Hello Emma! Since you’ve shifted so much, has you shifting routine changed? How do you shift now?
the shifting routine of a girl who shifts (mostly) whenever she wants, craves, or desires.
shifting is not a performance. there is no audience. i am not standing in front of a tribunal presenting my case on why i deserve to be somewhere else. i am simply going there. this is not a trial. this is muscle memory. this is knowing the way home. it’s an instinct, like finding the light switch in the dark. i don’t have to prove i can do it. i just do it.
i shift before sleep (nothing against awake methods, but i like returning back to my cr right after waking up), usually between 11pm and 1am. not because those hours are mystical or drenched in folklore, but because that's when i’m least bothered. the world is quiet, my bed is a raft, and i’m not interested in staying here.
i don’t prepare. not really. i do not count down, do not recite an essay-length affirmation, do not negotiate with the laws of physics. i simply think: what if i am already there and just forgot? what if my senses just have to catch up? i am not convincing myself. i am remembering and questioning reality.
┊
some nights, there’s music in my headphones. sometimes, there’s just silence, the white noise of rain, the hum of the night. my plushies (yes. yes) are there, but not as relics or ritual objects, just soft, familiar things that happen to exist alongside me.
i do not wait for a sign, for the planets to align, for the atmosphere to give me a knowing nod. i decide, and then i go. like turning a page in a book i’ve already read. i know what happens next. the key is not waiting for permission to remember.
people ask . . ❛ how do you know it's working? how do you know you're going to shift? and i think, how do you know you’re going to fall asleep? you just do. you close your eyes. you stop trying to be awake. you just go. shifting is like that. you let go of this world’s grip.
you fall. you land.
routine is something that exists but doesn’t dictate. it's not the point. the point is the knowing. the ease. the way it happens when it happens because it was always going to happen. shifting is not a thesis to be defended, it is a place to be returned to. and i return, as i please.
── .✦ HOW TO MANIFEST?
── .✦ First of all, I ask that you open your mind and be willing to embrace new knowledgeᵎᵎ
So, let's understand what the Law of Assumption is.
౨ৎ⋆˚。⋆ 1. What is the Law of Assumption?
And if you're religious, don’t see the Law of Assumption as a sin—because it’s not. Quite the opposite. The Law of Assumption is something natural; even as babies, we manifest unconsciously, right? The difference now is that you are a conscious manifester—you now have the ability to better control your manifestations and shape your reality in your favor.
"The Law of Assumption operates on a simple yet profound principle: what we assume to be true becomes our reality. This concept suggests that our deepest beliefs shape the experiences we have in life. It’s fascinating how this law works independently of physical evidence, relying solely on the power of thought and belief." credit for the quote : https://colinscotland.com/law-of-assumption-guide-to-manifesting-success/
As Neville Goddard said, "The power that created and sustains the universe resides in you, as your human imagination, which is God." You are God. This isn’t about a narcissistic perspective; rather, it's about breaking free from the idea of an external God. There is no external God—only your inner God, which is your imagination, the 4D. The religious concept imposed on us throughout our lives leads us to believe we must submit to an external deity, but that’s not the truth.
We must learn to control our thoughts and emotions if we want to cultivate the right mindset for the Law of Assumption. But honestly, there’s no such thing as a "perfect manifestation mindset." What I mean is: the more self-awareness you develop and the more you understand your strongest beliefs and most recurring thoughts, the easier it becomes to detach from the 3D and live in the end.
౨ৎ⋆˚。⋆ 2. Shaping Your Reality
Keep positive thoughts consistently and persist in them always. Let your thoughts flow, but hold on to the positive ones and let the negative ones drift away into nothingness.
Assumptions and beliefs are powerful tools for shaping our lives. They act as lenses through which we interpret events and interactions, influencing our responses and outcomes accordingly. The key is to consciously choose assumptions that serve you well.
I want to make something clear: thoughts are like clouds passing through our minds—it’s up to us whether we want to hold on to them or not.
⋆˙⊹ "Isa, what do you mean?"
⋆˙⊹ "Okay, can you give me an example?"
Okay, what I mean is: when thoughts appear and freely move through your mind, it’s up to you to choose which ones benefit you. You must persist in positive thoughts and allow the negative ones to pass through without holding on to them. If you don’t give them power, they won’t affect you—they’ll simply drift away and be forgotten.
Let’s say you're manifesting a specific house. You're affirming with all your conviction, "I ALREADY have my dream home." But then, a negative thought sneaks in, whispering, "No, you don’t. You live in a terrible house you dumb"
What do you do?
You let that negative thought simply pass through your mind while holding on to your positive affirmation and putting all your belief into it. You persist in your affirmation. Always.
It’s essential to recognize how negative assumptions can easily creep into our mentality, shaping our experiences in ways we don’t even realize. Creating an environment where positivity thrives—by actively cultivating positive assumptions about ourselves and our reality—is key.
By understanding the connection between belief and reality through the Law of Assumption, we gain insight into how significantly our personal beliefs influence our life experiences.
Even when facing challenges, it’s crucial to maintain a hopeful perspective despite uncertainty. Assuming that every effort is bringing you closer to your goal will empower you to keep going and even find joy in the journey itself.
1. Identify limiting beliefs.
˚˖𓍢ִ໋˚ A Simple Exercise to Master Your Thoughts:
2. Replace them with empowering assumptions.
Now that you understand how important it is to have a certain level of control over your beliefs and constant thoughts, let’s move on to the more practical part:
3. Act as if these new assumptions are already true.
Before anything else, you need to be clear about what you desire. It could be a relationship, financial success, an academic achievement, etc.
౨ৎ⋆˚。⋆ 1. Decide What You Want:
Be specific: “I want a loving relationship with [sp].”
Believe it’s possible: Nothing is out of your reach.
Frame it positively: “I am extremely successful in what I do.”
౨ৎ⋆˚。⋆ 2. Create a Mental Scene and Replay It
Before going to sleep, close your eyes and visualize a short, realistic scene that symbolizes that you’ve already achieved what you want.
However, some people find it easier to visualize in the third person, as if watching a movie about themselves. If that’s the case for you, start that way and gradually train yourself to step into the scene.
It’s not mandatory to imagine in the first person, but Neville Goddard recommends it because it makes the experience more real and vivid to the subconscious. When you see the scene from inside, as if you’re truly living it, your brain interprets it as something that has already happened, making manifestation easier.
The key to powerful visualization is making it as realistic as possible by activating not just sight but also your other senses: hearing, touch, smell, and taste.
౨ৎ⋆˚。⋆ 3. How to Visualize in the First Person and Engage All Your Senses
To make your scene more immersive, ask yourself:
౨ৎ⋆˚。⋆ 4. Turn Your Visualization into a Full Sensory Experience
What am I hearing? (someone’s voice, laughter, background noise)
What am I seeing? (colors, details, facial expressions)
What am I physically feeling? (touch, temperature, heartbeat)
What am I tasting? (if the scene involves food or a kiss, for example)
What am I smelling? (perfume, the scent of the environment)
The trick to manifestation isn’t just wanting something—it’s acting, feeling, and thinking as if it’s already yours. When you genuinely believe you already have it, you remove desperation from the equation and let reality align with your assumption.
౨ৎ⋆˚。⋆ 5. The Secret: Live As If You Already Have It
How to do this in practice?
Let go of anxiety—just like when you order food through an app and don’t check the delivery status every five seconds.
Imagine you already have what you want. How would your day be? How would you feel? Start living that way now. Instead of thinking “I want this,” think “This is already mine.” This mindset changes everything.
You already have everything, so stop worrying.
౨ৎ⋆˚。⋆ 6. How to Let Go and Stop Obsessing?
What to avoid:
Don’t constantly check for “signs” (as I said before, there are no signs, YOU are the key).
Don’t rely on it for happiness. When you already feel whole, everything comes to you even faster.
Don’t wonder, “Is this working?” That only means you still doubt it. The moment you assume it’s done—it’s done.
What to do instead:
Distract yourself! Enjoy your hobbies, go out with friends, live your life.
Trust! You’ve already manifested it—now just let it unfold. Goddesses don’t beg; they just know.
Be certain: Your reality is shifting, so there’s no need to stress! You don’t need to force anything—just feel it as real.
Why Tara Bala is Especially Powerful in one’s own Chart on the Angles
As I have discussed in my previous posts, planets in cardinal houses 1, 4, 7 and 10 have the most visibility in one’s chart, especially if we judge a person not by their internal world, but just on the premise of their actions and external appearance.
I have also discussed Tara Bala, and how planets in the “enemy” or “friend/best friend” Tara Bala position can be detrimental or helpful to one’s life. That effect becomes particularly prominent, if the planet involved resides on the angles.
Case in Point: A singer, whose very significant chart planet is Venus in Vishakha in the 1st house. Any planet in the 1st house becomes an integral part of one’s personality, so that planet in Vishakha Nakshatra will be in the front and center of the person’s identity, even though it’s not a luminary. However, the person has Moon in Shravana in the 4th house, also on the angle. Shravana is Vishakha’s worst enemy, and thus detrimental to one’s expression, if one shares both of these Nakshatras in their own chart. So the person here is going to have trouble expressing the nature of their 1st house planet because of the nature of their basic consciousness, that the Moon represents, and it’s going to be visible to others.
The external reflection was visible in this singer’s public appearances, where she fluctuates very strongly between a more tame “girl next door”, even neglected, public persona (which some of her viewers have criticized heavily), and her alternative artistic personality, when she puts in more effort during photo shoots. On the same note, there have been fans who have criticized her behavior and appearance even during performances. Charisma and performance is a Vishakha theme, but Shravana is more domestic and feminine, and some people have made derogatory comments about her behaving and looking like a “grandmother” on stage. That’s because the wise crone of Shravana doesn’t mesh well with the more Jupiterian creative display of Vishakha.
What to do if you have the same issue in your chart? Make sure you satisfy both of those parts of your personality, but don’t mix them. Compartmentalize these sides of yourself with full love and awareness, and realize mixing some things is just a bad idea, like putting a bathroom in the kitchen, but that doesn’t mean both elements aren’t necessary in your life. That will come more naturally to people, who even with this Tara Bala have the enemy Tara Bala planet in more hidden houses (like 8th or 12th), as they will be more public with one planet over the other, and that compartmentalization will be natural.
To use the singer in question as an example, I would advise her to separate her public and private life, wear and do whatever she wants during her spare time, which shouldn’t be that hard because she’s a minor European celebrity, but make sure she always shows up strictly in her Vishakha energy when she does anything remotely public or posts it on social media. It will have to be a very strong, creative public act and take hard work, but otherwise something will always be awkward in self presentation of such a person.
Rohini is the birth of Eve or the cosmic “woman” herself and Uttara Phalguni is her awakening. 🍎 🐍
———
UPH moon Doja Cat’s “Woman” is my theme song for this nakshatra. In the video, she also dresses as the Tree of Life (another name for the Banyan tree). It’s the tree which Adam and Eve ate off in the Garden of Eden in order to maintain immortality. In Tuck Everlasting, UPH sun Alexis Bledel must make the decision to drink from a tree to become immortal so she can live with her love interest (played by a Krittika native) forever. Krittika is Adam, immortal in the Garden of Eden, and that’s EXACTLY how this book/movie captures him.
It takes his father, played by a UBP (the funeral cot) sun, to teach her that death is part of the Circle of Life and that no life is worth living if it cannot end. He tells her this so that she doesn’t choose to remain immortal and stuck as a girl forever. He persuades her to grow older and create her own life and to not hold her life back for a boy who will forever be stuck unaware in the Garden of Eden (Krittika = Adam’s birth). This plot says a lot about Uttara Phalguni women in my opinion, and how they won’t let themselves be held back by anything including men. It also connects to how this nakshatra is all about growing up and how these natives, as children, oftentimes need guidance to grow up, especially from outside of their own family (usually their fathers are not present in some way. Look at Simba & Will from the Fresh Prince).
The Tree of Life connects to amrita (the Elixir of Life; immortality). Aryaman is King of the Immortal Ancestors, who are only immortal because their consciences are embedded within their descendant’s DNA. This ultimately alludes to the fact that our ancestors are simply past versions of ourselves, which is seen directly in the incredibly Uttara Phalguni coded chow Avatar. Aang is Uttara Phalguni DOWN to the point where he learns to align his chakras. Aryaman is the ruler of the sevenfold path towards enlightenment. He essentially represents manhood or the path of the Arya as well.
Uttara Phalguni is pure life force energy in the first pada. In the last three padas, it is life force energy growing on Earth (6H). It is the soul within us all. The collective conscious. That’s why these natives appeal to many. They are relatable and highly sought after in terms of status, creativity, success and they are also desired by many. It is also why they set trends and are “milked” by the industry. Think of Doja, who has called herself a “cash cow.” She is the only female rapper to give Nicki Mnja credit on a song outside of Megan. They’re both UPH moon. UPH is the beneficiary of the ancestor’s fruits. The descendant who inherits fruits from previous generations. Doja has even said this on “Attention.” Think of how Britney Spears was the first real, modern archetype of a “pop star.” After her era was over, it was Nicki Minaj who became the pop/rap mogul that created trends and styles that the masses highly enjoyed mimicking. These women’s consciousness are so creative and powerful that they create personas that the world loves to mimick and take inspiration from. That’s why they are the BLUEPRINT along with Krittika & UA. For every generation (UPH= generations) there is a famous Uttara Phalguni woman who enters the spotlight and amazes the masses with her unique identity and creativity which then churns their respective industry and inspires the world.
I need this reminder, and you might need it, too. A lot of coaches and content creators pitch the idea of repeating affirmations to saturate and help reprogram your mind. I've done it for a couple of manifestations now and it can definitely help, which is why I've talked about it here on my blog. However, when you're doing it so frequently, it can feel tiring, like you're experiencing burnout. I know this because I myself have been experiencing it lately and realized that this is definitely not how I'm supposed to feel.
Think of all the times you've made a decision, only stated it one time, and then it came to fruition. Or how you might've rampaged for only 5 minutes and then you manifested what you wanted. There's already proof that you don't have to repeat your affirmations over and over to get what you want. And, if you're like me and feeling burnt out from ridiculous amounts of repetition, then stop yourself. Whether you're doing it in your mind, scripting a lot, etc, slow down if it's causing you stress and burnout. Because, again, that is not how it's supposed to feel.
Looking at my successes, both big and small, I've noticed it didn't come from affirming over and over again, weeks on end. It came from being in a state of confidence and convincing myself that I already had what I wanted, not worrying and stressing that it's not something I have yet. I am very guilty of stressing myself out with one of my seemingly bigger manifestations, which absolutely sucks but it can happen when it feels like a big leap and you feel it needs to show up in a short period of time. There can also be underlying feelings that you might not be catching onto to, like, doubtfulness, disbelief, unworthiness, etc. These feelings might be subconsciously manifesting themselves into your present state, making it feel harder and more stressful for you. I know damn well because I've put myself through it.
So then, what's the solution? Well, we have to dodge those doubts and what circumstances are being thrown at us, because those doubts and insecurities are what's causing problems in the first place. Affirm when you're experiencing feelings of doubtfulness, disbelief, and stress. You don't have to constantly affirm like there's no tomorrow. Affirming is here to keep you in that positive, wish fulfilled state. It's here to remind you that you already have what you want, no matter what your 3D reality is trying to push. View affirmations as your safety net, not what you constantly need to do in order to get your manifestation. Techniques (like repetitive affirming) are there to assist; they're not requirements for you to get what you want. If repetitively affirming helps, then do it. But, from my own experience, I've done it too much at times and it fried my brain.
I cannot stress enough, LOA works paradoxically when it comes to timing and how it shows up. When we pressure ourselves too much on time, it'll slow down the manifestation from showing up. It's a form of acting as if it's not already ours. Don't say things like, "If I don't get this thing in [x] amount of time, it's not mine." or "Law of assumption doesn't work if I don't get it within the period of time I want it." That is doubt. Time - including timelines like the past and future - is something made up by society. Time is an illusion, as crazy as that sounds. If you take your focus off of it, it'll relieve so much stress and make your manifestation show up quicker. You also don't focus on how you'll get it because, again, there are infinite ways your manifestation can make its way to you. That is not for you to worry about. The action of manifesting is simply putting it out there that it's yours, not repetitively affirming, focusing on time, etc. Manifesting isn't a process - it's a simple action we take.
Something that relieves me - who's a worrywart and overthinker - is reminding myself that manifestation is 100% guaranteed to happen. Think of it like riding a mechanical bull at the bar. It's supposed to be fun and the object of it is to hang onto it without falling off. View the bull as what you're manifesting. You've gotta hold onto that bull and not lose your grip. If you stress about it and lose your grip, it knocks you off of it. But guess what? Even if you do, you can hop right back onto that bull and get a better grip on it. The only way you won't win a mechanical bull ride competition is if you say, "I give up" and don't try again. So, what I'm saying is that wavering is okay - it happens to all of us. But don't think it'll stop you from getting what you want and that you can't pick yourself back up just because you knocked yourself down. You. Cannot. Fail. At. Manifesting.
Also understand that if you tell yourself, "I'll just keep living life like I had been before I knew about law of assumption," things won't change or they won't necessarily improve. You are always manifesting, and when you do things like complain or let insecurities get to you, you'll subconsciously manifest things that are unfavorable. If you feel burnt out or stressed, understand that it's not because the thing you want isn't meant for you or that you're doing something wrong, it's you thinking from the state of "I don't have it" and forcing techniques onto yourself that aren't helping you. Don't put pressure on yourself and do something that brings you to a better state of mind, even if it's as simple as doing a hobby you enjoy.
Also keep in mind that there are times where manifesting change may feel uncomfortable because you're shifting your reality to one that you aren't used to. But realize you want that change because you noticed something in your life that's lacking; something that's making you unhappy. Ask yourself: Do you want to keep living the life you've been living without seeing any change or do you want to improve your life even if you experience feelings of discomfort for a short period of time? You decide. You're the operant power and can change your life for the better just by making a simple decision.
They deactivated their acc, they do think rationally tho. I thought it might help some of you.
This part
Her focus was on the men of this nakshatra which is exactly why I have focused on the women of this nakshatra consistently for over a year now. Everything I’ve been sharing is everything she’s saying, just from the male perspective (which I do touch on from time to time, especially in regards to the sevenfold path towards enlightenment and becoming a gentleman, which Aryaman is said to be godhead of and why he is known as a “noble man” or “gentle man”). For men, this nakshatra represents discipline over the lower centers and rising up to pay respect to the yoni as the ultimate source of all power and creation. For women, this nakshatra looks like releasing control over her lower centers and finding comfort in her sexuality and embodying herself as the creator of all life (and finding a man who is worthy enough to see her worth as well). This is why this nakshatra is the awakening of the female sexuality overall. It’s the spiritual awakening of both primordial masculine and feminine energy through paying respects to the yoni as the ultimate source of creation.
Instead of “Kundalini” awakening she interprets it as “Shakti awakening”. Both are the same.
The video was amazing and I can’t wait to see her pov on the women of this nakshatra :)
i never hear anyone talk about how overwhelming it can be to wake up with your desires one day after so long, i’ll speak about my void state success story, when i first entered it. i wont tell you what i manifested since i explained it to an ask. yeah waking up after doing the void state and getting all you want is a pleasant thing but can we talk about how overwhelming it is to literally have you reality just shifts like that? because when i woke up the next morning after inducing the void state my heart genuinely stopped for about 10 seconds and i’m not even exaggerating, because everything was just different? i wasn’t in the same room i was before. LIKE LITERALLY WHEN I WOKE UP I FORGOT I HAD MUSIC PLAYING THE OTHER NIGHT AND RIBS JUST STARTED PLAYING out of nowhere. i like to think of ribs (the song guys) as a new beginnings song, even though the song symbolizes bittersweet memories and friendship. the new beginnings feeling is just my personal feeling. so as ribs was playing i started crying hard on the spot. congratulating myself for reaching this huge milestone, i took in my new environment and cried harder, i sound dramatic but thats just how it was for me. i was shaking and not from fear just from extreme excitement. when i went look in the mirror i cried so much more, everything about me just screamed different, i’m sorry i keep repeating “different” so much because thats literally what it was. everything was just different. i kept repeating to myself “please don’t let this be a dream” over and over, doing everything i can so i’d be sure it wasn’t a dream, when i accepted it wasn’t a dream i went scream into my pillow and started jumping around my brand new room like a hyperactive puppy. thoughts were running everywhere “oh the new memories i’ll make” “i’m finally happy” “its over now” “i can’t wait to see what this new life has in store for me”. i didn’t touch my phone the entire day after waking up with a brand new reality. i barely touch my phone now but i still try to help people on tumblr so they can finally accept their power. i’m not saying i woke up with a terrible/bad overwhelming feeling it was more of a “oh my god theres no way” type of overwhelming feeling. i wanted to share my void state success story with the world but from seeing some liars that were caught (no im not a liar) i was scared people would deem me as a liar because they would “demand” proof. or assume “im lying for attention”. but no this is me coming to you with full honesty that i’ve manifested my dream life, i can still be on social media but that doesn’t automatically make me a liar. if you truly believed in LOA then you wouldn’t have to dwell on solely getting proof for your own satisfaction to really know the law is real. THE LAW IS REAL, THE VOID STATE IS REAL, YOU ARE ALWAYS PURE CONSCIOUSNESS, IMAGINATION IS EVERYTHING, SHIFTING IS REAL, MANIFESTING IS REAL, YES YOU CAN MANIFEST WHATEVER YOU WANT, YOU ARE LIMITLESS.
live in imagination, stop looking for more information, stop starting over, stop giving up, stop doubting, stop looking for the 3D for proof, look within for proof. time isn’t real but yes your clock is ticking, break the pattern or the loop WILL repeat tomorrow. you’re destined for success.
My Key Ingredient For Shifting
☾ * . ☄︎ * . ⭐︎* . * . ☄︎ * . ⭐︎
You could be doing everything right, but if you see yourself as trapped and trying to escape, that's what's going to reflect- you doing everything right and still being stuck, like a bird in the cage. You already know you have it, you already know you're there, you already know how. You're free- let yourself be free. Let it be true.
As Neville Goddard would say, "You cannot serve two masters or opposing states of consciousness at the same time. Taking your attention from one state and placing it upon the other, you die to the one from which you have taken it and you live and express the one with which you are united."
. ☾ * . ☄︎ * . ⭐︎* . * . ☄︎ * . ⭐︎
That's why the void is so sought out- it's complete freedom. You can get the same effect by manifesting freedom the same way you'd manifest anything else, you let yourself have it in imagination and then it reflects in the 3d. You let go of being trapped and pick up being free--freedom is just a state of mind, but it opens every single door.
That's also why people can shift without ever even knowing about it- their freedom is not limited. Same thing with people who can do it on the first try- their "doors" were never locked or closed, so there was nothing left to do but just walk through. They weren't putting obstacles in the way of themselves- they weren't stacking assumptions against themselves.
. ☾ * . ☄︎ * . ⭐︎* . * . ☄︎ * . ⭐︎
Truly, you can manifest anything by just releasing and letting go of the restricted mindset- your core state is pure awareness/consciousness/the void, free to choose anything. It's just the ego you're identifying with that has the limitations, but you're not your ego, or your mind, or your body- you surpass all of that. That's how shifting is possible in the first place.
If you want to be limitless, you can't keep putting limitations on yourself- let them go; stop trying to serve two masters. Are you walking through your world as limited or limitless? It might be more helpful to focus on that first before trying to shift to your DR. Manifest that you are always free, identify with limitless, and you've effectively given yourself the key to everything and anything you could ever desire.
The only thing that will ever stand in your way is your awareness that you place on limitations/ the assumptions/assumed states you carry around, but they're only illusions and reflections of your current mindset, fully malleable.
. ☾ * . ☄︎ * . ⭐︎* . * . ☄︎ * . ⭐︎
There is nothing in this reality or any other that can hold you back besides you. Let the entrapped identity go if you want to be free to access and choose and experience any reality you want.
And lastly, some words and identities that might also help ya out.
Confidence: the feeling or belief that one can rely on someone or something; firm trust. // a feeling of self-assurance arising from one's appreciation of one's own abilities or qualities.
Brazen Impudence: brazen means bold and without shame, while impudence refers to not being deterred by rejection or opposition // an unstoppable attitude in manifestation.
Courage: the ability to do something that frightens one's self // strength in the face of pain or grief.
Bravery: the quality or state of having or showing mental or moral strength to face danger, fear, or difficulty
