✨Sonic the Hedgehog Big Bang 2024!✨

Hello and welcome! We are so excited to announce the first annual Sonic Big Bang event hosted here on Tumblr!

What is a Big Bang?

A big bang is an event that pairs artists and writers together to create collaborative content for a series! Writers will start by writing a story of a certain length, and artists will create a piece of artwork based off their writer’s fic. The goal of this event is to not only create more works for the fandom to enjoy, but to promote collaboration and community between artists and writers in a fandom, in this case, the Sonic Fandom!

Authors sign up to write a fic and will submit a summary of their story. Artists will then be able to claim a fic based only on the list of summaries without knowing the author’s identity. Writers and artists will be paired off into groups and from there, writers will be given a deadline to complete their stories while artists make their accompanying piece.
