Ok Yeah But Does The Dream Smp Have THIS??

This is my personal “oh my god the plot is thickening, I have to much to keep track of so I’m listing things here” list. 

The egg is apparently set to take over the remains of L’Manberg. Haven’t really been keeping up with that plot but I think I will now. 

Jack Manifold is having a villain arc and apparently wants to kill Tommy, but refuses to hurt Tubbo

Niki and Fundy are also having villain arcs, but not really

Tubbo is just building his snow base as a fall back for when he and Tommy get the discs back

RANBOO HAS ONE OF THE FUCKING DISCS, LIKE GOD JUST GIVE THE KID A BREAK HE WAS GETTING BETTER HE DOSEN’T NEED THIS STRESS. 

Dream is just gone, but also maybe not because Ranboo has manifested him, like what 

Techno has plans for more undisclosed plans of violence

Glattbur is still a thing. 

Don’t forget about that stupid prison that taunts me every second of my life

oh and another thing not to forget, Techno still owes Dream a favor. Not going to forget that little detail. 

So in other words this Minecraft roleplay is tearing my life apart.  

Okay, so I know everyone is going nuts over Tommy & Tubbo but I wanted to take a second to appreciate Clay’s acting and skills as c!Dream. The man has done some amazing stuff and it really shows in Tommy/Tubbo’s finale.

The part that I think went under appreciated, but really impressed me, was the fight scene on the mountain.

We all know Clay is super good at the game. In an actual battle, he could have won very easily. During this scene it would’ve been easy to slip up (plot-wise) and accidentally kill c!Tommy or c!Tubbo. But if you watch carefully, you could see how Clay was pushing each of them until they were close to death, and then giving them a chance to breathe by switching his attention to the other. He also very clearly signals Tommy for when he knows Tubbo’s health is too low, and c!Dream needs to do a ‘villain monologue’ to stall for time so Tubbo’s health bar can regenerate. (Not to mention giving his character a villainious reason for why they’re ‘not really trying’).

To be frank, Clay’s acting, control, and skills amaze me b/c, somehow, in the heat of this fight scene he managed to actively keep assessing wether or not his opponents were low, and back off accordingly, while still giving the viewer an entertaining fight scene. Like holly cow, that could not have been easy, but he did it flawlessly!!

In conclusion: The whole thing was just awesome! And I doubt there are many players who could have pulled that off!! Well Done Clay!!! You were fantastic!!!

Yes! I'm not alone in thinking that!

Wilbur clutched the blue in one hand and the totem in the other. It was storming and Philza held a trident ready for the moment it started thundering. “Are you ready Wilbur?”

The ghost nodded even though he very much felt like he wasn’t “Yes Philza, I’m fucking ready” 

Everyone gathered together held their breath in anticipation. Ranboo, Tommy, Tubbo, and Eret all stood together in silent unity. A thunderbolt struck the ground behind Philza casting dark shadows on his face for a second “Okay it’s time, here it goes” He lifts up the channeling trident and throws it at Wilbur, it hits him and the totem beings him back, before anyone can blink another bolt of lightning hits him reducing him to ash. “NO!” Wilbur logs out. There’s shocked silence for a few seconds then a voice

“Hello?” the voice sounds familiar, it’s Dream

What? Everyone shouts at once 

“Dream? That doesn’t even make sense, why would Ghostbur die and see someone who’s alive!” Eret shouts in frustration pacing back and forth “Maybe our research was flawed?”

“I’m dead” Dream said it matter of factly “I have been for awhile” everyone pasues

Tommy scoffed “Bullshit Dream I know you’re alive, who else blew up l’manburg? Don’t fall for his mind games, he’s trying to be a ghost in yo heads” 

“That’s not me, Who all is here?” 

“Me, Tommy, Tubbo, Eret, and Ranboo”

“I don’t know who- look I’m going to come back with WIlbur’s body. I’ll explain more when I do, but I need you to kill me, my body. That’s not me”

I think I can see the pattern in 2022 animated films.

Also the amazing self-awareness of these movies, not caring about bending over to popular media demand and actually addressing heavy topics instead of censoring or down playing them. 👏
