All set up! 🤍 Suggestions are greatly appreciated as I am still a baby witch! I'll give some details and more photos of my altar later. My first one was about five years ago and it was on a little windowsill in my room. I sort of fell away from my craft for a while but this year I've really gotten back into it after being hesitant for so long. I'm really proud of how this all came out! I hope to support more small business and genuine witches for my supplies. 🤍🖤🤍🖤
Oh god my bank account
Must have books for witches
(Read at your own risk, I recommend researching the authors before buying or downloading if you don’t want to support their work. Take the information in this book with a grain of salt and double check with another source you trust)
Hello, last time I posted about a book a lot of people liked it so I decided to bring 2 more… Both are one of my favorite books and I find myself checking them all the time. The info in both is very useful for those who are just starting out, I know it’s often overwhelming you don’t know where to start when you want to cast a spell but the correspondence book I think solves that problem as it gives you a table of correspondences for each intention, crystal, some basic plants, deities etc….
As for the second book, Encyclopedia of Herbs, I have used it since I started practicing many years ago. We always find the same herbs in tumblr posts (basil, rosemary, sage….) but many times we don’t have access to those types of herbs so this book was very useful for me to work and familiarize myself with the plants that I could find in my region

“I Know What I Want”
During times of unsureness try meditating or sleeping with this sigil near your head
Perhaps draw it on your forehead or chest (over your heart) with something easy to wash off
happy pride moon lovelies đź’•
“I am focused”
I really liked how the design of this sigil came out! Draw this on yourself if you need an extra boost of focus in school, at work, or wherever else you might need it.
Your intuition is your best friend; better to be wrong and safe than right and silent.
Your digestion knows when something is off.
Not everyone has to believe you, and not everyone is worth telling.
Divination is here to guide you, not to define you.
Protection. Cleansing. Protection. Cleansing. Protection. Clea—
When you get in your own head, you get in your own way.
Magick is science, psychology, intention, and unknowns.
Tools are only focuses; you are all you need.
There is energy in everything; atoms are moving all around us, each working together to keep the universe from unravelling. How bold of us to assume we aren't able to witness that energy.
Ask for permission, not forgiveness; your sister may forgive, but the earth may not.
Even if this is all bullshit (it isn't, in my experience), it's fun, and laughter is the best medicine.
Aloe for burns and antibiotics for infections.
"Let other men go to war; Protesilaus must love."
You don't owe your time, energy, or resources to anyone else, but sharing is often rewarding.
Some information is too valuable to give away; charge for the things you cherish; keep the things you need.
Be respectful of everything. I mean everything.
Research, research, research!
Sometimes the aesthetic is half the fun.
Your blood, your bones, your sweat, your tears; they are all deeply a part of you so long as you're tied to your body. They belong to you for a while, but they're on loan; use them wisely.
Know your present place; know your potential; they are not the same thing.

SIGILS
A sigil is a type of symbol used in magick. The term has usually referred to a type of pictorial signature of a deity or spirit. In modern usage, especially in the context of chaos magic, sigil refers to a symbolic representation of the practitioner's desired outcome.
basically a form of art in a way in which inscribed or painted symbols are considered to have magical powers
I personally don't fully burn them to activate them ; I just burn the edges but sometimes I burn the whole thing so yeah lol.
you can always get more creative ;3
