I survived an abusive relationship. At this point I have talked to and worked with hundreds of people in abusive relationships.
Guess what? telling us to leave never works.
ever.
I could write a post about ways to help people leave.
I’ll probably do that one day.
but don’t be that person in the mean time.
Reminding you that with a single click you can:
provide a homeless veteran with a meal
provide a free mammogram
give food and care to a shelter animal
feed poor and hungry children
fund alzheimer’s research
fund diabetes research
provide books for children
protect wildlife habitat
It’s completely free.

PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN!!
Hi everyone, my name is Rebeccah and I am a disabled lesbian in desperate need of help. I am a recently unemployed healthcare worker and, though I am currently actively looking for a new job (in any field at this point tbh), I will not be able to keep a roof over my and my cats’ heads without some serious help.
I do have enough savings to pay a large portion of the rent, but I still need $625 to be able to pay all of it. I’m so, so sorry to make this post but I am incredibly desperate. If you can spare anything at all, I would be so incredibly grateful.

Hey so JK Rowling went full mask off and is advertising an explicitly terf store now.. Also sure is weird how TERF talking points usually consistently leave trans men out of these conversations and usually always direct their hateful rhetoric toward trans women.
