this one like you would any, even if you start out with doubts, just persist in it. it’s true no matter what you see or hear in the 3d.

my goal is to not live in desire. for anything.
my goal isn’t to do techniques perfectly. my goal isn’t to affirm 24/7 and flip every single thought. my goal isn’t to see a change on the outside. my goal isn’t to exalt others. my goal isn’t to “think perfectly”. my goal isn’t to manifest.
i simply live from the assumption that i fulfill all my desires within me. idc if it’s possible or impossible. if i want it, i’ll give it to myself. i’ll show unconditional Love to myself by fulfilling it all in imagination.
and you wouldn’t want it to be the other way. you don’t want to control, manipulate and micromanage your life. you want to live and enjoy your life. then do that. let go of control and control self.

one of the greatest discoveries i made in my journey is realizing that there is nothing outside of me that “needs” to change. there never was and there never will be.
To try to change circumstances before you change your state of consciousness is to struggle against the very nature of things. You can’t do it. after posting my states post, i've been getting a lot of asks asking me how to get into the state, despite already having explained how to get into a state in the post.
i think the issue is that for so long the loass community has become overrun by a sort of grind culture with affirmations, where people have become convinced that you need to put in an immense amount of effort before you can get your manifestation in your 3d. i.e. affirm 10k times, flip every thought, etc. but manifestation has always been EFFORTLESS. so you need to get used to the idea that you don't have to work 24 hours a day 7 days a week in order to get your desire. manifestation is not a TRYING process!
intend.
that's it! its as easy and simple as that.
but what does it mean to intend?
intend: have (a course of action) as one's purpose or objective; plan.
for example, say that you want to read a book tomorrow. that is you intending to read a book tomorrow. you may not actually do it, but you still intended to do it.
but with states, you don't actually have to do anything to get into a state. JUST intend.
to make it easier on you guys, bc i get that it's hard to tell if you intended to do it or not, whenever you realized you slipped out of your desired state, you can say something like:
"i am in my desired state now"
"i am in the state of ____"
"i am in the state of the wish fulfilled"
"i have entered the state"
"it is done"
etc!
-you're thinking negative thoughts about your desire
-you're doubting
-you're checking the 3d
view these things as tools. they are there as indicators that you slipped out of the state and you need to shift yourself back to your desired state. these are all just thoughts, and they have no power unless you give it to them. you don't need to flip those thoughts, or freak out bc "they ruined everything" (they didn't), or "start over"
just go back to your desired state!
you can use methods to MAINTAIN the state of the wish fulfilled. you do not do methods to get into the state. as we have previously covered, all you need to get into the state is intention.
you do not need to do methods every time you get into the state. intending is enough. however, if you are having a hard time staying the state (you get into it and then immediately fall back out bc doubts come back), you can do methods to help maintain it.
methods include affirmations, scripting, visualizing, vaunting, inner conversations, etc.
pay attention while you do these methods. focus on conjuring the feeling of the state of the wish fulfilled, aka the feeling of knowing.
feeling ≠ emotions
the feeling of knowing can be a feeling of calm, peace, contentedness, relief, etc.
it is NOT happiness, sadness, anger, etc. those are EMOTIONS.
once again: methods are useful to help you maintain the state of the wish fulfilled, they are not what gets you into the state.

any tips when the ego gets thrown off by inconsistent movement? it’s so hard to focus on the end/my true “desire” when i see visible movement today and none the next day,, idk i get thrown off so bad and i’m struggling 🥹
if your worried about movement then your not fulfilled with already having your desire. thats why your “struggling”. because instead of being in the state of already having it, you are in the state of struggling because you are searching for 3d evidence when all there is is imagination.
what i do is that i listen to a chill subliminal and i affirm and imagine my desire from there and remind myself that there is no such thing as lack because i already have it. i play with it in imagination and therefore no longer desire it. if i have a negative thought, i tell myself that i cant accept it bc either way i still have what i want and i always will. nothing can “ruin” my manifestation. if i want “proof” i go in imagination and there it is.
looking for it in the 3d doesnt make sense bc its not even real and what tf i look like telling myself i dont have what i want because a limited and unreal 3d tells me no… I decide. and that “I” is imagination. i am limitless and in control of everything bc i AM everything. so i take no bullshit and i give it to myself and accept it.
stop placing the 3d on top of the pedestal like its so important even tho it literally copies whatever you are being. the 3d will always reflect the source and the source is imagination. imagine it and love it. trust that the 3d will reflect and just focus on having it imagination. ITS LAW THAT WHO YOU ARE IN IMAGINATION WILL MANIFEST. STOP STRESSING AND TRUST. the moment you imagine it, youve experienced it. fulfill and its done. ENJOY IMAGINING🌟
