You’re trying your best, I know that.  It’s not always easy to see when someone is trying hard, but I know that you are, even if others don’t notice it. Give yourself more credit, ok? What’s easy for others might not be easy for you.

How to deal with a negative feeling or anxiety

When a negative thought pattern or anxiety comes back, it is important to recognize. Basically, even if you can’t get rid of the feeling, that’s ok. Just try and tell yourself that it is a destructive feeling and then do something to take care of yourself. Take a shower, think about life, pet a dog, watch Netflix, anything that calms you and takes your mind off it.

Let the feeling exist, try to recognize that it is wrong, and then give yourself some love.
