For five years, he became the Captain of the Track team called "The Messagers" and earned the Title as "The Ultimate Track Star." Byakuya Togami was his First and Real Best Friend that he has made, and they became inseparable. He, too, got accepted into Hope's Peak Academy before Juvia, and he gets to meet his girlfriend from abroad there. FATE was so cruel to him, for he was caught by the Mastermind and was executed on camera. The entire city saw it unfold, from Billboards to TV's and Cellphones, his death was aired, and his last words were said before he died,

"Juvia, please.... Don't lose hope because of me..."
