do you have any brushes you use frequently?
i don't really use any brushes other than like airbrush .. unless you mean the halftone brushes, which im still testing out ! but so far ive been trying these three brushes.
ive been slowly editing them to fit my own style more though, so i won't really use these ones much. the screen tone effect on ibis works as well.

i dont think its a bother at all, dw !! usually if i want resources i'd find them from all sorts of rentries, but the rentries i'd go to first are /quain, /pixelprism, /fi, /ulzzang and /pancreas.
also i dont have a resource rentry currently.

not rlly familiar with this stuff but how do you start a blog like this? just wondering because I've been seeing these a lot and people seem very settled already ;-;
i'll yap under the cut lmao ,,
im assuming you want to start an editblr blog, and i'd say there isn't really a specific way to start one honestly. but i recommend you make a pinned post ! you can add info about yourself, your dni and all that stuff. if you want you could make dividers and/or replycons for talking to other blogs.
you should also decide if your blog is going to be mostly self indulgent or accepts requests—which you should make a black & whitelist for.
this post by my mutual @/xxangelicrosemixx has a list of some media you could watch out for.
i also recommend you make a promo post ! it's not a must, but it will bring attention to your blog faster. you can look at other blogs promo posts to see what you can add in it.
just in case, my mutual @/nomkiwi has made an editblr 'dictionary' of sorts for commonly used terms ! you can find it here.
from my own personal experience, the community and other editors are very welcoming to new editors and blogs, so do not be worried ! it may take some time to get settled and i think that's fine.
you may get a hate anon or two but i'd say just block and ignore them. it's your own blog and you can do what you want, the most important thing is to have fun !

sure have some borders i've made, but i hate them honestly. i recommend you look at these rentries here, here and here instead ! they have some amazing borders you can use.
how do you do the halftone thing on your graphics?
what i do is i just layer halftone pngs over the graphic. ive already posted some here and here.
i just wanna ask what canvas size do you usually use for your graphics? mostly the banner looking ones?
i think i've already answered this before but the sizes i use are :
tumblr header - 2000 x 1125
discord banner - 2000 x 800
graphics - 2000 x 1500 (it depends)
