On this day (August 27th) 1967 the Beatles manager Brian Epstein was found dead in his home in Chapel Street after an accidental drug overdose.

Epstein, or “Eppy” as he was affectionately known, was a father-like figure for the four Beatles and is responsible for much of the bands success.

Brian was essentially the glue holding the Beatles together and many believe that his death was a catalyst for the band’s eventual breakup.

Okay here's my thing. Yeah the casting for the Beatles biopic isn't great because none of them look like The Beatles but who else would they have casted? Who are they going to cast that looks exactly like The Beatles besides their kids who are out there building their own legacies? No casting is ideal here I don't get why everybody has to hate on everything when we haven't even seen them as The Beatles yet?

honest to god I keep forgetting that John Lennon is dead I think about his annoying ass so often that it's like he's still with us

Both John and Paul are actually very emotional, and yet both of them are very bad at conveying their emotions. Paul will just pretends that everything is fine and keeps denying his feelings. Meanwhile John doesn’t convey his emotions in normal verbal manner, and will get very violent when people (read: Paul) failed to interpret his emotions.

But then since these two are such a good songwriter, they could only convey their emotions truthfully in their songs. Moral lessons that i got after years of analyzing mclennon is to not take what they said as the absolute truth. Paul will say that he’s fine about the whole John situation and yet he’s crying his heart out on his songs. John will say that he hates Paul, Paul is nothing, and yet he still yearns for him in his songs.

The absolute truth is literally there for us to hear, in their songs.
