every swimmer that i know has such a love-hate relationship with swimming. we’ll complain about having to jump in a pool at 7am, then when people ask why we don’t just quit, we decide that swimming is the best thing since sliced bread!

A really special thing about Sleep Token is how much the drumming compliments the vocals, I have always thought this. And I thought it was cool that it wasn't just my imagination, but ii had actually confirmed it in his drumeo talk. I recently watched some of ii's offerings again, and someone in the comments said that Vessel is the soul and ii is the beating heart, and I thought that was a beautiful way to describe their dynamic. <3
