The project ‘The Way We Live’ invites the public to share their vision and document their concept, idea and dream of house/home.
Das Projekt lȁdt das Publikum ein ihre Vorstellungen, Ideen und Trȁume zum Thema Haus und Heim zuteilen und zu dokumentieren.
We like to exhibit and create our events in galleries, pop up galleries and other spaces where we can reach the public and art’s new publics. At these events we create sculptures that reference house/home and we collect and publish the responses that the participants make, presenting their views/information to the general public.
Some of the responses are posted below.
If you would like to send us your response, please keep it to two sentences and a drawing on an A4 page.

Jacob Lawrence's tempera paintings produced in 1941 — just 10 years after his family uprooted to Harlem — have been reunited at the Museum of Modern Art for the first time in 20 years.
Starting with Boyle Heights, we are going to visit different neighborhoods of Los Angeles every other week. We believe looking into the history of these neighborhoods is as transformative as making projections to its future. Boyle Heights is a neighborhood east of Downtown Los Angeles with one of the youngest populations in the city. Today, many of our initiatives are located or working in this area, including our Health grantee, Public Matters and our Income & Employment grantees ELACC and LURN.

Field books capture essential information for ecological history but are often difficult to track down in scientific collections. The Field Book Project, launched in 2010 by the Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History and the Smithsonian Institution Archives, is an initiative to catalogue field books, track their conservation, and make them accessible online.
