how do you add gifs in your graphics and make them float too?

hello anon! i usually use ezgif or alight motion to make gifs! if i can make the gif frame by frame i'd use ezgif. but if i want graphs or high frame animations then id use alight motion instead and crop out the watermark after. i also hear that people use lottielab, but i do basically all of my work on mobile so i personally don't use it. as for adding the gif in the graphic, I use photopea.

i don't really use any brushes other than like airbrush .. unless you mean the halftone brushes, which im still testing out ! but so far ive been trying these three brushes.

ive been slowly editing them to fit my own style more though, so i won't really use these ones much. the screen tone effect on ibis works as well.
