ok so something I noticed being around cis girls a lot is that if they aren’t wearing make up it makes them think they look like a boy, and then I realized that the reason they think this is because femininity is often associated with changing something about yourself (like shaving, makeup, etc) and masculinity is stuff that just naturally happens (like body hair, or no makeup etc.) and I think that’s SOOOOO dumb cuz women have to do so much already to prove themselves in this stupid world AND they have to prove that they’re a fucking woman in the first place by following rules made to hold them back.
