Starting with Boyle Heights, we are going to visit different neighborhoods of Los Angeles every other week. We believe looking into the history of these neighborhoods is as transformative as making projections to its future. Boyle Heights is a neighborhood east of Downtown Los Angeles with one of the youngest populations in the city. Today, many of our initiatives are located or working in this area, including our Health grantee, Public Matters and our Income & Employment grantees ELACC and LURN.
