Www.the-all-in-one-company.co.uk makes custom footed onesies that you design on their site and offer a warranty service as well as refreshing your pajamas after a few years by replacing the zippers, soles of the feet and other "wear and tear" items. They're pricy but worth every penny.

BigTot on etsy made the light blue 2 piece pajamas I have, they're so stretchy and awesome and make me feel really little
