There‘s no real difficulty to shifting, and any difficulty shifters have when trying to shift is entirely made up by external forces (*cough* shifting media *cough*).
The assumption that there are any obstacles in shifting is the entire obstacle.
If you had never been taught that shifting is difficult, it wouldn‘t be.
If your first thought when reading the title was “oh, but you can't do that, how are you going to do it in 1 day?”, then there's your problem.
You have no confidence in yourself. You have no confidence in shifting. You allow yourself to be controlled by circumstances and your limiting thoughts. Nothing has power unless you grant it
Don't get me wrong, it's not 'clickbait'. You really can do it in a day - gosh, you could do it right now if you wanted to. But you don't do it because you're still conditioned to think that shifting is something that must take time, effort, etc.
Take the chips out of your head that tell you that you are over-complicating or over-simplifying shifting. Your only determinant is the 4D; and that is the truth that matters - so if you keep telling yourself that there are certain requirements to achieve shifting, you are wrong. You don't need to have a method, or follow certain steps or do it at a certain time; you just need to have the intention.
“Obviously I already have it, otherwise why would I continue persuading shifting?" No, you don't. Or rather, maybe you do, but that ideal is coated with a big layer of limitations that only you can leave behind. I am not asking you to “eliminate” them, you simply have to know that you are in control.
“It's easier said than done.” Bro, AGAIN? Who dictates what is 'easy' or 'hard'? Exactly, you. Stop making excuses for what you want, because I guarantee you that having it is easy - circumstances don't matter, time doesn't matter, other people's opinions don't matter.
Nothing is "too complicated" or "too good 4 you", remember that shifting can be as simple (or complex) as you make it.

do less than nothing. get more than everything.
law of assumption. simple. absolute. you assume, and it is. not later. not someday. not after a trial period of proving yourself worthy. now. immediately. because reality doesn’t gatekeep. it doesn’t ask for credentials. it reflects. that’s all it does.
assumption is the mechanism. reality is the mirror. you do not negotiate with a mirror. you do not convince it to show you something different. you assume, and it has no choice but to comply.
do you check every morning to make sure you still exist? do you investigate gravity before stepping out the door? no. you assume. and in assuming, you make it real. same with this.
you assume you’ve shifted, and you have. assume you are already living in your desired reality, and reality follows. even with something as minuscule as wanting to be pretty. congrats, know you are and expect results. there is no ‘trying.’ no ‘waiting for proof.’ no refreshing the page to see if it’s working. the moment you assume, it is.
this isn’t work. this isn’t effort. this isn’t some esoteric practice requiring discipline and sacrifice. this is law. mechanics. assumption does not require proof. assumption is the proof.
what you assume, you experience. not because you worked for it. not because you manifested ‘correctly.’ because that’s how this works. reality takes instruction. stop acting like it needs a second opinion.
so stop hoping. stop questioning. stop pacing back and forth waiting for confirmation. the world is not holding its breath, waiting for you to ‘get it right.’ you already have. you assumed. that’s enough.
do less. take more. not because you’re special. not because you got lucky. because this is how it works.
stop reaching. let it come to you.
Because failure is much more validating. Failure will pat you on the back and say, "maybe next time, hun", it will feed you anticipation and that flutter of trepidation in your chest when you think of success, it will make you feel comfortable in that bog you settled in.
The illusion of productivity keeps you in that mindset and prevents you from facing this fear. It keeps you feeling busy so you don't feel bad about being stagnant. It tells you you're walking in strides while you actually stand still, avoiding the discomfort of fully committing to success. Just like buying a dozen of fancy pens and notebooks instead of writing a book, you busy yourself with useless tasks that keep you from actually applying.
You can shift and manifest with just an intention and without any effort, but some of you are afraid of accepting even that. Just another script for my another DR, just another playlist with dozens of subliminals (do you even listen to them more than twice before creating a new one?), just another small "check" before a big manifestation, just another hour of reading through Tumblr/Pinterest/Reddit/TikTok posts and success stories, just another pile of photographed and screenshotted angel numbers. Are you not tired?
Shifting and manifesting are mundane and trivial to the point of being innate to you. If you have an apple in your hand, do you daydream about it? Do you create playlists named "🐁 🎀 𝐼 𝒽𝒶𝓋𝑒 𝒶𝓃 𝒶𝓅𝓅𝓁𝑒 🎀 🐁"? Do you buy a special knife that you proudly call "my apple knife"? Do you create moodboards for this apple? No, if you want an apple and you have it, you bite it.
You already have and know everything there is to know, and nothing will happen unless you actually start applying. You may know that only intention works, but did you internalize this knowledge? A lot of you throw fancy manifesting lingo while still persisting in the state of lack. Remembering and knowing is not the same as applying. Don't let this mistake keep you on Shiftblr until 2030.

being awake. being asleep. being half-asleep. being tired. being overstimulated. being underwhelmed. being mad. being sad. being bored. being blank. being burnt out. being busy. being lazy. being confused. being impatient. being scared. being sick. being numb. being annoyed. being full of doubt. being full of rage. being full of nothing. not scripting. not visualising. not believing. not trying. trying too hard. changing your mind mid-shift. not knowing which dr to pick. not having a method. switching methods mid-process. switching drs mid-process. falling asleep during a method. forgetting what you were doing halfway through. remembering after six hours and shrugging. affirming once. affirming a thousand times. not affirming at all. listening to music. scrolling your phone. crying. laughing. spacing out. spacing in. eating. walking. sitting. lying down. standing around. zoning out in class. working. not working. having an existential crisis. having a regular tuesday. thinking "this isn't working." thinking "whatever." forgetting about shifting entirely. remembering randomly. being at your mental best. being at your mental worst.
being literally any type of way. still shifting.

because it has to change eventually.
i know it’s frustrating and you’re 100% allowed to feel whatever emotion you may feel right now, but please PLEASE remember that you won’t be going around in circles forever. i literally promise you that.
letting go simply means: less stress and more trust within yourself.
its the fact of not obsessing over the process of shifting. people get stressed over whether they’re doing the right thing when the truth is you are absolutely doing the right thing.
there’s no rule book on how to shift and once you realise that, that’s when you can finally let go and trust the process.
“but what about doubts/intrusive feelings?” realise that they cannot intervene in your shifting journey. really try and understand this and everything will go smooth for you.
my last shift simply went like this:
i was tired and simply decided “okay i’m already there” and i went to bed, and i shifted. i didn’t stress about me doing the right thing i simply just decided i shifted and went to sleep.
Get real. It’s a desire for a reason! It’s because it’s meant for you. Just be.
gonna start being like luna lovegood in mindset. she believed in things that majority found absolutely outrageous and when laughed at and confronted with skepticism she was so genuinely confused and almost concerned for her BULLIES well-being cause?? ofc nargles are real and you should know this silly! and then just went on with her day. she is truly unshakeable in her belief and we could all take a page out of her book.
Whatever you say is true is true. You can literally just repeat something over and over and have the whole fucking world change.
